It was basic but provided all our requirements

New owners still need to find their feet, but it was fine.

Have stayed here previously and like the parking and location. The new owners seem to be new to the hospitality industry but were friendly and helpful when asked for anything. The room was great and suited our needs; bed comfortable and room clean. They seem a nice family and I wish them well with this beautiful B&B.

Breakfast was entertaining as the first 2 mornings our hosts didn't seem to know what they were doing, but on the 3rd someone who clearly did was serving. The food was acceptable though nothing special but insufficient butter for the amount of toast and no marmalade/jam the first day. Hot drinks served in mugs despite cups & saucers being on the table, though on the last day I did get coffee in a cafetiere. I think if the team can get the hang of breakfast previous visitors would return.

The location and view was amazing, the room was spacious and very clean, despite being next to a busy road, it was quiet and didn't have any trouble falling asleep. They were very friendly and accommodated my request of decorating the room and early check in. We will definitely be visiting again!!!

Room spacious and clean...kettle in room Bed comfy

Cold shower..sadly breakfast service was very disorganised and slow...good when eventually put on table. It appeared to be lack of training in this area. We never met the people who ran the b&b. Which took away any personal touch also blame this on young staffs confusion at breakfast time. But we're very pleasant..felt sorry for staff on the whole. Otherwise a nice stay

Great location. Lovely spacious room with sitting area and comfy bed. Lovely to have a Seaview balcony too - shame the weather wasn't better!

The shower pressure was really low and it took ages for any hot water to come through. Would be good if you gave information on how to contact you during your stay.

Everything was really nice. Lovely room, lovely ridiculously comfortable bed, lovely high ceiling, lovely big windows, lovely balcony, lovely hosts, lovely breakfast. Great location. Really close to bus stop. Really close to the sea front.

Friendly staff, made us feel like we were friends visiting and not customers. A little bar was a great touch.

Bed was a little hard but that's a personal thing isnt it, not a criticism.

Lovely spot, well located, clean, spacious room, marvelous breakfast and the hosts we're absolutely fabulous - informative, friendly, responsive and gracious. They really go all out for their guests! Great to have onsite parking as well (pre-reserve).

Location was excellent. Room was spacious and clean with a view of the sea. Breakfast was delicious. Fridge in the room was very helpful.

The only thing that was troublesome was the noise of the traffic when windows were open.

Really don't think anything can be improved upon

Everything was perfect. Good location because we had a car and having our own parking slot was extremely beneficial. The breakfast was probably one of the best we have ever had. The eggs benedict was delicious. Our rooms were very clean and very well decorated. Our hosts were great.

Welcoming, Comfortable and Relaxing.

We had a spacious, tastefully decorated room with plenty of storage. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There is a good choice for breakfast, I especially enjoyed the perfect poached egg. The Covid prevention precautions are excellent.
