The garage, elevator, and wine cellar are not for guest use.
Pool heat is an additional guest expense. This can be added upon booking. Our pool does not have a cover.
While the main floor has central air conditioning, the lower level is heat only.
This home has a Peloton bike for guest use. Guests are responsible for having their own Peloton account and bringing their own shoes.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Neighborhood Notes:
This home is located in Pacific Beach, bordering La Jolla neighborhoods. Pacific Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Pacific Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

My husband and I stayed for a week with our son, daughter in law and 2 year old granddaughter. The house had everything you could ever want in a rental. They gave lots of recommendations for restaurants, beaches and local needs. They were very responsive to our questions as well. I highly recommend this property!

It is hard to believe this amazing property could have exceeded our expectations but it did! This house is beautifully appointed with high end furnishing making it a true oasis. The attention to detail both inside and outside the house were great. The views could not be beat and we were so thankful for how centrally located the house was to all the sights including downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Old Town and Balboa Park. We will definitely be back!

Everyone enjoyed the stay. Enjoyed the area. Beautiful home. Great views. Utilized the Theater Room, swimming pool, Spa and the Pool Table. We were not aware there was no spare toilet paper. Home was equipped with speakers with no way to use the stereo. Information provided did not help.

Spacious and comfortable are the best words to describe! Plenty of room for everyone - every bedroom has it's own bathroom. The movie room was AMAZING and easy to stream movies and shows. The covered porches were in constant use. The large dining table was perfect for sunset dinners. And having the pool literally steps away was the icing on the cake! The property manager was very responsive and helpful! HIGHLY recommend this gorgeous villa for your next family vacation!

This house is beautiful with indoor/outdoor living which was perfect for our family. The pool and spa was a big hit and was utilized daily. Large kitchen and family area and game room to keep us entertained. There is construction going on at the time of our stay which was a bit noisy and resulted in one of the neighbors becoming a bit disgruntled and shooting fireworks off at the construct crews daily starting at 7am going on through the day. We did find quit a bit of mold in the washing machine and corners of some of the bathrooms. Aside from that our family had an amazing time at this property and would highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at property for 5 days. From the moment you walk into the door you are swept away by the elegance, beauty, views and practicality of the home. The multiple decks provide magnificent views of PB and the Pacific. The hosts were extraordinarily attentive to every detail and made us feel immediately at home during our stay. Location, privacy, views and a well supplied home. We had a friend reunion and the size of the home allowed everyone to spread out, relax and create beautiful memories. The pool and jacuzzi were a favorite. No need to second guess this is a huge win!

This luxury vacation home is the best I've ever stayed at. It has everything to make a magical vacation- theater room, pool table, hot tub, pool, backyard, ample parking, AC, and plenty of space to dine. Our family will be coming back time and time again!

This is a really nice house. Lots of space for everyone and a lot of things to do at the house - pool, spa, pool table, theatre room. The location is great - close to the beaches and attractions and lots of good restaurants quite close by. There could be a bit more attention to detail in the maintenance department, however, he management company was very responsive and helpful. A few issues that don’t detract much from the overall enjoyment - cleanliness could be a notch better on floors, walls and fans, the pool needs some deep cleaning, and a few little things like watering system leaks could be better handled by maintenance. Overall a lovely spot!

The location and layout of the house were fantastic. Up on a hill in a quiet, safe neighborhood with sweeping views of the ocean and sunset, the house had ample room for our two families and a layout that was great for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. The kitchen was well appointed. The cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired though. Moldy master shower, stinky dishwasher, grimey light switches, stained carpets, dirty door handles were a miss, particularly given COVID cleanliness standards. The pool towels were really thin and cheap and not enough for a 4 day stay, we had to launder them constantly. The towel stocks for the bathrooms and kitchen were inadequate in number and quality also. The master bath was stocked with a single bath towel. Overall, the house itself is great but the cleanliness and towel situation left a lot to be desired.

This home was breathtaking! The home itself had so much room, the beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular! We had trouble with the heated pool the first few days, but management worked to find a solution and fixed the problem in a timely manner. We had no problem contacting them and getting a response if we had any questions or issues.

I`ve stayed in numerous rentals before and this one was hands down the best we`ve rented. Hot tub, pool, game room, theater room, we were in heaven! The sunsets are incredible too. The property was incredibly clean and accommodating for our large family. We booked again for a future stay before we departed. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
