difficult to reach destination, it is true that it is near the airport but going to this apartment is a congested street, took 1.5 hrs to reach there. Taxi cost 400 Pesos to go to the airport. Wifi availability wasn't terrific but a headache, difficult to connect, and I kept looking for attendant to help out. It is difficult and expensive to get a ride which is taxi is mostly your way out going to the malls or airport.

The facilities are old with cockroaches. Broken mirrors need to be replaced. The cabinets are old and broken too

The host were not flexible with the early check-in time. They charge 100ph per hour. 2pm is the normal check-in time and they won’t agree even if you ask for 12nn check-in without 200ph extra charge.

Amazing stay that treat you like family!

I booked this property for my senior citizen parents for 16 nights while waiting for our city border to reopen and they loved their stay! The apartment is close to everything- the restaurants, grocery shops, wet markets are just few steps away. Airport is near so that makes it a good location. The apartment is impeccably clean and felt very homey. It has all your basic needs as well. Good value for money and the owners were very accommodating to their needs. Wonderful communication on their fb page with a very timely response. I would recommend this place to everyone and would definitely stay there again!
