Our room was comfortable for the basics of sleeping and showering- not to hang out in.

They didn't communicate that they had a restaurant, bar, rooftop area and we forgot that from the time we'd booked many weeks before. That said the hotel is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all the water activities

Moldy feeling bathroom(it is the tropics so we didn't care-could be an issue for someone with allergies) The lobby of the hotel smells like gasoline, maybe they store stuff for their golf carts there, but I found it off-putting.

Superb

Really good value for money, clean and comfortable, good location! Staff at reception were lovely, the TV had Netflix, the room had a mini fridge which is so useful.

Only problem was that there was no “do not disturb sign” for the door or anything to indicate you’d want the room cleaning but not yet - we were woken up fairly early by housekeeping knocking on the door asking if we wanted the room cleaning.

overpriced by far for what you get.

center of town, clean tile floors, a/c in room

mold on the ceilings, very old, refurbished outdated furniture. Just take out all of those things and offer the room as a clean bed and shower hostel. not hotel. shower curtain was dirty. stained mismatched towels. mildew smell to the room. has a window with curtain but you can’t open it because it’s a view of the walkway and everyone walking by can see in. we left to another hotel the next morning.

Fantastic 😍 place to stay. Really cheap prices. It's in the down town. Everything around here by the hotel like super market, restaurant, night club and the central park 🏞️ of San Pedro town. 4 minutes walking distance from the ferry ⛴️ terminal. Great place with great front desk people.

Over priced. Missing ceiling tile in bathroom and white walls need repainting. Could hear neighbours , barking dogs and street noise. No facilities just rooms.

This island was not for us

the room was a good size and clean

no hot water, shared balcony (8 rooms) with only 2 chairs and a table. Noisy with all the golf carts passing on narrow cobbled streets making walking difficult

Very reasonable price and center of the San Pedro Town, near by airports, ferry terminal, night club and the Central Park. They provide me a golf carts with 20% discount.

Passable

The location was excellent, the hotel built was very good, the room had a high ceiling, the beds - matresses were very comfortable.

We got towels at 7 pm, after asking three times for them, although we entered the room at noon; no night stand lamps, no waste basket in the room, no hangers in the wardrobe; waiting time for the hot water was excessive - more than 10 minutes; several columns of small ants were in the room.

The window into the room was onto the passageway and not private so the curtain had to stay closed all the time.

helpful staff

the staff were friendly and nice. they let me check out two hours after normal time and they offered me the “Gulf Cart” with a very special price.

there is no shampoo, just soap

Nice stay for price

The hotel was nicely situated on the island and gave us ease of access to several other attractions on the island. The check-in staff and reception were incredibly friendly!
