Home from home

The property was clean and modern. it was spacious with parking. it was well designed and accommodated. There were fans and a tv in every room.

A home from home stay

We had a great family holiday in Bournemouth and having a wonderful place to stay contributed to that largely. This apartment is in an excellent location; it is at the most with kids a 10 minute walk to the beach (prime location-Alum Chine-with facilities nearby). For adults only probably only over a 5 minute walk. The apartment was clean with everything we needed. There was even a washing machine and dryer, which came in handy. There was private parking out the front. Each room had a tv and the children were very appreciative of there being Netflix too. Even thoughtful measures such as hangers. It was handy to have an iron too. There was a camera out the front and on each floor, so we felt very safe. It was a lovely, friendly and welcoming neighbourhood. I was checked in with and asked if I needed anything. It was like going home from home and I would definitely recommend it. It was the reviews that swayed me and I’m glad I booked it.

Nothing about the apartment but as it was in the loft it did get quite warm on one of the days but we were provided with four fans and there was a cool breeze in the evenings.

The property worked for our needs. It was not a leisure break. We spent very little time in the property. Had we needed to it may have been less appealing. Proximity to beach for walks along promenade

It’s very tired and needs a complete refresh. Host needs to action reviews left from as far back as 2020. It’s overlooked, no privacy, beds are most uncomfortable. Overwhelming hot, but it is a loft apartment. Exaggeration on ‘stunning sea view’. Yes you can see it, tucked away in the left hand side of the lounge window, and is pleasant to see. We had a lovely rainbow too.

Disappointing and tired

Fantastic location, v close to Alum Chine and Westbourne. Kitchen spacious and very well equipped, quiet. Parking was available during our stay.

Bed was so uncomfortable and noisy if you moved a mm, totally impractical, we only stayed one night, not 2 because of this. Velux window blind in bedroom was open so light coming in at 6am. Plastic bags left on pillows instead of pillow protectors?! Photos are not accurate the property is faded and tired, cushions on sofa bed smell and are very dirty as are covers on chair. Lots of dirty marks everywhere on walls etc and peeling paint. Needs more attention to detail. I did contact re bed and blind during stay but had no response!

Great Sea view apartment

Lovely bright apartment, nice & warm, great to come back to after a day out, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice sea view, would stay there again.

Needs a small chest of drawers in each bedroom to store clothes etc, useful if staying for a week or more, slow draining shower, otherwise everything was good.

location was absolutely perfect. 5 mins walk to beach front, 25/35 mins to town centre.

the only thing I would change is the sofas to something else, L shaped as the one in the apartment is no good if there are 4 people staying. It would be a struggle for even 2 children.

A great weeks holiday.

Perfect location for us.

Overlooked in the lounge, some sort of blind or curtains would have been appreciated. Only three coat hangers in the only wardrobe in the apartment. We would have taken some with us if we had known.

A wonderful stay in a great apartment. We will definitely come again!

The upkeep of this apartment was wonderful. It was very clean with modern decor. There were plenty of utilities and cutlery available and we were even provided with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits! The location was great with the nearest beach just a few minutes walk away. It was a perfect stay for our family and we will definitely visit again!

The only thing I would have liked is a blind or curtain of some sort in the living room, as there is a large window which looks over to the neighbouring houses. Furthermore, the living room gets extremely warm when the weather is sunny and a blind of some sort would help to keep the room cool.

A little uncomfortable due to lack of air-conditioning. this is the only let down

The property would benefit from Air-conditioning as it very uncomfortable during the hot summer periods. The fans were very ineffective. We had to to purchase our own floor fans, For a little more comfort. Relating to Home upkeep, Paint could do with a little refreshing.

Minimalist design that is very elegant. We can stay there forever. Easy self-check in. Around 10mins walk from Alum Chine Beach.

Just tiny detail, would suggest an upgrade of the electric kettle and having a scissors and ice molder will be great. Otherwise it’s almost perfect!!

The apartment’s aesthetics was lovely but was dirty.

It was close to the beach and other activities. The aesthetics of the property was nice. Anything you needed within the property such as cleaning, towels etc was all there. The view of the sea from the apartment.

The cleanliness. Someone’s dirty underwear was hanging on the back of one of the bedroom’s door when we arrived. Someone’s hair on the floor throughout the apartment. The stools at the breakfast bar were filthy. The dishes needing to be cleaned again. The apartment was generally dusty. Due to the cleanliness of the apartment, my family and I couldn’t get comfortable.

Terrible check in experience but apartment is good. Run via America which doesn't make much sense.

Very frustrating check in, poor communication with the company who were based in America (the texts cost me over £10)). Not sure why there is an American company involved but it really doesn't work in terms of speed of communication and cost. Really poor indeed. I eventually got a UK number which was helpful as we had been sent the wrong key pad number. Also the secure paperwork electronically and additional ID checks etc all were a complete faff and the system was very glitchy. This is a great apartment but I would avoid simply because of the problems gaining access ....
