About this house rental
Welcome to your own private resort. Newly remodeled-luxury, resort style home with huge private courtyard pool, Jacuzzi, 2 fire pits, upper and lower ocean view decks, bbq and FULL AC. Fun for the whole family or your small private group. Indoor outdoor living at its best. Summer masterpiece with the best views of the fireworks in the City. A beautiful gem in Fall and Winter seasons with crispy views, smores by the fire pit and warm weather when everyone else is freezing. Come and enjoy! Walking distance to Kate Sessions Park which includes a Dog park 100 yards away. This home has been professionally decorated in 2020.

Centrally located in La Jolla on Soledad Mt. Close to La Jolla and the village, Pacific Beach and Birdrock. Easy to get anywhere; downtown is within 10 minutes of downtown sites, airport, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Golfing and a quick drive up the 5 freeway to Del Mar fairgrounds. This home is pet friendly with a local dog park just 100 yards away.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE
This is a large comfortable home with room for everyone. The large family room offers comfortable dining table seating for 8 and an additional 7 at kitchen island. The family and formal living areas seamlessly transition to a completely remodeled kitchen area. If you cook, you'll enjoy how the kitchen wall disappears to the large deck outside with more seating, a fire pit and views galore.
The family room has a large screen TV, bar and another disappearing glass wall to the front courtyard pool area. House feels humongous when you open both sliders and let the sea breeze come in. A rarity, Air Conditioning will keep you cool if the weather gets a bit warm.
Living room is cozy and relaxing with its own TV, modern lighting and a slider to the back deck. The cozy, large couch will be a place to relax after a long day at the Zoo, Seaworld, La Jolla Shores, etc.
I do have available a few children's items; Pack and Play, highchair, baby gate. If you need these please note this in your booking message.

There are 12 steps to the lower level.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties. QUIET HOURS ARE 10 PM TO 6 AM noise monitors are in place in outdoor areas. Do not remove. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strongly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Bahia Rentals.
Cleaning Fee's - We use only legal housekeeping companies who are dedicated to paying a living wage and carry all legal insurances as required by law.
COVID19 additional measures:
1. Increased, professional soft surface cleaning; couches, mattresses
2. When feasible, 3 day in-between bookings
3. Once our already stringent cleaning is completed, all contact surfaces wiped with viral cleaner.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer on the main level, WIFI and cable
Exterior Camera for guest security and noise ordinance compliance.
For your comfort, the Pool is heated to 82 from May 1st thru September 30th. All other months the pool can be heated for 350$ for 7 days and 275$ for the weekend-weather permitting. One time fee of 500$ for any days over 7. The fees are due to sdge”s recent 30% increase. Spa can be heated by visitors directly from app.

Everything you need in the kitchen as well, we thoroughly enjoyed cooking every night in the spacious, beautiful kitchen! Neighborhood is super quiet. Pool is wonderful. This is a one of a kind upscale property that is extremely well appointed, in a great location, and very well designed. The communication with the hosts was fast and excellent. The layout of the home is very open and lovely for either working or enjoying meals. The back deck and all the rooms have nice views which makes it feel very spacious. There's a great park just a few homes away with trails and yet you are just 3-4 miles to the center of La Jolla or quick to jump onto I-5. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Stephanie and Rod spared no expenses so this property truly feels like home with all the things one could need. Having stayed in numerous VRBO's, this has always been one I've eyed, and is always booked, and well worth it. From having a full kitchen to proper robes and shower soaps/shampoos, and fluffy towels, the proper shows the care they've put into being wonderful hosts.

Rented the house for a Spring Break with 2 families. Property was better than advertised. Perfect pool setup and an amazing view over the hill from the back of the house. Very short drive to many great golf courses, tennis, pickleball, and all of the great views and restaurants that La Jolla has to offer. Can't wait to come back.

It’s difficult to summarize how fantastic this house was for our little family vacation. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond. The house is better than what is shown in the photos and has absolutely everything anyone would need. The beds were super comfy and the house was so clean. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool and the spa and the outdoor areas. The view is stunning at night from the balcony and master bedroom. We did day excursions to the zoo, Sea World and Disneyland. We had our 10 month old granddaughter with us and they had a pack and play and a high chair for us to use and even supplied a brand new crib sheet. The hosts were more than accommodating and the house is a dream to vacation in. Thanks to Stephanie and Rod for sharing their house with us. We will be back!

We had our three grown kids, their spouses and two grand babies here for a week. The home is especially well outfitted and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. LaJolla and Pacific Beach have great restaurants parks and beaches minutes away. We highly recommend the Bahai Lane home.

Our week-long stay at the property was PERFECT! The house is impeccably decorated, comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located to many points of interest in San Diego.
As a group of 7 adults and 2 infants, we had everything we needed. Beautiful view, lovely pool, high chairs, comfy beds, luxurious couch, fully stocked kitchen, laundry…the list goes on! Stephanie was a lovely host - super responsive and helpful! She really did everything in her power to make our stay easy and relaxing.
It is obvious they have renovated and decorated this house with so much care and attention - it was a true joy to spend a week there.

There aren’t adequate words to describe the property and communication with the owners. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and the two families stayed together for the week. The home had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, TONS of indoor and outdoor living space, and everything we could possibly ask for. We cooked most meals in, and Stephanie gave us a fantastic recommendation of Girard Gourmet to cater our brunch the morning after the wedding. The view is stunning, and every item has been thoughtfully planned. Knowing that it was a very special occasion, we arrived to treats, wine, champagne, chilled water, and fresh flowers. If we ever want an exceptional space in the La Jolla area again, we’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much for making our special week even more perfect!!

This house is absolutely amazing and we loved our stay in La Jolla. The house is very well stocked and Stephanie was very accommodating and easily reached. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us (6 adults, 5 children 5 and under). The views are breathtaking and the pool was so fun for all of us. Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to the San Diego area as it’s in a great location. If we travel back to this area we will definitely book again! The pictures of this property don’t do it enough justice. This was a perfect place for our family get together. The house was perfect for our group of 9 and the pool was fantastic. The kitchen is perfect and there is ample room for big family dinners. There is a primary master and then a second suite downstairs which made it perfect for the grandparents to have privacy from the rest of us. Everyone raves about their bathrooms and automatic blackout curtains in the restrooms. The homeowners were attentive and responsive to any questions. Our family genuinely loved the surprise snacks and drinks when we arrived. Perhaps the best part of this house is the back porch with an amazing view of the bay and nightly fireworks from SeaWorld. We hope to stay here again in the future and could easily see this being an annual trip. Thank you for your hospitality!

What an amazing home. Wow. The views are unbeatable. The home is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful decor and furnishings. Defines the ideals for indoor-outdoor living. I have never encountered a better-stocked kitchen! Every utensil and appliance, spices, all that we could possibly need. The owners provided some extremely thoughtful personal touches.

I stayed at this property in early March 2023 with my family and it was incredible. The house was even nicer than in the pictures and description, and the location was fantastic in a quiet neighborhood with great views, but an easy drive to wherever we needed to go. The hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally, they keep the house very well stocked and in pristine shape. I’ve stayed at some properties where the hosts intentionally leave 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom with guests expected to bring their own, as well as minimal kitchen supplies. This was not the case here and almost everything you’d need for a comfortable weekend was provided. 10/10 would definitely stay next time I’m in the San Diego area.

This home was perfect for our group of four couples. The open floor plan with large dining table, well stocked kitchen, lg screen tv /fireplace and bar area are all with beautiful views of either pool, city or water. Everyone was able to be together without feeling crowded. The kitchen has high quality pots, dishes of all kinds and anything else you may need if you are cooking for two or ten! The owner has supplied the house with quality bedding and towels as well. The outdoor spaces are also lovely with very comfy furniture and multiple sitting areas. There are four full bathrooms so each couple had their own which is always a great treat.
The house is located in a quiet residential area yet within 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to do or restaurants we went to.
The owners were quick to respond and even left some very thoughtful treats for us.

This home was everything I imagined and more. I had my wedding nearby and wanted all of my family to have a nice area to get ready and relax in for the entire weekend. The booking process was quick and easy. The host was great at communicating before our stay, during and even after to ensure we had a great time. I had an issue with one of the doors in the house, but she was able to help me resolve the issue in a timely manner. My entire family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. My favorite areas in this home were the kitchen and outside patio. Perfect for making meals together and spending quality time with great views. The deck is fantastic, with territorial views and views of Mission Bay. We visit San Diego every year and this is the best property we have every stayed at. Days were spent in the wonderful salt water pool and also at the beach which is a short drive away. Even better than we hoped!
We could not be happier with having selected this home for our stay! The home itself is true to photos and simply beautiful in person, with sweeping views off the Terrace as well. The pool area is perfect for families or anyone wanting to enjoy the day at home. It feels like your own private resort! Nice sunshine on the pool too! The house is centrally located between La Jolla and Pacific Beach, which gave us lots of options for dining and entertainment. Things we realized once staying there - the master shower is a rain and steam shower! Great for relaxing. The house has a lot of supplies you need for preparing meals, has a bar area too, etc. A lot of the big glass doors open all the way up, so the fresh air sweeping through was really refreshing. Lastly, the host, Stephanie, was very pleasant and incredibly quick to respond and assist with any questions that came up. She genuinely wants you to enjoy your entire stay and sees to it that your happy with the house! We would absolutely stay here again and would bring some friends along to enjoy it as well!
