Great location and comfortable bed.
Check in was 4pm and not flexible. The apartment and the building generally was dirty. The toilet seat was smashed and had not been replaced.

Schuine plafond erg laag, dus je stoot je kop vaak , vind die sleutelcodes niks. Bij warm weer geen staande ventilator.

La ubicación muy buena, 8, 10 cuadras del centro. El departamento muy prolijo, amplio, puesto sencillo y con buen gusto. No tiene alfombras, lo que es bueno, más higiénico.
Algo para mejorar. El colchón. Es un sofá cama, son almohadones, no es lo más cómodo.

De badkamer was mooi.
De verwarming kom niet geregeld daardoor was het zo warm dat we met de ramen open moesten slapen. Hierdoor veel herrie van buiten o.a. laag overvliegende vliegtuigen. Het bed was vreselijk, er misten veel latten. Er waren geen vuilniszakken, geen vaatwastabletten, zeeppompje bij de wastafel was leeg. De wc bril was stuk. De deurknoppen zaten niet vast waardoor deze steeds vielen. De pannen hadden geen balklaag meer en in 1 pan zat een dikke aangekoekte laag. Alles gemeld maar ER WERD NIETS AAN GEDAAN! We konden alleen 15% korting krijgen op ons volgende verblijf. NOU NÓÓIT MEER!!!

La localisation était super - à 15 min à pied du centre-ville et à 5 min à pied de la gare.
Nous avons eu beaucoup - beaucoup - de mal à réaliser le check-in et à contacter la réception. 6 appels sur une après-midi pour une seule réponse, qui n’a pas aidé (et un message whatsapp qui est toujours sans réponse). Pour un service qui se vante d’être disponible 24/7, c’est décevant.
Nous avions une réservation pour deux logements, il n’a pas été possible d’utiliser deux cartes différentes pour payer chaque caution. De plus, et c’est inadmissible, mon numéro de carte a été enregistré dans le lien du deuxième check-in : donc le couple d’ami avec qui on voyageait y ont eu accès lorsqu’ils ont réalisé le check-in de leur propre logement. niveau sécurité, c’est pas terrible.
Enfin, lorsque j’ai exposé le bug du lien pour le check-in, on m’a répondu que je pouvais envoyer une photo de ma carte bancaire par e-mail à leur réception. Pareil, niveau sécurité, c’est mauvais.

Do dono, do local e do espaço que o próprio estúdio tinha.
Limpeza. Chegámos e o chão estava sujo, as paredes estavam (e estão sujas), os utensílio da comida estavam sujos, o fogão estava sujo, a cama estava suja e ainda se notava teias de aranha nos aquecedores da sala e eles também estavam cheios de pó entre eles e as suas projeções.
O forno estava inutilizado, já que estava com uma peça partida e o impedia de funcionar, a peça dos estoros também estava toda partida quando lá chegámos e não dava para usar os estoros dessa janela, a parte boa, foi que um dia nos cruzámos com o dono e ele arranjou a peça dos estoros.
Ah, e a sanita não tinha tampa.

Baño grande y cómodo. Cocina servicial. La cama era grande y cómoda.
Muy decepcionante el servicio recibido una vez allí. Al no haber recepción in-situ, si necesitas algo tiene que ser llamando y no es lo más óptimo. Todas las puertas van con código, y un sábado por la mañana no funcionaba la puerta de la entrada, por lo que tuve que entrar por el párking todo el finde. Además, no ofrecen nada más de lo que hay cuando llegas, no dan toallas nuevas (bueno sí, pero pagando 40 euros....), pedí papel de váter y otra bolsa de basura y nunca me lo trajeron.

I had booked the property from 7th Jan to 24th Jan. There are security lapses. I was given ground floor room and at night 11 pm someone broke into the security system and enter red the property and rang the bell of my room. Next day morning I found the person sleeping in the lobby. When I complaint to the services they did not do anything to make sure that person feels safe. No investigation was conducted and I was advised to call police if this happens. I had to leave the property immediately and stayed for one night in a hotel and next day moved out. They are not refunding my money as I had to change due to security lapses and I had paid 1700 Euros for the period should be refunded … I request booking.com to take action and help getting my money back !!!

WORST Experience EVER !!!!! RUN AWAY!
Nothing I couldn’t even get in because of the lock on the door of my apartment was broken.
Only got unhelpful people on the phone that asked me to send proof videos of the door. Waited 3h in front of the door, nobody came.
There was nothing good about this experience.

I was a girl alone by night. They couldn’t be bothered.

Nada, ni siquiera hemos podido dormir en el.
Cuando llegamos, a las 7 de la tarde, el apartamento estaba sin limpiar. Daba asco entrar. Llamamos a la empresa y no nos daban ninguna solución. Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel. Pésima organización y falta de soluciones. Encima nos han cobrado por adelantado… La central de la empresa está en Bélgica y el apartamento en Luxemburgo. Nos sentimos totalmente abandonados.

La ubicación, la cama súper cómoda, y el piso en general está muy bien
Todo me gustó, pero hubo cosas que dejan mal sabor de boca, es el tema de los códigos, 1 día antes del viaje te los mandan, y una vez llegas allí la cerradura de la puerta del edificio no necesita código(así que puede entrar cualquiera al hall, y es lo que pasó , la primera noche nos encontramos a un homeless ahi durmiendo), quitando eso, los códigos de las cerraduras es complicado de entender, una vez lo pillas es fácil, hay que abrir la puerta del hall y la caja de llaves(pero el código lo teníamos mal y no la podíamos abrir, menos mal que el hombre dueño nos ayudó y nos dio en codigo bien) y en cuanto al piso para acceder igual, iba con código y con la llave mando a distancia iba bien y no nos daba problemas. Quitando la parte de los códigos el apartado estaba muy bien, es lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones, si te lo tomas con humor es como hacer un scape room

We zijn 2uur!!! Bezig geweest om eindelijk het appartement binnen te komen. De codes werkte niet, de voordeur bleek anders te werken dan aangegeven en de sleutelboxen bij de ingang zijn kapot.

2. Dopo qualche giorno, la porta di ingresso si è rotta e non è stata mai aggiustata nonostante le segnalazioni

Good location, walking distance from the city centre. Spacious room with nice kitchen.
Incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival we found that the front door doesn't work properly (an issue that, based off previous reviews, has been ongoing for a long time), meaning you'll have to go around the building to use the back entrance. Slight inconvenience, but not the end of the world. However the real trouble starts with entering your room, or rather *trying* to enter your room. More specifically the pincode based lock system doesn't work properly, as the majority of the time the doors simply do not unlock, despite carefully following the instructions step by step and entering the correct code. At first we thought it was just us doing it wrong as we'd just arrived and after a few tries we did manage to get in. Turns out it wasn't us. Turns out it's their whole system that's broken. This is particularly frustrating when it happens when you're trying to get back into your room late at night, tired and wanting to go to bed, and you still don't have any luck with the door after twenty minutes of trying. All of this would be annoying enough as is, but what really elevated this whole experience from merely 'bad' to truly horrible was the incredibly poor customer service, or rather lack thereof. As you call to get help with entering your room, you're greeted by an incredibly incapable and unhelpful employee who will say they're gonna look at solutions for you only to then put you on hold for twenty minutes and then simply end the call while you're still waiting. When you then call again you have to repeat the whole story even though this is *clearly* the same person you just spoke to. They will either end the call or put you on hold again for another half hour with no solution in sight.

Only able to access room on first night - cylinder lock on door was not working, over an hour of trying it finally opened. Not as lucky the next morning, left for an hour, came back and door cylinder was not working. Spent 7 hours in the corridor trying to get in touch with Smartflats - absolutely hopeless. Had to stay in another hotel that night, my medication and possession were still at my room (303) at Smartflats. Returned the next day, still no luck getting in the room, called a locksmith, Smartflats couldn't care less and there's no-one there in Luxembourg to handle problems. I finally got in the room and collected my things as I had managed to get another hotel for the next 5 nights, left the room and even though I went back to check many times the door was still locked. Not only my room but several guests had the same problem - Room 001 and 103/203.
On site reception, someone in Luxembourg that can help. Smartflats send by email the entry code and code for the room, unfortunately it is the wrong entry code - there were 2 couples and myself trying to enter the building, all of us were calling/texting Smartflats without success - checkin is at 4pm so I think they finish work before that, its a Belgium number. Luckily a guest staying there gave us the correct code.

Absolutely horrible experience. Took me 2 hours to talking to customer service to get into the flat. No one sent a code for the door, and customer service took a long time to send me the correct code. Bad experience.

Location
It was very difficult to get into the property. The codes that were given were for the front door, and the apartment door only. There was another door in the lobby that also needed a code. This was not provided. After phoning the contact number, I was advised that the apartment code is actually the lock box code which had the key in it - this was incorrect! The person on the phone was extremely rude and unfriendly, he seemed bothered that I called, and ended up putting the phone down on me. The person eventually gave me a 3rd code - which was the code for the lobby door. No key was provided, and the lockbox remained locked the whole stay. I used the 3 different codes to gain access the whole time.
The property was not clean - sheets were stained, floor was dirty and dusty, dust above the windows.
Door handle on the inside of the apartment kept falling off when the door was shut.
TV had no channels programmed and was a mission to get this right, ended up not watching tv.
Not worth the money at all!

The location is good and the apartment itself is nice.
The code for our front door wouldn't work - I tried to message the chat box as advertised but got no response. I ended up calling and got it sorted. Upon walking into the apartment, we discovered that the toilet had been left unflushed which was frankly gross. The password for the internet didn't work. We were provided with a coffee machine but only 1 coffee for 2 people for 2 days and 2 sachets of "women's tea". The place comes with a "fully kitted" kitchen which had 1 pot and 3 pot lids, none of which fit the pot. An oven with no oven trays, no pans, no chopping board etc. We like to rent places that have a kitchen as it saves us one expense during our stay but we ended up having to buy a lot of things on top because they weren't provided as suggested. I reached out to the team on the first night and got no response so I called and was met with a coarse man who abruptly raised his voice at me and said "let me interrupt you" - he'd already replied to my messages and it was being dealt with. When I tried to explain that I was sorry if he had sent messages, they weren't showing on my phone whether because of internet which we couldn't get to work, he sarcastically said that I could send messages so it must be fine. I was extremely caught off guard by his tone with me when I was trying to sort out a situation respectfully and it really spoiled our stay.
I finally got a response from someone on the chat that the problem had been sent to the technical team and we would hear back from them but we are still yet to hear anything.
All in all, the place is okay but you're better off spending that kind of money with a small business or local bnb rather than with a big company who don't take the care or value their customers.

It’s was dirty (hair everywhere) and the code for the key-box didn’t work at all. The guy from the costumer service was very inpatient to help us. Our room was double booked and they didn’t admit there mistake.
