Dunes of Destin is just minutes from the world class shopping areas as well as the Destin Harbor which has some of the best seafood the area has to offer.

Upon arrival, sleek white trim, charming gray siding, and a southern-style front porch welcomes you to this fabulous home. Inside, natural light pours through the windows, highlighting the crisp living space and sleek travertine and hardwood floors.
The beautiful kitchen is every cook's dream, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space. Allow the region to inspire your next meal and serve a seafood feast at the adjacent dining table, or right at the counter where there's seating for 4.
The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen TV. For a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating and covered porches with a gas grill ready for barbecuing!
In the evening share some laughs. Then retreat to one of 4 master bedrooms or 1 guest bedroom, each equipped with a flat-screen TV. In the morning, freshen up in one of 5 pristine bathrooms for yet another magical day in Destin.

THE LOCATION
Conveniently located in the heart of Destin in the gated community of Dunes of Destin, you are local to fabulous restaurants, shopping, the harbor, crab island, fishing, plus you have the benefit of the private beach access, the community pool and lake and gazebos. We are right across the street from Big Kahuna Water Park, and within half a mile of Destin's popular family theme park, The Track.
Dunes of Destin is one of south Okaloosa County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach houses such as this one!
Beyond the beach, there is upscale dining, shopping, art galleries and so much more to discover.
Take the kids out for ice cream at Yogurt Mountain just a block away, for a romantic dinner stop by Beach Walk Café, just a 10-minute car ride away, or for a great seafood dinner overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, head over to the Back Porch Restaurant, just a 3-minute car ride away or walk on the beach sand about a mile to this fabulous restaurant with plenty of outdoor beach seating, swimwear allowed.
