Ideale Lage, nicht ganz sauber
Perfekte Lage, modern eingerichtet.

Great choice for a couple who want to walk and explore Roppongi and central Tokyo
Lovely modern facility, excellent service. The location is a bit of a walk from the station with luggage, but doable. Stayed in a standard queen non-smoking room which was very roomy for Tokyo. Comfortable beds, great bath and shower ( probably good up to almost 200cm in height), well-appointed room with a small refrigerator that also has a freezer, which can be rare. Excellent lighting, big window, very good sound isolation. Did not use gym but it was available and clean. Security also excellent, with card key access for elevators and then again off the landing to the rooms.
They charge an extra fee to make a taxi reservation, which is probably more common in 2023 with hotels trying to recoup pandemic losses, but still a bit unfriendly. The hotel interior is nice but a design quirk has the elevators isolated from the lobby by a hallway with several turns. Typical of a modern hotel maximizing area for rooms, the hallways on guest floors are a bit narrow and have no natural light.

Reasonable 4 start hotel in Tokyo, look for better options !!
The property is located in a good location near by convenient stores.
I was informed a day before check in that the restaurant which is closed which was not appreciated. Room service limited operating hours. Low value for money given the service standard.

Nice hotel. Not worth the price. Trashy lobby
The hotel itself was very nice. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There were lots of restaurants and donquiote nearby. The rooms were comfortable and a decent size for Tokyo. There were only a few laundry machines, so your chances of doing laundry are slim.
It's about a 15 minute walk to the two nearby subway stations. You can get a great view of the tokyo tower nearby, but it's not a close walk. It was a 15 minute taxi ride itself. There aren't a ton of shops worth checking out nearby outside of Don quixote and a few restaurants. Lots of bars nearby where the bouncer will be cat calling to get your female friends in. The thing that was most off putting about this property was the lobby. When you walk in, it feels really trashy. There were always families in the lobby eating and their kids running around. Not sure what was going on, but there were always lots of people in the lobby just sitting and waiting for something.

The fastest Check In/Check Out that I've ever had! Efficient and drama-free.
Not a 5 Star Hotel (as listed on booking.com), but really lovely all the same!
Housekeeping was regular but oddly cursory.
