A highly recommended hotel and worth the money

A good and quality hotel, which although is not located in the center of Madrid, located a one-minute walk from a central metro station from which you can easily reach all the main places of Madrid. The hotel staff was pleasant and kind, the room was very spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, right next to the hotel there is a huge branch of the Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient

Perfect Place to explore Madrid

Tha location was easy to reach by Metro. Metro station nearby and all facilities like grocery store, restaurants etc. as well.

Breakfast could have been more varied and divers.

Hotel bellissimo, molto pulito in ottima posizione, colazione abbondante. Consigliato!

La struttura è posizionata a 50 mt dall'uscita della metropolitana Cuatro Caminos. Comodo per chi arriva dall'aeroporto. L'hotel rispetta le quattro stelle, camere spaziose ben curate, pulizia ottima, colazione a buffet abbondante, personale gentile.

Overall a superb experience

The room condition, amenities, and cleanliness were exceptional, all you need for a comfortable stay after a long day. The room was also very spacious and the air conditioning was very good. The facility in general is beautiful and well managed. The staff was polite and helpful. The metro station is very close with easy access to the city center. You can find nearby all kinds of restaurants, shops, and most importantly a 24h carrefour.

Comfortable easy stay

The property is beautiful! The hotel is a mini oasis. AC worked, beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very quiet and I personally did not hear anything from other rooms or the hallway. The staff at the front desk were terrific.

Fitting name, metropolitan gardens are home away from home.

The staff, from reception to housekeeping to dining room. The location, top-notch. The facilities, well-kept, beautiful environment.

Good location with good restaurants, supermarkets and metro nearby. Courteous and helpful staff

Helpful staff and very comfortable and neat rooms. Location was perfect, close to metro, restaurants and supermarkets

Had to wait in a queue for almost 30 min to check-in. Basic things like cups, spoons were missing in room.

There was no facility for tea/coffee. The hotel staff were very kind. They gave me a kettle but there was no tea/coffee/milk in the room neither there were any cups or spoons so I could not use the kettle

Great Location, great hotel, great staff.

My family and I had an amazing stay in Jardín Metropolitano. Hotel location was pretty convenient. 2 minute walk to cuatro caminos metro station. A lot of restaurants in the area. Very safe area. Room size was more than we expected. Beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean when we got to our room. Bathroom had everything we needed (I just wish they would had shampoo/conditioner/body wash refillable in the shower instead of providing one use plastic bottles, just for less waste). Hotel staff was extremely helpful, even though I speak Spanish fluently my family don’t so the staff happily answered all their questions. One night I needed to print something and the lady at the front desk went above and beyond helping me with that document I needed to print. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great for a few days in Madrid

The facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The facilities were further from the central attractions of Madrid than I anticipated, but the Metro station is close.

Madrid's gem

Everything was perfect. The staff were extra friendly, polite, helpful, and cheerful. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is also a big advantage because it's a 2-minute walk to the metro station, which allows you to travel across the city using nearly all metro lines. Would definitely recommend it, and I will come back again for sure.

Affordable and convenient

Very convenient location, nice big room and clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Nespresso coffee machine in the room.WIFI worked perfectly. Professional and helpful staff.

The breakfast could have been better - warm dishes were not warm at all. Obtaining coffee capsules from the reception in 4-star hotel was kind of weird.
