Value for money - comfortable, clean, room service

The room was comfortable - and clean and bathroom toiletries were supplied. The room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily. The staff were friendly. Close to Crystal Kingdon (worth a visit) - Also the Sidling Observatory was open so also worth a visit.

The location was a little out of town however, it is not an issue if you have your transport - it was a little noisy as the motel is on the highway and the night truck transport is quite heavy in this area. It was necessary to travel into town for evening meals

cleaning was lacking. power points were located behind the bed right at floor level and had not been cleaned for months if not years. the first room I was allocated had a strong sewer/drain odour. Fortunately they were able to move me to another room, which was better. However the odour was hard to forget.

Perfect motel for an overnight stay to break the journey from Adelaide to Brisbane.

Convenient location on north western side of Coonabarabran to continue my journey north to Brisbane. The lovely lady at the reception was friendly and check-in took only a minute. The room was comfortable and very quiet, there was no noise from the highway after dark (I had been concerned that the trucks might be noisy at night; however, the traffic was very minimal after sunset)

I had been hoping the motel may have a restaurant; however, they did not.

Passable but not enjoyable.

Easy to find. Good size fridge. Good shower.

Very old facility. Unpleasant smelling room. Bed very soft and bouncy. No covered parking. Situated right along the major truck route between Brisbane and Melbourne with over 900 trucks per day. Very noisy day and night. Very slow internet. Restaurant closed. TV only able to tune into low res channels.

They need to pay attention o what's going on

There were drunk people fighting next door and nothing was done about it Should have rang the police myself. Got little to know sleep with my sick wife

Very good

The dark haired lass on reception was a real asset, helpful and pleasant. The room & facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well.

The room & facilities were excellent, but the WiFi was useless, which was disappointing as I could not do further trip arrangements.. Could not use it even to receive email, let alone answer anything.

Overall a very nice place and we would stay there again.

Very happy with the room very clean and tidy. The layout of the room was good.

The Wi Fi service was terrible.

A pleasant locaton away from the crowd

Room was clean and well stocked with essentials. Unfortunately there was no milk for tea and coffee due to a supply problem. Bed could have done with a warmer duvet instead of the thin blanket. Room was quiet with little road noise. Otherwise a pleasant stay
