pesimo servicio

bonitas instalaciones y la ubicacion en paseo de la reforma

no sirven los aires acondicionados , no hubo buena atencion del personal, ....tenia tiempo que no me habia hospedado en este hotel, antes era muy bueno, ahora nunca volvere

Great location close to US embassy and Zona Rosa.

very spacious rooms in the heart of mexico city.

Looks like reservations does not communicate the important information with the front desk and they do not read the remark, I had stated we were 4 adults and had to request two extra sets of towels after checking in, other than that everything was fine.

Good for the price.

Staff is very friendly. Clean, comfortable, bigger rooms and close to key locations.

It is an “older” hotel with “old” facilities issues. for example electrical sockets are away from bed and not close to the working area either. Shower is sometimes too hot or too cold, hard to regulate. Food is not great.

The hotel is good, but you guys have to do something about your internet, it so bad that I missed be online. Hotel Wi-Fi is zero.

El personal del restaurante, grosero, queríamos cenar y no se nos permitió El estacionamiento muy pequeño No hay sujetadores en el baño, es peligroso para personas mayores e incapacitados

Una experiancia enriquecedora

Me gusto la ubicación que estaba cerca a la principal avenida (Reforma) de fácil acceso a los principales centros de la ciudad.

Me pareció que los servicios higenicos estaban un poco obsoletos, un baño mas moderno hubiese sido mucho mejor, un poco de mas iluminación y las frazadas eran de un material un poco irritable, hubiese sido mejor las frazadas antialergicas de mayor calidad.

Muy cómoda y segura

Esta en una zona arbolada , en medio de una colonia muy bonita y clásica de la CDMX y cerca de donde iba .

Que está mi cuarto muy cerca de una escuela y si me despertaron los gritos de niños , pero bueno fue solo a las 8:00 am

Buena ubicación y agusto, mejorar en el personal.

Comoda la habitacion y esta limpia, de eso no hay queja.

Lo oportunista que quiso ser el recepcionista, al querernos cobrar 700 pesos por recibir la habitación un poco antes del check in, y 400 pesos por una habitacion en diferente ubicación. Que no fuera con tarjeta u otro medio, que se le pagara directo a el. Ahora si que depende el sapo la pedrada. Obviamente no nos dejamos.

Segunda ocasión que me hospedo y fue peor

Tuve una terrible estadía ya que a la mañana siguiente que llegué no había agua en el baño(habitación 001) debido a que había una fuga en alguna parte, tuve que salir sin siquiera poder bañarme, a la noche de regreso encuentro la habitación llena de agua( la habitación, no el baño), el colchón todo empapado y mi gran sorpresa es que del techo se filtró toda esa agua. Aclaro que me cambiaron de habitación pero eso era lo menos que esperaba ya que la filtración estaba justo sobre la cama y ni de broma era seguro dormir así. Aunado a que siempre que llamas a recepción nunca contestan. Horrible.

Great location, needs better wifi

The location was good. About a 10-15 minute walk to the main street and metrobus station which took us to plenty of places in CDMX. There was plenty to see and eat in the area. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for a few nights and not being inside all day.

The wifi was extremely spotty and would disconnect very often. It made it difficult to plan for the day and had to use up all of our cell service. The gym was tiny and didn't have much equipment.

Great location! close to many restaurants, bars.

The hotel was very dark, the lobby, the room. The furniture was old and not very well taken care and the wi fi keept failing.

Old school Hotel In Central Mexico City

Very tasty breackfast served in a beautiful patio Old school style The hotel is in need of refresh mostly the Lobby area and Front. Desk are stuck in the 60s grandeur Rooms are in good conditions but are quite traditional style Towells and bed Linen and Pillows could should be refresh

Great location, not so great facilities

The location is great - the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the US embassy, so it feels safe, but is also several streets away from Reforma. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating!

The hotel and the rooms are dated, with dated facilities and furniture. The windows in the rooms don’t open more than 2 cm, and the central AC doesn’t work properly, meaning the room gets stuffy and warm. The walls are also paper thin and you can hear people in the hallways and adjacent rooms very clearly.
