Toilet is uncomfortable

The toilet should be clean..coz there's cockroach and and the toilet it's really uncomfortable...it's not clean...

aweful management , aweful apartments , aweful breakfast

first apartment was disgraceful , damp on walls , paint peeling , dirty not cleaned , broken glass left on the floor a whole list given to the administration office

as above until they changed the apartment , but then you couldn’t open the balcony door because you were hit with the stench from the rubbish tip below came with breakfast , always cold rice , boiled egg and either Filipino ham, hotdog or fish

I don't recommend this residential dump. you can kind a nicer HOTEL near by.

There is a Mercury drug store a 7 Eleven and 24h store next to residence.

They didn't do a follow up clean out meaning no one stayed their for a while so it had a heavy dust order to the point of me wearing my mask all night long. The location is heavily congested and its hard to get a grab. Upon check out the office wasn't opened at 8am and who ever was living in the office was rude to me.

Utterly disgusting

We were put on one apartment that we were surprised, as we thought it was a hotel room. The bed was dirty, it hasn't been changed with marks, hair on bed; floor was full of hair; toilet/shower had cockroach; then we were moved to another apartment - bed sheet was torn, no cover on our duvet, toilet wasn't clean. We were tol exhausted to be messed around after 21 hours flight the other day so we decided to just call it a night. It was disgustingly dirty and unacceptable. I took photos. No one should be allowed to operate like this. I paid to have breakfast included but breakfast was disgusting too.

nearby to my relatives and around the area is quite convenient to buy things

furnitures were partially broken, seems like its not manage well,toilet sink were choked and they didnt even bother to repair it..

Not up to expectations

It was close to the airport, but the traffic was horrendous, the room was basic, but no kettle or water heating possibilities

A nicrowave, kettle etc would have been nice, food didn't get delivered the 2nd morning, so I had to go and get it

Location. It’s close to the airport and McDonalds is next door. Also spacious

The flush on the toilet didnt work. No hot water. Given only 1 towel for 2 people and the towel was dirty

Disappointing

The toilet even the hot and cold shower got limits , I think hot water only works for 10mins. Old and rough bed cover same goes with the pillows. Assuming we're 2 guests but they provided just 1 towel. Need to improve !!

Disappointing! I wouldn't stay again from any hotel in this area, made me want to leave Philippines!

The room was spacious.

This hotel should be shut down immediately! They should not rent out condemned properties and very uncomfortable loud noises in front of the hotel have a junk yard shop and many dogs, cats, chickens, like a zoo, you can't sleep, I asked for the refund and they said they will and after 3 months I still haven't got the refund! This are regular thieves posing us a hotel! Embarrassing!

i don’t recommend this hotel.

i like the promo before,nice advertisement ,but they relocated to different branch which is to near quiapo church . and it cost me very different.more then 300 pesos every day.

first, i don’t like the noise from outside even you are in 5th floor you hear the vehicle honking . 2nd, i dont like the tv specialy it has only 2 channels and it blurry because of the very poor signal. 3rd, i cant sleep well because of the aircon sound and no selector. 4th, the faucet was dripping in its own time . 5th,i think they dont put any insulation to the dry walls because i have staticexperience twice and its scared me, thats why i can here anything from the other rooms, lastly i think i saw 4 small cockroach.

Disappointing

The location is great but the food are not that good. It doesn’t reached my expectations. Hope you’ll do better action with it, as I am looking forward on staying there again.

I didn’t enjoy much the food breakfast as it’s so plane. Also the television is not working at all. It’s kinda disappointing as it must have been our only way to at least be entertained during our stay.
