Superb apartment in great location and great host team.

The Lisbon Best Apartments team were fantastic. Great communication throughout from when we booked (thank you Margarida and Mafalda), being met at the apartment (thank you Ben for the warm welcome!), arranging airport transfer and ensuring we had a great stay with lots of local recommendations. The apartment was in a great location for first time visitors to Lisbon like ourselves, being just a couple of minutes from Chiado-Baixa metro station and also within 10 minutes walk to trams and sights we wanted to see. The apartment was spotlessly clean, big bathroom, and good facilities. There’s a lift to the third floor so very handy with luggage and tired children after all the sightseeing. There’s air con in each room that works well and most welcome after hots days of walking around. We appreciated the cleaners coming after 2 days and the little things like fruit and water in the fridge, washing up liquid, shower gels, coffee etc. provided. We would definitely recommend this superb apartment.

It didn’t bother us but you can hear the evening buskers on Rua Garrett each evening until around 11pm. The buskers are very good and can sing well.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Amazing location! So close to restaurants and shopping. Tram 28 has a stop down the street and Rossio station is a short walk away. When the windows are open, you can hear live music from the square but once the windows are closed, the apartment is completely quiet. Apartment was really nice. Well appointed, pretty, and comfortable. Staff was responsive. We were in communication prior to our trip and throughout our trip.

Would like more storage. One bedroom didn’t have a closet so storing suitcases and clothes was a little challenging. Appliances were very modern but we could have used simpler instructions (for the washer/dryer particularly-I’m from US and wasn’t familiar)

Great apartment in a great location with accommodating staff

The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location! We enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this to our friends. The staff was very accommodating and flexible and made the stay even more enjoyable. Great Wi-Fi. Thank you.

Not a fault of the property, but having only one bathroom was hard for the family.

Perfect weekend in Lisbon

This was a great apartment to stay in the heart of Lisbon. Perfect location. Also the host was amazing, he met us at the apartment to give us the code and some info and when our flight to leave was cancelled, he was able to rebook us quickly and met us again at apartment to proceed with final papers. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment was super clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. It was very hot outside but the apartment stayed cooled. Also very quiet. Highly recommend this place.

A fabulous well located comfortable apartment in Lisbon. Highly recommend it.

Very spacious and roomy, comfortable apartment. Great location. Helpful hosts. A nice touch was a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our wedding anniversary while there!

Everything was great. Only minor criticism was that the hairdryer was not very powerful.

amazing time away with Friends

location was perfect, lovely bars locally, great breakfast at A Brasiliera 3 min walk away, fantastic view from the terrace and bonus of a lift!

Cork screw cold have been a bit hardier - left a new one as it broke ;-)

Great location, comfortable apartment.

We received a friendly welcome upon check-in and our host helped us find the parking garage. The property is very nice and comfortable. The bedrooms in this unit are on different floors within the unit, which was fine for us but might not be ideal for families with infants or small children. The washer / dryer was a fantastic feature. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room really comfortable. The terrace is accessed through a small full-length window/door - once you are out there, the view is stunning.

We really enjoyed all the windows and the wonderful breeze, though we're used to having screens. We worried that we might have a seagull visitor :-) This didn't happen however, and the view from every window was lovely.

Perfect apartment for our Lisbon stay!

Fantastic apartment with free parking. A host met us at the parking garage and helped us with our luggage to the apartment. Beautiful, very clean apartment with a washer/dryer and plenty of space. Great location. Many restaurants, shops and public transportation very close by.

Ideally located for a short break in Lisbon

Very clean and spacious apartment. Complimentary coffee, water and fruit on arrival. The property team were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help.

Lovely large apartment in an excellent location close to the tram and metro.

Some noise from the surrounding streets into the early hours of the morning but not excessive, would not put us off returning.

Wonderfully located and equipped apt

Our group of 4 loved everything about the property. From Bernardo’s delightful check-in to all the amenities in the apt, we had all everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We took advantage of the deck with the excellent views nightly.

The only thing that may be of concern for some is the poor functioning a/c units in the apt. I was in the upstairs lofted room and it was too warm to sleep comfortably.

Great apartment, close to sights and public transportation.

Large apartment, impeccably clean, tastefully furnished and decorated. Just a hundred meters (uphill) from the Baixa-Chiado metro station. A warm greeting from the host, who awaited us. Small kitchen packed with everything you need. Narrow balcony with great view of Rua Nova and over the rooftops of Lisbon. Independent temperature regulation in each room, including bathroom. Large comfy bed. There was a total silence at night in the bedroom (it's on the back side). Self check-out.

While it's better than no plumbing, i am intuitively opposed to the rectangular toilet seat. Tip: in case of a sewage smell in bathroom - just run the water in the bidet for a minute.

Exceptional

The location was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable, in a recently renovated building, with a large room and bathroom. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Nice touches like a bowl of fresh fruit, complimentary bottles of water and surgical masks, given the current COVID situation, made the experience even better. A true gem!

Great location, lots of restaurants around the corner, extremely clean appartment, very big and beautiful appartment, beautiful bathrooms, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, cleaning service every 2 days, elevator, great view on Lissabon from the top balcony, great smelling soap, own parking garage near, reasonable price, and very quiet. Also, there is a tv function in the bathroom mirrors, I have never seen that before xD And last but not least, the host Bernardo was very nice and replied to my questions on Whatsapp very quickly. We also got an upgrade to the maisonnette last minute, which was a very nice surprise. I think it's safe to say this was the best stay in an appartment we've had so far. :)

Everything was great! A few tiny minor things, such as the ironer was leaking a bit if filled with water and one of the drawer closets didn't close well. But those things were no problem at all, as everything else was just perfect :)

Ocean view, quiet, great wifi, free parking, close to sights and public transportation, spacious apt

We loved everything about this apartment and the host! The apartment is downtown so lots of things to see and restaurants right around the corner. The 2 bedroom 3 bed "sewing themed apartment" was clean, spacious, very modern and has a beautiful view of the city, ocean, and outdoor balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. Tram 28 and delicious bakeries were close nearby. The apartment is the nicest we have stayed in. It is decorated very tastefully, with lots of beautiful granite in the bathrooms, excellent air conditioning throughout all the rooms, tv's in bathrooms, a new kitchen (with bottled water), fruit, coffee, and paper towels provided. Open the windows to enjoy the birds and sounds of the city or close the windows and enjoy the quietness of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets soft. There is an elevator up to the apartment, a washing machine, and free parking close by. Tram 28 and delicious bakeries were close by. Our host met us there, gave us the wifi password, house key pad code and answered all of our questions. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and even set up our return covid antigen tests for our flight back! She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! We highly recommend this apartment, everything was perfect!

Very pleasant stay. We are satisfied and would like to come back to stay in the same apartment.

The location is right at the centre. The apartment is well renovated in the old charming building, very clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. The access is simple: you just need to put the code. The staff is very friendly and provides in time all helpful information. We have nice balconies facing the plaza and also back side where we can see the river/sea (however there is no noice if you close the windows). We were offered fruits plate and even a mifi device with unlimited data!! The whole family was sharing the data when going out with such little chic device (Huawei) in the pocket. We enjoyed so much the stay in the apartment.
