Great

Problem with Bathroom door and it was fix while we were out.

The breakfast was not up to what we paid for the room.

Excellent and would stay again

Easy parking, wonderful reception staff, very comfortable suite, great view over the airport, good shower, decent Wi-Fi and very quiet. Bonnie (receptionist) was utterly brilliant and went the extra mile to help me with a problem doing some printing. Loved the fire pit!

A kettle in the room would have been great.

Great stay

Best place I have stayed with my dog. Beach is close (1.5m), Harris teeter close, good food close, room was large and comfortable. Bottle water for free. Safe area

Location. S’mores and bonfire.

Breakfast had protein and yogurt… thank you. It still wasn’t quite delicious. We heard aircraft early and late. Would appreciate if the fan could run steadily to cover outside noise.

Fair not bad could have been better.

The room was ok.

Breakfast, the staff morale was down so it wasn't very friendly it felt forced. I had to try to cheer them up.

First shift staff were very kind. Second shift was not. Just seemed like a lot to pay for a room that wasn’t clean.

The location was nice and the pool was great.

The bathroom was not clean, hair on and in the shower. Water also had a stinky smell.

For the two nights that we stayed, we had a quiet and convenient hotel to stay in.

The room was clean and had a good smell, which is important to me. Plenty of linens and breakfast was good.

Can't think of anything.

Good for the money and close to the beach

Breakfast had fresh waffles which looked good. The rest of the offerings were nothing to write home about. The beds were really soft and the room was clean. The room was nice and large.

The pool was smaller than expected but was still nice, although it was next to a plane runway so there was a lot of noise. The water pressure was lousy.

The breakfast set up was a little odd. I feel like it could definitely be rearranged so the line would move quickly. Other than that everything was great !

How the room was set up. I like that there is a curtain between the "living area" and the bed, so if I wanted to go to sleep before my husband, then the light of the TV really didn't bother me.

The mattress and pillows were not as comfortable as some of the other hotels we have been in.

A night in st simons before vacation in Ponte Vedra for the week.

Convenient location

Ok but not a great value. Noisy, lots of partying beyond 11 pm, wore flip flops in the shower and checked for bed bugs. A step above camping.

I NEEDED GLUTEN & DAIRY FREE AND THEY WERE CLUELESS AS TO WHAT THIS WAS AND LITERALLY HAD NO OPTIONS FOR ME.

Great hotel, relaxing vacation, we will do it again.

The breakfast were good, however they basically served the same thing over again. Should mix it up, such as honey nut cheerios and milk.

Couch or love seat were low, as a elderly couple, that can be taxing getting up and down. I didn't know that you had to pay a twenty dollar fee for damage control of our room, if any damage at all, which were none,said they would put money back on my credit card, have not yet received the money,which in fact, they lied, deducted twenty three dollars instead, I am very disappointed, unbusiness like Untrustworthy.

It was fabulous!

Breakfast was excellent,- the room was big and comfortable. The cleaning was not done in one day during my stay, I said the front desk when I arrived that I want house keeping but did not know that every single day I had to tell the front desk for cleaning. next day the cleaning was excellent. I really enjoy the hotel.

I have to tell the front desk every day that i want house keeping.
