Expected a kitchen from the photos and price but not there One chair for 2 persons Coffee machine and coffee but no tea making or tea Entry Code sent via email was wrong Found a second on the app Setting quite industrial

Thank you very much for the stay and we had a great time in Lucerne.

Bed and bathroom were nice and clean. It was nice to have a mini-fridge. It was pretty close to the bus station so that helped to get round in town.

There was only 1 chair and a desk that was attached to the wall and no real table. It would have been nice to have AC.

pretty good, but could have beenmuch better

large room lots of outlets good instructions on how to get key

stronger bulbs, electric kettle (was promised but wasnt there), very warm, no fan or air conditioner, bed too narrow, no chairs to sit on,, shower very slippery, need a rubber mat, no hooks on bathroom door or wall, no place to hang clean clothes or wet towel.

Very good

Excellent location if you travel by car(free parking in front of the house). There was no noise at all in the night, and we were there on weekend nights. Small but clean room, free coffee/tea, nice shower, cheaper for swiss average. It is very easy to check-in and checkout. Working WiFi.

We needed to remove the bed sheet and throw the rubbish... We already paid too much, and we expected at least a good service. The bed was a bit small, but we are short, so it was not a problem for us 😁

Pleasant

The place was clean and there was a coffee machine with some capsules available.

When I arrived at the place, the PIN code that was sent to me to open the key box was wrong and I could not open it. For more than 20 minutes the telephone number that was at the door could not receive any call. After I could complete the call, the worker that answered the call passed the wrong number again and because it was the third time wrong, the alarm started and I had to wait. The worker was rude and said the he needed to hang up the call. After a few minutes he sent me a SMS with the correct number and it finally worked. Also I found the couple bed quite small. The location is ok if you are with a car, otherwise it can be a problem.

It is far out of town, although easy to get to on the bus using the City Pass. It is on a kind of trading estate.

Room is not cleaned properly No free Wifi connection Couldn't join wifi Coffee machine is not working good Try to call reception but couldn't reach. Weekend bookings very difficult if any emergency situation. Overall very bad experience

Nothing, as my annoyance clouded the overall perception

The check code did not work. (I accidentally took the code from Booking). Tried 30min, tried to contact 10 x no one reached. Went to a neighboring restaurant for 2h, tried to contact again and get the key. Without success. Then by chance another guest came by who remembered the code to the key box and he was able to give me the key. At night I could not sleep, because I am sensitive to electrosmog, and just behind the wall of this room is mounted the electric box (possibly with smart meter). I found only 3 hours of rest. Logically, the other day I booked another hotel nearby, which I can prove and which was ok. My request for compensation for the second night not occupied was rejected because the complaint was not sufficiently validated according to the owner, which I see differently. (I have often been a Booking customer - this is the first time I have been enormously annoyed.)

Visiting family and all was fine.

For us a convenient location with parking. We have a car and know Luzern well. It was clean and quiet while we were there although apparently it is not always so. It was inexpensive by Luzern standards. We would book again.

It would have been nice to have a TV and a second armchair. The email from booking.com did not include all the information which EasyLiving thought had been sent. i.e. WIFI password and free bus passes.

the location is an industrial area, but it was quiet and safe. otherwise it was a fine place to stay

the bed was a double bed, not a queen so that was a little bit tight..

Superb

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of Mount Pilatus from all windows and terrace. Everything was clean. The communication was pleasant, they helped me solve my specific invoice requirements. No problems with parking. Funny present: swiss curaprox on bed instead of small chocolates :D

Very bad quality price... we paid 131fr one night, but this room cannot worth more than 80fr

Very good

There's no reception on-site, but check-in was trouble free. Clean room in good condition. Easily accessible by car, free parking. Also accessible by bus every 15 minutes or so.

Very small room. No restaurants or shops in walking distance. There's a party location in the same building, so it might be noisy on weekends.
