良い

ベッドにカーテンやコンセントがついていて快適だった。バスルームとトイレが個室になっており、洗面台なども次の人を気にせず使えたのが良かった。

宿泊者入り口の隣の部屋だったので、帰ってくる人の話し声がうるさかった。

Lo bueno del alojamiento fue su ubicación

El personal fue grosero, yo llegué bien feliz pero la chica del mostrador la neta me trato de manera grosera y las instalaciones huelen terrible tanto los baños y las regaderas, a parte las regaderas no tienen para poner tus cosas heheh solo lo recomiendo por la ubicación lo demás si está feo

I booked this again because it should be rhe best choice for my budget.

24 hours reception. Breakfast buffet with limited time has unlimited bread, cereals, jam, juice, milk, coffee, tea & etc. Coffee, tea, sugar & boiling water are always available. Bathrooms were cleaned very frequently even around midnight because I think cleaners & reception may also live there. Kitchen is relatively big.

The bed is a bit soft. Most of the rooms are quite full so it is not very ideal for long term stay. This building is very short when compared with other high rise but it may have more than 200 hundreds beds.

Centrally located backpackers place

The location is perfect in CBD. You'd be close to all the sights, have access to the trams, and be close to any Melbourne sight you want to go to. The rooms are clean, staff friendly, and bathrooms decent too. They have a common kitchen, a lounge, and a rooftop. It's a good option for a short trip to Melbourne

Bathrooms could be a tad bit cleaner.

I enjoyed my stay

The staff were really exceptional, very friendly, helpful and up for a good chat while remaining professional. A+ The bathrooms/showers gets cleaned everyday. Majority of roommates whom I shared the room with are friendly and respect each others boundaries, while up for a good yarn. Every bed has curtains to give you a since of privacy which is nice. Can request replacement clean towels anytime and also bedsheets, etc. Free daily free breakfast (chocolate/peanut butter and jam spreads/ different kinds of breakfast cereal/different kinds of juices/make your own pancakes,etc.) There's a pool table downstairs. I believe a playstation as well (although I did not use it)

Sometimes you get the occasional roommate who's a bit non considerate of other people's sleep schedule (but that's rare) like turning on the lights at night and talking on the phone at night/early morning when people are asleep. I wish the blanket covered you from top of the head to toe (but not that much of an issue) it also does depend on your height. I wish the operated coin laundry was a bit cheaper.

It’s good but I saw the police came twice in 12 days

The bed is comfortable, and location is good. They provide free pizza and breakfast and most staff are friendly!

The water for shower is not hot at all. I feel very cold when I took a shower .

Very good

The staff was very friendly and they want that you feel well during your stay. The beds were comftable, we had a good sleep during our stay. We slept in a 10th bedroom. The toilets and bathrooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast which was in included was delicious and the kitchen has everything what you need for cooking. They were very well organised especially with the own dishes/plates. You get it for your hole stay which was great. We also liked the lounge which was so relaxed and great equipped ( couches, Playstation 4, billiard...) The terrace on top was also awesome!And the location was awesome, close to CBD, victoria market or victoria libary. We enjoyed our time in the hostel.

Convenient location (CBD) - many restaurants, shops and attractions in the area, easy access to public transport (free tram zone); friendly staff; comfortable bed with private space. I was lucky with quiet neighbors and no noise from the street.

You have to cook breakfast yourself, because of this there is a big queue in the kitchen. A deposit is required for the use of kitchen appliances.

It had central air conditioning.Some Melbourne backpackers just have a few $20 fans scattered about and are absolutely stifling.

I realize they can’t have made much money through the pandemic,but a bit more maintenance needs to be done.It was expensive for what you got but that’s modern Aussie for ya,$$$$$$$+

Such comfortable beds, had a mattress topper which was great. Good location and near transport.

No toilets or bathrooms on the lower floor meant often a queue for the upstairs ones. This caused cleaning issues and queues.

I highly recommend this hostel

After spending a few months in this hostel I can only recommend it. In the CBD, so we can have access to all the facilities. The staff is present and responsive. We have access to a free breakfast every morning. The rooftop is a bit small but nice. And all beds have curtains allowing privacy.
