Retro-Inn mit kleinen Zimmern im Ortskern mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen

Lage im Ortskerne, fast an der Hauptkreuzung, aber etwas zurückgesetzt, Schattiger Pool mit Liegen, Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür auf der Strasse oder im Hinterhof, Details im Retrolook.

Zimmer und Bad sehr klein, typisches altes Inn im Motelstil, in unserem Bad leckte der Syphon, daher war es nach jedem Benutzen des Waschbeckens nass und man verteilte den Strassenstaub im Bad und im Zimmer. Von unserem Dach tropfte es direkt vor den Eingang, noch lange nach einem Regenguss, bei anderen Zimmern nicht: Gefahr auszurutschen. Wände extrem hellhörig, unsere Nachbarn hatten die ganze Nacht den Fernseher laufen! Wenig Ablageflächen, Kleiderbügel erst auf Nachfrage. Kurzum man müsste einiges reparieren und verbessern.

Even though I had a few complains, we will be back. I can fix the problems that I stated.

The location is amazing! We were able to walk to all restaurants, the pier, and the playground for the kids to play. We all loved the fire pit too!!

The floors were filthy. You couldn’t walk any amount of distances without your feet turning black. Also, when we got there the room smelled to strong of bleach. Yes, I like to know bleach was used to clean the room, but the smell was overbearing. I had to leave the doors open for a while.

The pool

Parking is a nightmare. Saw 2 roaches in our room, rooms and bathroom are very small. Bed is just a mattress so you will hurt all over the next morning. Wi-Fi and cable do not work except for a minute on and the right back off.

Cute, spacious room. Had everything we needed. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, convince store. Grocery, dollar tree about 5 min up the rd.

Lots of traffic. But it didn't affect our stay at the hotel

The shower did not drain and we were not all able to take a shower after a charter fishing trip! We got to the room late and found the shower was not draining. Room was way over priced!!

Close to the pier and shopping centers/restaurants!

Parking out front was def hard to get in and out because you couldn’t see oncoming traffic. Our room was located in a weird spot on the side at the top (up some stairs)

Stay somewhere else! Not in room 5. Other good options we saw in the heart of town.

Location and parking. The property is really cool-looking with a old-school vibe, including the pool.

The bed, the odor inside the room. The cost was crazy high for this room, and we were charged twice because the guy that checked us in charged us when already paid via booking. He seemed annoyed that I was there, interrupting what he was doing on his phone. The dehumidifier and the wall AC ran all night and the odor in the room made us both sick to our stomachs. Not sure about the other rooms, but don’t stay in room 5!

Very nice place to stay for a quick get a away out of town. Ate, shopped, and walked

Location was great to everything, pier, shopping, restaurants.

Surprised there was no tv in the bedroom, but not a deal breaker. Bathroom is a little small, but again, not a deal breaker.

Not the comfort we expected.

Fire pit and central location and layout of the inn. Appliances in kitchen area were good and new.

Lack of comfort in the kitchen area : only one wineglass, no bottle opener, no decent utensils, no toaster, etc. We had to ask for everything. Also in the rest of the unit : no drawers to put clothes away, no cupboard or shelf in bathroom, tv on sidewall of bed, no tv in sitting area. The room was never properly cleaned during our stay.

Convenient quaint place, great area for a B-day weekend girls trip.

Super convenient, within walking distances of some of the best restaurants.

The king bed wasn’t comfortable, the other two beds were super comfortable, so maybe add a foam mattress topper? The hot water took a while to heat up and the shower had a SLOW drain…so it would fill up to the edge of the tile just before spilling over on an average shower time, with 4 people trying to shower it was impossible.

Cute retro style, GREAT location!

As many people have said, the location is AMAZING! We did not use our vehicle the entire trip! So much within walking distance and the rest within biking distance. Great to have the bike rack there to lock up the bikes as well. The room is so cute with the retro theme and was very clean! It was very quiet in the evening and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Fresh towels provided for us. We did not have to request and they were left at our door since we had the "do not disturb" sign out. We will certainly be back!

The only thing I could say as others have mentioned. The interior 2nd floor rooms do have an odd set up for stairs. You open the door and the stairs immediately start. Stairwell is slightly narrow so carrying large suitcases up could be awkward. We did not find it to be too bad but we traveled with smaller carryon style suitcases.

Great get away place on our favorite island!

We loved the old school charm of Queens Court. Its nostalgia was refreshing. The bed was super comfy!
