Convenient stay for a quick trip

- excellent location, close to MRT station and shopping centre is right underneath the hotel with lots of food options - the room feels spacious due to the lack of furnitures

- mouldy smell, the room doesn't feel that well ventilated (not necessarily the natural ventilation but from the mechanical ventilation) - soundproofing is not that great

Brutta vista su scale di servizio con prezzo elevato, buona posizione e staff disponibile.

La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città. Il complesso Funan offre molti servizi e lo staff è molto gentile, ci hanno permesso di farci una doccia prima di prendere il nostro volo di ritorno a tarda sera.

LA VISTA. Avevamo prenotato una camera con "vista città" invece ci è stata assegnata una camera con vista su scale di servizio, la camera era molto buia ed entrava a mala pena la luce. Per il prezzo pagato è inaccettabile. Visti i costi elevati dovrebbero differenziare le stanze che hanno davvero una vita aperta sulla città da quelle che invece affacciano sul cortile interno. Il bollitore presente nella stanza non aveva la base, e quindi non poteva essere utilizzato, in ogni caso non c'era neanche un caffè o tè a disposizione degli ospiti.

Very fun accommodation, perfect location

I really liked the location which was extremely convenient and I ery much enjoy the fact the hotel itself is in a shopping mall - it was really fun and, again, super convenient. The apartment was very spatial and fully equipped, it could certainly serve a proper apartment for a longer stay.

Nothing comes to mind, maybe the app was a little bit too much, but maybe I just didn’t try to make the most of it.

Functional clean space

Clean, functional and very centric. Rooms are smallish but great for a couple of days visiting the city. Staff was very helpful and kind.

All was good. Maybe we find it expensive for what it is but compared to prices in singapore it’s standard.

Great central location with easy access to a range of great eating options

Location A simple modern room fit out Clothes Washing and drying machines easily accessible for when we were caught in one of those sudden unexpected Singapore downpours.

Spent time to download the App but the Room key through the App on the phone did not work. Toilet and floor around toilet was always left wet when using the shower.

Des Kaisers neue Kleider -

Matratze war gut

Ich wollte mir zum Abschluss meines Urlaubs Luxus gönnen. 4 Sterne und die Bewertungen ließen einiges erwarten. Hat sich leider nicht erfüllt. Vorschlag an das Hotel: Stellt zwei Etagenbetten in jedes Zimmer und vermietet die Betten im 4er Zimmer, dann stimmt Preis und Leistung. Die Bewertung ist jedoch an die Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel geknüpft und bei 130 Euro/Nacht ließ das Zimmer jegliche Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen eines 4-Sterne-Hotels vermissen: - Einchecken per App ,hat leider nicht geklappt - Mein Zimmer lag im 90 Grad Winkel zum nächsten Gang, d. h. Sichtkontakt zu den Zimmern im Nachbarflügel. - Sichtschutzrollos vorhanden - zur Bedienung übers Bett steigen. - Bett = Matratze auf Podest ist bequem aber rein- und rausklettern nervig; zweite Person müsste über die 1 steigen. - Reinigung nach Putzplan, möchte man das nicht an diesem Tag wird erst wieder nach 3 Tagen gereinigt. - Müll selbst an Trash-Station entsorgt - WC-Papier am Empfang erhalten - Kühlschrank auf dem Flur vorhanden, für Anzahl der Zimmer zu klein; die ersten drei Tage schmutzig und vereist. (nach Reklamation wurde das behoben). Das Hotel wirbt als neues moderne Einrichtung der Begegnung - erinnert mich an "des Kaisers neue Kleider" nicht vorhandenes als neues Konzept teuer verkaufen. Mein Fehler, dass ich 8 Nächte - nicht stornierbar - gebucht hatte. Meine freundliche Anfrage, ob aus Kulanz doch eine Änderung oder Stornierung möglich ist, weil es möglicherweise an meinem Alter (62) liegt, dass ich mich nicht glücklich fühle wurde erst nach nochmaligem Nachfragen beantwortet. Ein wichtiger Grund müsste nachgewiesen werden. Unglücklicher Kunde ist kein ausreichend wichtiger Grund! Das nächste Mal wieder Übernachtung im Hostel.

Staff were extremely helpful, I had a very early flight and they ordered a taxi for me. The room was great size

Great stay

The location was great. Most things were within walking distance. The room was very comfortable. If you're a light sleeper, the noise outside from the streets may wake you up, but this was not a problem for me. It was great to go to reception in the morning and get a coffee. I used the gym area once, which was also great.

This is well designed and equipped micro apartment with everything you need to get going in Singapore.

Perfect location downtown. Walked everywhere, and in top of a shopping complex with all we needed. Room small but well designed and comfortable. Good laundry facilities nearby. Staff helpful.

We thought this provided everything we needed to arrive at and get around Singapore.

Good location and comfy and convenient

Great location and great food options in the food court for good prices. Close to a few different metro stops which makes getting around very easy and a taxi rank outside the mall to. Can’t really fault anything.

Room was OK for one night but I expected more for price

Staff was friendly and helpful. Although we did not use it, there were shared kitchen facilities and tables. Was very secure. Laundry facilities available.

The bed was on a platform that you had to climb up on. 2nd guest would have to climb over 1st to get in and out of bed. Awkward! Room was very small. No TV

Pretty convenient!

The location was pretty good. The staff always there and kind. The room pretty clean and the studio I got had a window and enough space for one, even for 2 would be ok. The app they have is pretty convenient, has a key to open the room.

I didnt like that they didn't clean the room during my 5 nights stayed. They went only to change towels once.

上下舖的格局很特別，但有效利用了有限的空間。公共空間整理得很乾淨。地點很好，離鬧區、景點和地鐵都很近。

Confort avec mesquinerie

Sortie b de mrt City Hall, bâtiment funan 4 ème étage. Chambre vaste, confortable ,évoquent le style japonais. 2 fois le prix de Bangkok mais nous sommes à Singapour. Coffre fort avec des chiffres lumineux.

1) 120 secondes pour avoir de l'eau tiède à la douche. 2) ménage fait tous les 3 jours.. 3) couette retenant peu la chaleur. Absence de petit déjeuner , regrettable dans une ville où il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner à l' occidentale.

Perfect for young people visiting Singapore

Fantastic location, not just for exploring Singapore but the Funan complex itself has lots of amenities and restaurants, including a high-spec gym that offers discounted day passes for Lyf customers. Very clean, friendly staff, useful to have a shared kitchen (which is very well equipped) if you want to cook your own food.

WiFi was a bit hit-and-miss during our stay but they warned us of issues at check-in.

Toller Aufenthalt in Singapur im lyf Funan mit top-Lage!

Top Lage - alles zu Fuß bequem erreichbar - direkte unterirdische Anbindung an die MRT - sehr freundlicher Service und modern-schlichte Einrichtung.

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln - alles top!

Great modern hotel in a convenient location

Modern and fun design. Beds were comfortable and location was great inside Funan mall.

Better separation of the bathroom from the room is needed (proper walls instead of glass).

Top place to visit singapore

Even the room was quite small they have a good concept with the furnitures so that every space is used in the best way. Because the hotel is in the funan mall you find all different food and shopping options. The staff was very friendly. They even offered us towls to take a shower in the mall facilities, because we had an overnight flight and the room was not yet available.

The room didn‘t had a Tv and they offer room service only if you book 3+ nights. The sliding door to the bathroom was to heavy and got stuck all the time.

部屋は機能的で、別途、台所や共用の冷蔵庫等があり、また、仕事のしやすい机もあって、全体的には悪くなかった。大きなショッピングセンターの中にあるため、非常に便利だった。地下鉄の駅からも、そこそこの距離はあるものの、さほど遠いという印象はなかった。

シンガポールのホテルなので仕方がないが、やはり高い、というのが第一印象。長期滞在のビジネスマン向けで、台所等共用施設が充実しているとはいえ、部屋を出ないといけないのは少し不便に感じた。地下鉄駅との距離は、もう少し近い方がありがたい。

best location in Singapore

location is very convenient. It is easy to access 2 stations. Even raining day, I could go through underpass and go to City Hall station without Umbrella. There is a Shopping mall under the hotel.

Wifi speed is slow. It is difficult to do online meetings.
