it is good to just stay but not really enjoy

I love the location of this property, convenient location to go around the city

the furniture is not as clean as I expected. I used to have a booking with another branch of Cozrum but different location, that time was perfect because it was exactly the same with the provided photos. but this time is not, and im kinda disappointed somehow. The sink also has some mold on it and the table is absolutely not clean at all.

Cheap price so quality is low.

Room wider

Room ceiling is very shot. U feel crumping. They didn’t clean your room everyday, they said 3 days do cleaning 1 time. I stay there 3 nights, can’t get cleaning or house keeping. The furniture are quit old, they have kitchen but no plat no spoon, broken electric cattle. Broken plug hole. A lot of dust beneath the bed head table. 😖

Can’t complain much for the price

Courteous and helpful staffs.

Small rooms that need to be repainted. Bathroom needs additional light, toilet sink needs clean caulking and Shower is slow to drain. Cleanliness should be rated at 6.0 or lower

Comfortable

Fairly neat and simple setup. The couch is comfortable. I'd love to sleep on it than the bed. : ) The room is suitably big enough for a couple or even a small family. Lovely balcony. Pretty clean bathroom. Quiet atmosphere. Seriously, I love the freedom when staying in any Cozrum accommodation. It's almost similar to my travel experience when I'm abroad. Keep it up, I love your styles. I will try other rooms next time.

The sofa is torn a bit. The door lock doesn't seem responsive; it delays upon opening or closing.
