Wunderschön im Park gelegen

Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Park. In der Wohnung war alles da, was man braucht. Zum Bahnhof der Brockenbahn läuft man 5 Minuten. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Mit der Kurkarte kann man kostenlos in die Altstadt fahren.

Perfect weekend getaway with fam, friends and Pet too.

Travel with family, 5 of us and everybody have their own space. And 2 bathroom, so important!. This Villa is spacious, and the landscape is exactly like the photos. Good place to stay with a group of friends and family getaway. Bring your pet along, they will love it too!!!. They have outdoor tables and chairs for play cards and stuff, perfect to enjoy cocktail hour.

Great place to stay in Wernigerode, rest and spend time actively

Parkhaus was a great place to stay - beautiful villa with gorgeous garden. We enjoyed view on Brocken directly from our windows. Villa is nicely placed outside of the city which gave us a great chance to rest from city crowd. The keys pick-up was easy despite arriving in the middle of the night. There is a nice Italian restaurant just at the corner. Hiking possibilities are very near. We highly recommend the stay and would come back!

It would be great to have some bikes to rent on site - would be easier to commute to the city center (however buses are close and you have a free ticket). On top, rooms have a bit outdated furniture but this was not a problem at all - just a visual aspect ;).

Excellent place to stay

Excellent location, a clean and quiet place. We nick-named it the palace, since a beautiful villa and a garden outside. We want to go back there again in summer, to enjoy in good weather. It's right next to the track of the historical train and can be seen from the windows. The station to catch this train is also just a 4-5 minutes walk. Location-wise, It is better to have a call when staying at this place.

Some beds are tiny single beds, so for 3 couples it was a bit difficult to manage the sleeping arrangements. They could leave some more toilet paper rolls. We had to run around to buy more since the host wasn't at the property.

Beautiful villa. Comfortable clean appartment. Very good wifi.

A beautiful villa and grounds. Clean comfortable appartment. Verry good wifi. Lift to upper floors. Free parking. Very good Italian restaurant at the corner.

Would have preferred to pay a little more and not have to go and buy toilet paper, soap, dishwasher materials etc.

A peaceful haven

An exceptionally spacious and comfortable apartment in an elegantly converted country house set in beautiful gardens in the Wernigerode suburbs. Everything we needed was there: fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, hairdryer. Very good heating. Loads of space for the family to relax. There is a very good Italian restaurant 2 minutes walk away, at the end of the drive. The historic steam train goes right past the garden, which is great for kids.

The location is a little far from central Wernigerode and the sights, but there is a decent bus service and of course one can drive into town. And it's worth it for the setting.

Pretty good

Very pretty building! Inside sober and practical. Very spacious! Everything you need is there and its clean. Location is very good! Making contact was easy (if you speak German) Some information about the region downstairs.

No cotton sheets, some kind of polyester material. Missing lamp above the table! No small lights to make it a little bit more cosy except for a floor lamp :) In the dark hours no automatic light in the 1st floor hallway so had to walk on the stairs in the dark. So all in all the lighting situation could be better but besides that a nice stay!

Great escape in the Harz with great facilities and friendly staff.

Excellent location with a huge amount of garden space to escape from the business of town. The hosts were friendly and happy to help with any questions. The apartment was spacious and well furnished. We had no disturbance from other guests.

The wifi signal was not very strong in the apartment, but was still usable for small tasks. The curtains are thin, so it gets very bright in the morning. No problem for us, but some people might want to take a sleeping mask if you want to sleep in :)
