Gutes Hotel mit Parkplatz! Muss nicht Hilton oder Radisson sein. Kurzer Gehweg zum Marktplatz und Sehenswürdigkeiten

Sehr schön und immer wieder gerne.

Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto hatten wir die ganze Zeit stehen lassen. Selbst in den Zoo sind wir mit Straßenbahn gefahren die fährt direkt vor dem Eingang perfekt.

Das Personal spricht nur Englisch obwohl auf der Seite der Seite steht das auch deutsch gesprochen wird ist nicht schlimm man kommt schon durch, da sie alle sehr freundlich sind und sehr hilfsbereit.

Sam pobyt bardzo dobrze. Ale były niedogodności w pokoju.

W pokoju nie ładnie pachniało, jak na hotel 4* nie pomyślałabym że może mnie coś takiego spotkać. Nie dało się pozbyć tego zapachu przypominającego owcze kupy. Po włączeniu klimatyzacji i wróceniu do pokoju zimno mimo tego że nie było ustalenie na niską temperaturę. Wyłączając klime i dając nawet na 30’ nie mogło się nagrzać przez całą noc. Dostawka dla dziecka nie wygodna cienki materac i deski wbijające się w kręgosłup. Na bookingu każdy pokój ma te same zdjęcia z widokiem na Odrę więc myślałam że taki będę miała z okna. Biorąc nawet droższy pokój ale Niestety odsłaniając zasłonę zastałam drzewa i krzaki. Wybrałam hotel właśnie dla tego widoku który był na zdjęciach ale się zawiodłam.

As expected hotel

Nothing. It was as I would expect for what I paid for it. Room and food were fine. Breakfast was expensive

Reception were not very welcoming or polite when we arrived and hour before check-in. We had to ask about storing luggage. Only one pillow

A great place to stay and to visit Wroclaw old town.

The hotel is located on the bank of Odra River, close to the history old town (~750 m), right in form of beautiful park on island filled with places to sit and boat restaurants. There is a spacious ground parking as well as underground parking. The breakfast in the hotel is outstanding. I also recommend their Żurek (arguably the best version I have ever had). The stuff is very kind and helpful.

The rooms are a bit outdated. They look like from 90s or 00s. But they have all one would need.

Ierodoties manu booking rezervāciju (ar brokastīm) meklēja sistēmā pusstundu. Izrakstoties iekasēja no kartes par brokastīm papildus, pie tam, 45, + eur, nevis 45 PLN. Recepcijas vadošā darbiniece rupja vārdu nenosauca, problēmu nerisināja. Televizors sabojāts, salaboja.

Super lokalizacja przy malowniczej części Wrocławia. Hotel czysty i przytulny, ogólnie na wystarczającym poziomie by czuć się w nim dobrze. W czasie zameldowania córka otrzymała prezent co było bardzo miłą niespodzianką. Śniadanie smaczne choć wybór nie był ogromny. Obsługa miła i zainteresowana.

Dodatkowo płatny parking, bez wcześniejszej informacji jaki jest jego aktualny koszt za dobę. Drobne uwagi takie jak brak mydła, które nie zostało uzupełnione w czasie pobytu, czy brak w pokoju takich gadżetów jak np. kapcie (choć prawdopodobnie były dostępne na życzenie)¹

Overall we liked the hotel

Good breakfast. Great location.

Parking was a little disappointing. Quite narrow if you have a bigger car. The interior of the rooms should be updated.

Would 100% stay here again!

Location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Staff was amazing! Housekeeping, bar, restaurant, front desk, they were all lovely!

Restaurant was pricey, but the food was good.

Location was good. Kids club was nice addition.

Very standard room, nothing good to say, nothing bad to say about the room. Simple. I didn't like that even the room rate is quite expensive, they charge additional fee for parking. Also some small things, for example, we were family of 3, but only 2 towels provided. No coffee/tea refill with cleaning.
