Très bon hôtel, très cosy !

La décoration de l’hôtel et de la chambre, un ensemble très agréable et chaleureux. La qualité de literie. L’emplacement de l’hôtel qui permet de se balader à pieds. Le personnel sympathique dans l’ensemble. L’ambiance générale est appréciable.

Les prix à la carte pour en autre le petit-déjeuner sont un peu excessifs. Également, 13$ pour un tout petit verre de chardonnay 😏 Le quartier semble être en plein processus de « gentrification » mais ce n’est pas encore très concluant. Nous n’étions pas très rassurés le soir, le quartier est un peu mort.

Chic and comfortable...would definitely recommend .

Hip and comfortable..we started our days with coffee and scones in the coffee bar and ended the evening enjoying a cocktail in the lounge..friendly staff and very comfy beds.

The valet was very friendly and efficient but having to call and wait for car to be brought around every day added an extra step.

I would’ve never expected such a great, clean, cute hotel in downtown Memphis!

The staff was exceptionally helpful, from the security, front desk, to housekeepers. We enjoyed the ambiance of the lobby and the cute bar. I’ve worked in hospitality and ARRIVE is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in years! My husband couldn’t stop talking about how we’ve finally found a jewel hotel in Memphis!

The parking could have been better, however we arrived after valet had left. I’d prefer secured parking but our car was safe and we were able to park directly in front of the hotel.

I would return and suggest others experience this beautiful property

I LOVE this property! From cleanliness to the friendly staff...the refreshing water in the lobby...I could go on. The only thing mentioned by my spouse was that the open shower made his shower a bit unconfortable from being cold. I appreciated the vintage feel of the room...very clean! There was a light dog smell when we checked in on the first floor and elevator but it's expected sometimes at a dog friendly property...the following morning the smell was gone. I assumed the staff for overnight may have enjoyed their holiday and being a pet owner myself I know they can be nervous near and on elevators. Thanks for the great stay...I will be back.

Would stay again but not if on the first floor!

It was roomy, stylish, and clean!

Ask for a room above the first floor. We were woken up very early to what sounded like a conference being held above our head. Learned that the gym was above our head. What an awful surprise! Coffee shop has poor selection of alternative milks and sugar-free options. Sadly I went down the street for my coffee.

Hôtel au style très tendance et parfaitement situé dans la main street de Memphis.

Emplacement idéal dans un quartier qui manifestement se « gentrifie », parfait pour une halte à Memphis (en face du musée des droits de l’homme / motel Lorraine, du fameux diner Arcade, et à 10 min du centre), hôtel très réussi dans un style industriel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très belle chambre.

Pas de vrai petit déjeuner proposé: il y a une carte de boissons et viennoiseries au bar de l’hôtel et la note grimpe vite. Demandez à éviter les chambres au rez de chaussée, car il existe une porte d’accès pour toutes les chambres à ce niveau ; et à ce niveau, vous êtes au courant chaque fois que quelqu’un l’ouvre…

Great location, only a few minutes walk to Beale Street. Lovely coffee shop downstairs. Spacious, comfortable room. Morden decor

After moving the slide doors in our room, we found the mirrors very dirty from previous occupants. Soon sorted after cleaners had been but should have been done beforehand if more thorough

Absoluut niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Kamer redelijk. Ruim maar afwerking laat te wensen over. Enorm luide airco.

Personeel verschrikkelijk onvriendelijk. Receptie en man achter de bar dramatisch. Dubbel bedrag ingehouden van Creditcard en nog niet terug ontvangen. Pas op.

It was a good location to the Civil Rights Museum which was my purpose in visiting Memphis However there are no guest se

The room was beautifully and stylishly done but no safety mat provide for very slippery tile shower floor so housekeeping gave me a cotton bathmat to place on shower stall floor as it was dangerously slippery when wet.

Enjoyable stay in a very cool property.

Location excellent with some great nearby restaurants, bars, and sights. Close... but not too close... to Beale St. Room (bigger studio) was superb, modern, clean, bright, quality furnishings, good linens-- I loved it. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back when I'm in Memphis.

Man I miss in-room coffee. But whatever there's a coffee shop downstairs and they'll deliver to your room. Still.... Also hustle up and open that beautiful lobby bar! At the moment it's a giant laptop work area with a bunch of liquor you can't have.

You won't regret your stay

I LOVED everything about this hotel! The boutique/cafe vibe, gorgeous rooms and the staff was exceptional!

Although I felt very safe, I do recommend the car valet(more money, i know but worth it), the hotel has their own private garage. The area seems to be a target for car break ins and thefts

The staff. Exceptionally helpful. The night manager’s assistance with helping out with Booking.com rez when arriving flight was cancelled after a 6 hr wait. Great coffee shop, comfy, with house baked bread. The facilities, an industrial feel in a highly positive sense. I mulled about this hotel vs the Westin, and made the RIGHT choice.

Conveniently located, everything we wanted to see was in walking distance. Cute, trendy space and helpful staff!

Our hot water was inconsistent but the maintenance staff did their best to be prompt fixing it.

Very funky designed room. The building was formerly a factory built in 1913. The renovation is impressive but still has elements of an antique feel. Great use of small spaces. Unique fixtures and artwork designed by students.

Valet parking was less than ideal. Because a trolley stop is directly in front of the hotel, you have to park on a side street and walk around to the hotel for valet services. That also means that you cannot unload your luggage directly in front of the hotel. The location is within walking distance of a lot of great tourist's spots and restaurants. However, I did not feel comfortable walking to those locations in the evening. The hotel is located on the edge of a very urban area that is being revitalized. When we arrived, there were some with housing insecurity present. But again, the building is beautiful. I just wish it would have been located maybe a block further into downtown.

Wonderful experience, exceptional value - highly recommend!

We loved everything about the Arrive. It was cozy from the time we walked in, all the staff were friendly and helpful and made our short stay perfect. I wish we had been able to spend more time here, and I feel like we got a great experience for the cost!

Nothing, everything was better than we could have expected.
