Mauvais séjours

L’emplacement

L’appartement n’était pas préparer il n’y avait pas de draps pour les lits, dans la deuxième chambre le lit n’était pas fait pas de linge de lit de rechange, il faisait froids dans l’appartement les choses était à moitié propre l’hôte n’est pas accueillant du tout il ne répond pas au message ( j’ai envoyé un message pour signaler le manque de draps ou linge de lit je n’ai jamais eu de réponse de leur part ) le logement n’est pas bien isolé. Disappointing - we were entirely misled with this property; it spoiled our week in Reims

Nothing, because the day before we were due to arrive, the owners/concergierie sent us a message saying the property was unavailable due to a problem. We were offered a nearby property that was allegedly equally comfortable so we accepted as we needed somewhere in Reims to stay for the booked week.

I booked Suite Baquenois 44 as it was ground floor (I currently have mobility problems due to an accident 3 months ago), it had 2 bathrooms and outdoor space. As stated, we accepted the alternative offer due to the lateness of the message saying Suite 44 was unavailable; it was not mentioned that it was on the 3rd floor with no lift, only steep spiral staircases! There was only one bathroom and no outdoor space - not what we paid for. We arrived on Sunday so had to stay there that night, but on Monday we went to the conciergerie and said it was entirely unsuitable. The only other property available was on the first floor in the same building so we felt that we had no option but to agree (it was easier than finding somewhere else during high holiday season and hauling luggage around the city). The first floor apartment was very nice and we stayed the agreed week but it was up one flight of stairs, had only one bathroom and no outdoor space. We asked about compensation, particularly as (a) Suite Bacquenois 44 looked from the outside as if it had not been habitable for some time, (b) the 3rd floor apartment was entirely unsuitable, and (c) we checked online and found the 1st floor apartment we did stay in was available at a lower cost - probably because it was not on the ground floor, had only one bathroom and no outdoor space. On 30th July, the conciergerie messaged me to say they were considering compensation; nothing further has been heard to date.

Exceptional

Perfect staying. Big flat, cleaned, great location, good mattrass. Nice flat's style.

Plates and pans a little old. Not easy to clean them. Missing light night in the bedroom.
