Estancia muy justita para lo que estamos acostumbrados en España

Las camas eran lo único realmente cómodo del apartamento.

El suelo estaba muy viejo y deteriorado, faltaban trozos de parquet y estaba todo suelto, hacia un ruido enorme. El toallero del baño estaba roto, colgando, no se podía usar.. No te podías lavar la cara pues te pegaba la cabeza en la repisa del espejo. No había un solo cepillo para el polvo y un recogedor. En el baño donde estaba la taza del WC no había toallero. La ubicación era regular, no había cerca ni metro, ni tranvía ni bus, aunque el barrio estaba bien y era muy tranquilo. La alfombra del salón-dormitorio estaba para tirarla a la basura, las esquinas tan dobladas que no servirán más que para tropezar con ella.

Отличен избор! Местоположението за нас винаги е решаващо,защото сме с две малки деца.Централнната гара Wien Mitte е на пешаходно разстояние, но има и удобна връзка на метрото,ако сте от хората,които НЕ обичат да вървят или просто сте изморени.Самият апартамент е с абсолютно всички удобства!-пералня,миялна машина,тостер,кана за вода,кафе машина,фурна,котлони, микровълнова.Апартамент 11 А,беше и с две големи просторни спални,като в едната имаше и голям разтегателен диван,телевизор,голяма маса за хранене,6 стола.Банята също е много просторна и светла. Комуникацията с хората по настаняване също е бърза и удобна и отговарят бързо при задаване на въпроси,а аз им писах поне 4-6 пъти и всеки път отговаряха почти веднага. Всичко е просто....повече от прекрасно! Определено следващия път ще отседнем отново тук! Силно препоръчвам!

Lokalizacja i duży apartament

Apartament duży, przestronny. Łóżka duże i wygodne. Przystępna lokalizacja. Sklepy blisko, ale krotko otwarte. Niestety miejscami widoczne pajęczyny, kaloryfery działają tylko z rana i wieczorem jest chłodno. Słuchawka od prysznica nadaje się do wymiany. Pokój na 6 osób zawierał jedynie 3 duże szklanki i kilka małych filiżanek. Niektóre sztućce nadawały się już do wyrzucenia. Trochę się rozczarowaliśmy brakiem najzwyklejszej herbaty. W pilocie do telewizora nie było jednej baterii i pomimo zgłoszenia tego, nie dostaliśmy jej przez cały wyjazd (pracownik poinformował nas, ze dostarczy baterie).

Muy buen apartamento relación calidad-precio.

Todo estaba muy limpio, era confortable, estación de metro cerca y supermercado enfrente.

Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas, la televisión no funcionaba y el wifi se desconectaba a cada rato, solo podía conectarse una persona a la vez porque había que meter los datos.

Kurz aber sehr gemütlich

Sehr nahe an der U-Bahn und die Wohnung sehr sauber, gemütlich und alles vorhanden. Perfekt für eine Reise mit der Familie oder für Freunden. Perfekt das es in der nähe einen Spar gibt.

Lieder gab es in der nähe nichts um Frühstück zu esse, oder wir haben es nicht gefunden.

Vienna molto bella ma era freddissimo

La posizione dell'appartamento era vicino alla metro cinque minuti si è al centro di Vienna, difronte c'era un supermercato appartamento molto bello ben riscaldato la sera era un piacere rientrare a casa il proprietario gentilissimo ha risposto sempre alle mie domande

Posso dire nn c'era nulla di negativo per essere un po' pignoli magari i teli da bagno un po' più grande, e magari due bustine di the ci avrebbe fatto piacere qualcosa di caldo quando siamo arrivati la sera alle 22.00 però alla fine tutto perfetto

Комфортний, просторий номер. Велике ліжко, все необхідне на кухні, всі туалетні приналежності. Зручне розташування, поруч продуктовий маркет. Парковка в 5 хв від помешкання. Адміністрація досить комунікабельна і допоможе, якщо виникають якісь питання.

Хотілось би щоб більше уваги приділили вчасному прибиранню і щоб воно було ретельнішим. Довелось майже весь посуд пере мити в посудомийці. Не завадило б вологе прибирання після попередніх гостей.

I would like to say that your place made our vacation memorable, comfortable and unforgettable

I liked how clean the apartment was. Calm neighborhood was additional priority. Also it was really convenient that supermarket was across the street. Location was perfect, 5 minutes from metro station. We enjoyed staying there.

Moderno, pulito e gentili

Sono stata con due amiche in un appartamento moderno, pulito e accogliente, perfetto per tre e dotato di ogni cosa utile (prodotti per lavare, phon, tostapane). Non in centrissimo, ma assolutamente comodo rispetto ai mezzi, raggiungibili in 5/10 minuti a piedi. Assolutamente apprezzato il viaggio gratis dall'aeroporto alla struttura, effieciente e gentilissimo l'autista, che ci ha aspettate nonostante il ritardo del volo. Inoltre, avevo contattato la struttura per un'informazione e mi aveva risposto in meno di 10 minuti. Davvero consigliato, soprattutto per il prezzo giustissimo.

Ho apprezzato lo stile antico dell'edificio, a tratti decadente ma comunque di fascino.

Buena ubicación, limpio y correcto.

Disponía de lo básico y nada más. Ni un solo detalle. Se notaba que era de una empresa con muchos apartamentos turísticos. Infinidad de mensajes, antes incluso de llegar, con amenazas de multas y llamadas a la policía. Nada acogedor.

Schöne Altbauwohnung mit unterdimensionierten sanitären Anlagen

Sehr unkomplizierter Check-In. Anfrage auf Rechnung wurde unverzüglich (Sonntag, innerhalb von 30 Minuten) bearbeitet.

Leider ist 1 Dusche und 1 WC für eine Unterkunft, die auf 12 Personen ausgelegt ist, völlig unzureichend. Leider wurde dies mMn in der Objektbeschreibung nicht deutlich kommuniziert. Das 12-Personen-Apartment kann nur für Gruppen bis maximal 6 Personen empfohlen werden.

Άνετη διαμονή σε όμορφο αισθητικά χώρο

Πολύ άνετο και μεγάλο δίχωρο κατάλυμμα (μείναμε 4 άτομα) σε βολική τοποθεσία για μετακίνηση σε διάφορα μέρη ενδιαφέροντος. Σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια σούπερ μάρκετ και χώροι εστίασης, πολύ κοντά στο ποτάμι για βόλτες με τα πόδια με όμορφη διαδρομή στη φύση. Ήσυχο, ασφαλές, καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, άριστα στρώματα και κλινοσκεπάσματα για ξεκούραστο ύπνο.

Το μόνο αρνητικό πως το δωμάτιο μας που ήταν στο ισόγειο είχε οπτική πρόσβαση στον ακάλυπτο χώρο του κτηρίου χωρίς φυσικό φωτισμό αλλά ικανοποιητικό για αερισμό του χώρου και δεν παρείχε προϊόντα περιποίησης (σαμπουάν) για τις μέρες παραμονής μας.

Miły pobyt w mieście pełnym zabytków i muzyki, wszędzie łatwo się dostać metrem.

Piękna stylowa kamienica, reprezentacyjna klatka schodowa, przestronne mieszkanie, wygodne łóżka, praktyczna kuchnia, supermarket blisko, metro dość blisko.

Widok z okna na brzydki dziedziniec, proponowałbym przynajmniej wstawić tam jakieś rośliny w donicach. Brak klimatyzacji, w sierpniu było ponad 30 stopni w mieszkaniu.

Good beds beds, but you have to sell your data for the access to internet

The beds were good.

For the wi-fi, the terms and conditions were ok but to sign up you needed to sign up to the data sharing and commercial emails. this is not appropriate and was rather disappointing. I ended up buying data rather than using their services. It should not be advertised as complimentary wi-fi.

The apartment was in a beautiful old building which we loved Very close to an underground station which made getting into the city centre really easy Comfy beds, good shower, dishwasher tablets provided Very close to a large supermarket

The street was quite busy and noisy Quite poorly equipped kitchen in terms of utensils We had to go up many flights of stairs to get to our apartment which was a pain with bags, especially in the heat

Overall great location, clean, comfortable and spacious.

The apartment was thoroughly clean when we arrived. The apartment itself is spacious with amazing ceilings. Location was conveniently situated close to the U-bahn and there is a nice market close by. Another highlight is the apartment building’s lobby, it is stunning!

Our tv did not work, it would switch ON but there was no signal. Fortunately we spent 98% of the time site-seeing and our stay was only two days. Something that would have been a nice touch would have been a few courtesy satchels of coffee. This is not a bad thing but it is a suggestion.

Superb

A/C is really important in Vienna when summer comes. The room is quite clean and good decorated. You can do the laundry and cooking by your own. Fully equipmented. They even give you some laundry gel. Supermarket is really close(1 min away).

You need to go up stairs to get to the elevator. If you have really heavy luggage, it's a little bit problematic, when you don't have enough strength to do so. Bathtub is a little bit narrow and the water will split out. Otherwise, the room is perfect.

I liked the secure location. Very clean room.

It was really hot and there was no air conditioner. It was about a 6 minute walk to the metro that takes you to the historic center.
