Buena experiencia

El desayuno, las habitaciones cómodas con aire, la ubicación

El ruido en las noches es muy molesto es lo único malo se escucha todo lo que hablan y hacen en las otras habitaciones, cuando cierran cajones y demás. Parece que las paredes son muy delgadas o algo así

excelente, buena relacion calidad-precio

La habitación muy linda y cómoda, limpia, amplia, nos quedamos en una habitación de la casa del frente y fue muy cómoda, el baño excelente, la ubicación excelente, muchos restaurantes cerca, zona segura, los sitios turísticos a los que fuimos estuvieron relativamente cerca (entre 15 y 20 minutos en carro).

Se podría mejorar en las opciones de desayuno, pero en general estuvo bien.

Brak okna w pokoju. W pokoju brak wody i szklanek. Śniadanie jedzone praktycznie w garażu. Jedyny plus, że aut w czasie śniadania nie było ;-)

La amabilidad y El Gran trabajo de lá chicas en lá recepcion, excelente servicio Al cliente

Que lá habitacion estaba oculta no tênia vista a la calle, deberian mejorar El ingreso ya que nós sentíamos incômodos que cada que entramos y Saliamos Las chicas de lá recepcion tenian que ir a abrir aparte no nós Gusto El hecho de np recibir El desayuno a lá hora de realizar El checking y hoy en lá manana Salimos super temprano y no tomamos El desayuno.

The location is perfect and the staff helpful as they changed us room after I requested it

No shelves to put our things on, no hooks for jackets etc. So our things were spread all over the place Also the sheets provided didn't even fit the king bed we had so we had to take each our own sheet.

Las instalaciones buenas

Durante la estadía el personal del aseo abrió la puerta sin percatarse que estábamos adentro, eso es invadir privacidad y existen artículos y derechos que protegen esa acción, favor capacitar, mejorar y tomar acciones para que no suceda esto, se siente uno vulnerable.

Very loud and staff was not accommodating

Location was good

The first night we couldn’t sleep because the hotel staff was very loud in the lobby all night long. The room location was right above the lobby and the open staircase carried the sound straight to the room we were in.

La ubicación

La habitación inicial que nos dieron, fría, incómoda, mucho ruido y el valor que pagamos por esa habitación que era la más sencilla, era un valor igual que el de una mejor habitación, lo bueno fue que nos cambiaron de habitación sin cobró adicional por lo que habíamos ya pagado un precio superior por la habitación inicial. Almohadas de plástico, incómodas y sonaban

This was such a lovely hotel! The rooms nicely decorated and small details from the lights to the very large beds. The staff were all lovely and helped us when our remote to the TV stopped working. Could not recommend enough.

We were woken up by noise in the hotel, unsure on if it was hotel workers or guests but didn’t effect our stay

Nice hotel

The staff were so amazing, kind and welcoming. Can't say enough about how good they are. Hotel and rooms were clean. Stayed in room 501 for 10 days, comfortable and clean, large wardrobe, nice shower and Jacuzzi.

Rooms at front of hotel are very noisy. Stayed in room 502 for 2 days. It wasn't a nice as room 501, shower in muddle of the room rather than separate toilet and shower room like 501. The shower door didn't close and toilet seat improperly installed. The breakfast place along the street is not impressive given how many breakfasts they serve. Glass rather than plastic and charging extra for a drop of milk in coffee seemed a bit silly, especially after having so many breakfasts there.

Excellent staff, clean room, perfect location.

Most of the rooms have no windows, despite being against exterior walls of the building. My shower was in the corner of my bedroom, and there was no extractor fan, so the room got a little steamy.
