A great vacation rental located on St. Simons Island in the Sea Palms community. This quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo close to the Sea Palms Golf Resort tucked away under a canopy of large live oak trees draped in Spanish moss . Centrally located on the Island you're only 15 minutes away from Neptune Park and Pier Village, where you can fish off the pier, or browse through the quaint shops and eateries on Mallery St. There are many activities to do here on the island from kayaking to just strolling on the pier. This condo will be a great place to kick back and relax at the end of your day!!!

This charming condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It has a lovely location on a small pond with a wonderful fountain which is lit at night. Very peaceful and quiet. Sea Palms is the perfect location for a visit to St Simons Island. We will definitely be coming back and booking this condo. Thanks, Barry!

This unit had what is needed for a comfortable place to relax. Beds are comfy, temp was efficiently controlled where we wanted it. It was also nice to have cable tv so we didn't have to figure out streaming options, too.

We loved every thing about this property! It is a little far from the action in St. Simons, but that gave us the opportunity to explore more places. Barry was a great host! He met us when we arrived and let us check in a little early. Everything was clean and super easy.

We really enjoyed this home and felt it was clean and well stocked. We didn't really use anything in the kitchen, but it's all there if you need it. We especially enjoyed the deck and the turtles! Very relaxing home!

We loved our stay at the condo! From the quite, beautiful scenery and neighborhood to the comfy and nicely decorated condo. We especially loved being right next to one of the ponds with fountains in the condo complex. The kids loved watching the turtles. I was impressed with how quite the neighborhood was, even on 4th of July. Host was also responsive and helped us feel welcome and made check in easy. There was everything we needed at the condo, even beach chairs. We will be back for sure!!

I had a conference at Sea Island but did not want to stay on-site. Partner wanted to come along and bring his dog. Pet friendly, 10 minutes from the conference. 2 beds, 2 baths - convenient kitchen, washer/dryer. The only thing missing was a sharp knife (I luckily brought my own). The neighbors were friendly, parking not an issue, quiet and clean. The alligator in the pond was rehomed during our stay, my partner was excited to have been there to see it. Nice area to walk and bike - unfortunately the rain did not allow use to do much of either, except for walking the dog. Sea Palms Golf Course was right down the road as well. Thanks to Barry for his responsiveness to any query while we stayed.

The house is a little aged but it is clean and in a nice area right next to a nice pond to sit on the porch and relax. The location is great for being in the middle of all the restaurants and beach locations.

Worked well for us. Clean and well maintained. Short on some items (only 2 coffee filters, very low on dish soap, missing some kitchen utensils but made it work out). Location worked well for our first trip to the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Golf Villa Condo. The condo was nicely decorated, spacious, and clean, and it had everything we needed. The area and condo were quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. We enjoyed the turtles and the alligator who were laying in the sun each day. Thanks to the owner Barry for providing a wonderful place to stay on SSI.

Very much enjoyed staying at the villa. Clean, comfortable and had all the items needed to make it easy to live there for a week. Many outside visitors- muktiple turtles, the Ahinga bird and Charlie the 3 foot alligator who would swim up to the edge of the lagoon whenever it heard our deck door open. No feeding animals!! Great location in the middle of St. Simons and easy neighborhood walking within Sea Palms resort area. Will stay again.

Cute little place that was well organized and very comfortable. There are turtles and an alligator in the pond... you may get to see them... they are use to being fed by people easy and safe to watch them from the front porch.

We so enjoyed Barry's property. Our granddaughters loved going on the deck and calling the turtles. We saw 6 at one time and then varying numbers after that. We were so surprised when a baby gator came up as well. The condo has everything we needed. It was quiet and relaxing.

Executive Golf Villas St.Simons Island

Barry made the process simple, from booking to paying to check-in and checkout. Barry was friendly, helpful, and communicated Well. The property was clean, very comfortable, and everything we needed was there. The photos of this rental at 605 executive golf villas does not do it justice. We enjoyed watching the alligator and turtles that live in the pond from the front deck, we saw several cranes fly across the pond and sit in the tree to the right of the deck, and a couple cardinals visited and sat on the lower limbs of the tree closest to the main entrance. We had a great time, I would highly recommend a round of golf at the King and Prince golf club. It rained and we were unable to play at the Sea Palms golf resort adjacent to the villas; however the views of the golf course and practice areas looked very inviting. hope to play at Sea Palms golf club next trip. The island has some fantastic resteraunts, I would not recommend the Red Barn restaurant near the villas for seafood, if you go to the Red barn get Steak or fried chicken. Thanks again Barry !!!

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. The property had so many amenities - washer/dryer, pots, pans, etc. We enjoyed driving to the village for lunch and shopping and we biked to Fort Frederica. My husband enjoyed a round of golf at Sea Palms Golf Club and he really enjoyed it and said the course was beautiful and in great shape. We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again. Barry was great to communicate with and very courteous and helpful.

This little villa was great for our stay. It was in a great location with most places being within 10-15 minutes away. We loved seeing all the wildlife on the pond. The only thing is I wish the listing had said something about the walk from the parking lot to the villa itself. While its not a long walk at all for most people, elderly people who have some trouble walking will have some trouble getting to this villa. Otherwise it was clean, comfortable and the property manager was very easy to get in touch with!

The property was very clean and had everything we could need. The deck was wonderful to enjoy an evening night cap or watch the wildlife that was very active in the lagoon. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was so easy to get to. Barry was wonderful and even provided thick beach towels and comfy beach chairs upon request. We would love you come back soon to this property or any that Barry manages.
