Bring your family and friends to a tropical paradise and book this gorgeous and spacious villa. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with its 5 bedrooms - 3.5 bathrooms. This villa has all the ingredients needed: AC-hot water-beach chairs-WiFi-alarm system-safe-full equipped kitchen-BBQ- and above all amazing outdoor space with large and fresh swimmingpool to spend quality time in privacy, while only MINUTES away from the hotel strip of Palm Beach!
This villa is perfect for large groups of friends and family who are looking to spend quality time away from the busy resorts!
The 5 bedrooms in total will easily outdo any hotel experience and give everyone space and privacy.
Not just one but two master bedrooms have their own attached bathroom. The other three smaller bedrooms share a bathroom and an additional half bathroom.
Our master bedrooms have kingsize beds, two of the other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and the fifth bedroom has two single beds.
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with all the necessary pots and pans and dishes to make sure you can prepare meals at home and save a bundle on dining out every evening. The appliances in the kitchen are brand new and we have a great ceramic stovetop, a dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge, blender, toaster, coffeemaker! The large large dining table on the patio by the pool will make dining in just as fun as any restaurant. You can even order a chef in to come and cook your meal!
The villa is completely airconditioned so you can enjoy and sleep on nice cold sheets after a long day sunbathing and visiting Aruba's beaches.
Our villa has a great outdoor space with a delicous fresh pool and chairs to lounge by the pool to enjoy the sun, but there is plenty of space to also enjoy shade at the hottest time of day. Outdoor shower, bathroom by the pool, loungechairs, large dining table, and to make things complete a great BBQ grill to have fun and cook outside.
We also provide great Tommy Bahama beach chairs which are very comfortable and easy to carry, so you can save on chair rental on the beach. Of course we also provide a cooler and beach towels!
We value our guests safety so our property is fully fenced so you will have all the privacy you need, we have a great alarm system with 24/7 monitoring and we also have a safe for you to store your valuables.
Our home has hot water and free WiFi.
Our villa is perfect for you! There is a tennis club right next door where you can obtain a day or week pass and also use the gym. They also have a casual restaurant for you to grab a bite.
You are about a 5 minute drive from the strip of Palm Beach with the High Rise hotels and all it's watersports, entertainment and restaurants.

We had an amazing stay! Everything about the house was absolutely perfect. We received a ton of helpful information about the house and Aruba from the owners before we even left. Check in was easy - Daniel the property manager was prompt and attentive and incredibly helpful. He sat with us at check in and gave lots of local recommendations for food and activities that all were spot on! The house was spotless, well appointed and everything worked. Location is perfect and Ting Wei - the local grocery had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacation!!

The house is exactly as advertised. The owner was responsive to anything we needed (which wasn’t much). The place was stocked with great beach towels, and plenty of them. Numerous beach chairs that were good quality and easy to carry. Pool setup was top notch and included rafts, fins, and snorkel equipment. Chairs around pool were comfortable and of nice quality. Outside table was large enough for the 8 of us to eat and play games. The hammock was a real hit with the whole family (ages 11 to 75). Beds were comfortable and pillows were plentiful. Less than a 7 minute drive to multiple beaches (including Palm and Eagle). You should rent a car if you stay here as parking is easy around Aruba and at this house. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed, though the grocery stores around the house were a lot (a lot!) more expensive than the ones near airport and town. Ice maker in freezer was robust and a travel beach cooler was even provided in the house.

This was our 4th vacation to Aruba. Villa Carpe Diem was perfect for our family. We have 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 small kids. The host made sure we had 2 high chairs and 2 pack and plays for the 2 little ones.
Move in was smooth, with the key right at the front door and Daniel taking us through the house. Daniel's restaurant recommendations were spot on!
The house allowed us to swim in the pool at all times, walk to the beach (the sign on the street helped point us through the cactus jungle), prepare some meals, enjoy carry out from some great local restaurants and more! The cooler and beach chairs made the short trip to Boca Catalina perfect.
Without question, all our expectations were exceeded.
Jose & Rixt's properties will certainly be high on our list for future trips to Aruba!

From the moment I booked this home everything was perfect. The hosts (Jose and Rixt) got right back to me whenever I had a question, no matter how small the question they answered it right away. The location perfect. At the end of the road is a path that takes you right out to the beach by the Ritz. 5 minute walk. The home has beach chairs, cooler and beach towels. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful and great size for us. There is a laundry room and an outside shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. Daniel the property manager was incredibly sweet and very helpful. We were so sad to leave. I definitely recommend this home for your family. You won't be disappointed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we will see you again!!!

The house was wonderful! Plenty of room for us all to spread out and have our own space. Having the pool was a blessing, just shower off outside and jump in after a hot day at the beach.
The kitchen was fairly well equipped as long as you're not planning anything too extravagant.
We were minutes from the high risers and Eagle Beach. Quiet neighborhood.
Well kept inside and out and clean. Brought the cooler, chairs and beach towels on all our day trips. Can't wait to return!!

We had a great stay at Carpe Diem. The house was in a great location close to restaurants and wonderful beaches. While we didn’t use the pool much, choosing to enjoy all Aruba has to offer, we enjoyed eating and playing games in the outdoor seating area at night. The house was well stocked and we had zero issues while staying there. We would definitely stay here again.

Only negative feedback I would have is toaster needs replaced and Kings are a little uncomfortable.
But,

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carpe Diem in Aruba. Our family was impressed by the property, the house, and the outdoor pool area. The owner provided us with a very detailed book that gave recommendations about local restaurants, tours to book, and stores to shop in. We were very comfortable in this house and had the best time in Aruba!

Can’t say enough great things about our stay at Villa Carpe Diem. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and the house was immaculate. Air conditioning worked great, the pool was very clean and got a lot of use after our daily beach trips. 1.5 miles from Arashi beach and super close to all of the action downtown.
The host(s) were super accommodating and there was even a high chair and pack and play for our 18 month old. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need along with 10 beach chairs and a cooler. Weber gas grill is great if you want to do a BBQ.
I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

The property is very clean with a nice outdoor patio and pool area. Modern appliances and fully equipped to meet your needs. Daniel was very responsive. The property is only a 4-5 minutes from the high rise Palm Beach area where the main dining and entertainment district is. Would highly recommend this property.

We celebrated my wife's 60th birthday with our 3 adult children and their spouse/girlfriends. This was a perfect house for us. Plenty of space and a beautiful outdoor pool area to enjoy in between our excursions to the beaches. The kitchen was well equipped. We used the beach chairs and cooler that were provided in the house. The grocery store just down the street was super convenient. This is a quiet residential area that seemed very safe. The pictures and descriptions in the listing are accurate.

House was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of space. Outside pool area was where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood is quiet and property is relaxing. It's a short walk to the grocery store which is a few blocks away, and to Oak, which is a great restaurant one street over. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great property for a group
We stayed in the house with our five adult children. We had a lovely time. Neighborhood was super quiet. Plenty of room and the outside area was perfect for hanging out with the group. Daniel was very nice at check in and check out.

Excellent house! Will stay again
My husband and I traveled with another couple who were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary, and we had an excellent time at Casa Mia! Daniel met us at check-in and provided an overview of the house, including how to run the stove, air conditioners, washing machine, etc. He also provided recommendations for things to do, walking directions to the beach, and places to eat. The house itself was very clean, with two master bedrooms, one on each end of the house, and three additional bedrooms and 1-1/2 bathrooms were located in between. The kitchen was modern and clean, with all the dishes and appliances that we needed.
The pool and outside space were beautiful and well-maintained, and we ate all our meals outside at the large dining table. Beach chairs and a cooler were also available, and we used these nearly every day while we were out exploring the island. We frequently walked to Palm Beach, which is accessible by a short trail and a 5-minute walk. Other beautiful beaches that also have great snorkeling, including Arashi and Boca Catalina, were only a few minutes away via car. The location is great, and it was nice to be able to have a place to come back to each night where we could make food, chill out, wash clothes, or hang out in the pool. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at casa mia in Aruba. The house was perfectly equipped nd very comfortable. The check in process and communication with mgmt was seamless. It’s location near palm beach was very convenient, especially for our family since we have 2 kids. We highly recommend this house to large families or groups of friends.

We found the property to be wonderful, as advertised. It was very clean and well cared for. The back covered patio and pool were awesome! We had only a couple very minor issues with the home. Daniel was very responsive to help us with anything we needed. (bathroom electrical outlets were minimal and wash (hand) towels were not included) We would absolutely stay here again.
