Exceptional

We loved having the experience of staying on a boat. We did not feel cramped at all. The boat was clean and had what we needed. Sitting outside in the evening was really relaxing.

Would have liked to have the rear of the boat on the waterside instead of the dock but we were able to go topside where there was a lovely sitting area.

Good.

No pans to cook in. TV did not work. AC vents in main bedroom did not work. The 3 burner stove did not work. No curtains in the windows to block the sun mainly in the kitchen. The drain in the shower did not drain well, almost overflowed out onto the floor.

Floating hobo box with lights

It was a boat

It was falling apart the AC didn't work in the master cabin there was water traped on the floor in the bathroom the bathroom door was broken the door didn't lock the people who worked there were rude and seemed like they just wanted me to leave the boat smelled on the inside wires hanging all over the place the roof in the bed leaked and there was no way to turn the lights off very unhappy. I've stayed in cheeper hotels that were nicer than this boat. calling it a yacht is a joke it's more of a floating box with lights oh and the tv and wifi don't work also very crappy cell phone coverage in side the boat so wifi would have been good to actually have

There were no lights on the boat, and there was no lock on the door. It felt very unsafe. We left and got a hotel room and requested a refund. The lady has yet to refund my money. It's been 3 weeks

No lights and no lock on the door. The beds were very small bunk beds. The pictures made it look like there was a larger bed that 2 people could sleep on. It was actually very disappointing.

We loved the boat, even right before Hurricane Ian hit. I would absolutely book another.

The boat was beautiful. Equipped well for our purposes. The bathroom houses were more than easy to access and use, and the location was not at all crowded.

The boat was a little difficult to get on and off of, it seemed to be tied up way too tightly for the type of dock its on. The parking lot is under construction, which is totally fine, I just wish there was a bit more instruction for that.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY ON THIS BOAT!!!

The marina was ok but I’ve stayed on nicer boats in nicer marina’s.

The Infinity yacht IS NOT a luxury yacht. The boat smells bad, the boat is run down. The AC was not working in the bedrooms, the stove didn’t work. They said they would send maintenance but no one came. What was supposed to be a surprise birthday present for my boyfriend became a nightmare. I spent $484 for 2 nights. Definitely not worth it.

overall even with the little hiccups we encountered, or was relaxing and nice to stay in the yatch.

I liked the privacy. The yatch was nice as well.

We never received the code to get past the front gate and there was nobody immediately avaliable and we called and the email we sent were unanswered. Luckily we saw somebody and they gave us the code. We also were not given the code to get into the bathrooms in the facility since we could only pee in the yacht's bathroom. The inside of the yacht had a toilet like smell that was unpleasant.

Great location and very close to several food trucks. AC worked well along with the hot water.

Spotty communication about codes for check in. Received the codes hours before we arrived The onboard toilet is useless. Need a shade on the front door.

The boat was nice

the owners would not respond even though we messaged them several times that there was a leak in the window over the bed and since it was rainy the bed was soaked and 2 guests had to sleep in a chair. It was terrible not to receive any communication or assistance after we reached out several times.

location to downtown

the boat is showing its age. we didn’t like having to straddle the boat to get on & off, then found out (too late) that we couldn’t use the bathroom onboard for #2, had to get off the boat, walk up the gangway to the marina outhouse. it was all self checkin, there was very little instructions, no one to greet us & show us how things worked. never did find several light switches & the tv didn’t work properly. only one washcloth & paper towels would have been nice in the galley since the dish towel was almost a rag.

Unique experience- definitely to repeat!

Unique idea, good location, fun!

Faint whiff of sewage in main cabin - failed to dissipate. To be on the safe side we used the marina bathroom at all times. Must have been a one off glitch.

very nice romantic weekend stay .would do again

first time on yacht wast great . was well used but that was ok , lots of areas need repair , blinds , hot water worked first day not second ? stove burners don’t work but had one hot plate but need at least two to cook anything . but we had fun , would have like to lay on deck but to much algae growth .

Not a Yacht!

We booked this because it is marketed as a “yacht” and a boatel. It was neither. Upon arrival it looks nice, but spending time in it you can see and smell all of its flaws. The best part was the food trucks at the marina.

The boat is old, smelly, and in a poor location if you expect to walk to the sights. There are none of the little things you would expect on a yacht or even in a 2 star motel. The boat needs a huge renovation if you expect to keep charging around $300/night. It had a very musty smell, the flooring was coming up and the appliances had rust in them. The door lock was broken which the owner installed a cheap chain that could easily be bent and snapped off. We thought we would spend some time hanging on the boat, but there was nothing keeping us there. The plastic Adirondack chairs were crappy and dirty. We woke up and spent the entire day in town away from the boat. We also tried to get our money back for 1 night since we had a cheap lock and did I mention the smell which made my friend sick? We could not get our money back so we slept there only. Boatel Hotels usually have nice towels, toiletries, and some provisions. There were two bottles of water in the fridge that displayed rust. It had a 1 cup keurig for coffee. No toiletries and the towels were thin cheap Walmart towels. We expected to be able to walk downtown as it states it is in walking distance to the sights. It would be a far, long, and unsafe walk. We drove everywhere. The shower drain did not drain and flooded the bathroom. Only one of us showered the entire 2 night stay. We were without extra blankets or pillows and 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. I stayed in the master which smelled and was very dingy. I looked up at the stained ceiling and froze from the one thin blanket. We actually bought a blanket in town. The owner had excuses and was not willing to work with us at all. We were three women who expressed concerns over the cheap chain lock that could easily be snapped off. It was more like an old RV.
