Perfect place for the € value if you just need a place to sleep.

Location & price

Toilets didn’t work. They didn’t address the issue while we were there No parking. We had to walk 35 minutes to find a spot to park the car.

Necesita una importante reforma, pasable para un par de días.

Muy buena ubicación, zona segura, cerca de todo. Estaba limpio. Apartamento amplio.

Mobiliario muy viejo. La televisión grande es un atraso y da muy mala imagen. La puerta de la entrada daba muchos probremas, tuvo que venir el técnico a repararla 3 veces. Es caro para lo dejado y viejo que es, mala calidad- precio.

Very central, cheap and calm. The staff was very nice and helpful.

When we booked it we didn't realize it's so popular with senior citizens - we kind of felt like at elderly resort :) Which is fine but not the vibe we were looking for. Also, the photos of the rooms are very nice and kind of true, but in reality everything is a bit worn down and very dated. The TV was an old school type box. One more thing - the "balcony" is a french balcony without any space outside. If you want an actual balcony book a more expensive room with a "terrace" on the top floor.

Good

Spacious room, helpful staff, very clean dishes and a lot of them, there is even an oven, close to bus station

The rooms need renovation, it was impossible to cook, as there were a lot of small white spiders in the kitchen area

Basic but good value

Great location close to the old town and beaches with lots of bars,and restaurants nearby. Clean, basic, rather dated rooms but good value. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool and terrace on the top floor. I would stay here again.

There are three lifts and they all seem to have been out of action for weeks. The steps up to the plaza in front of the building are in a poor state and could be quite dangerous. It's a handsome building so it's a shame that its being allowed to decay. A few basics for the kitchenettes like salt, pepper, oil, a sponge and detergent would be much appreciated.

Used to be a nice place. In the 70ies. Apparently nothing has been done there since.

Unfortunately no coffee maker in the kitchen. Generally the kitchen equipment was disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Except the coffee was👎😣 It's a central hotel.

Lifts not working is unacceptable! The sockets in our room were all different. Our europesn plugs didnt fit in all of the sockets. The duvet had several holes and the flushing of the toilet was weak. Very weak. The shower head was calcified and needs replacement. You canno offer a shower head in that condition.

Superb

A nice, big enough room with a kitchenette (we only used the fridge) and a balcony with chairs and a table, room cleaning every day, good breakfast and dinner with just enough selection. Would definitely stay again.

Elevators have obviously been out of order for some time according to the reviews. Not a problem for us but there were a lot of older guests at the hotel. Not enough wall sockets and they were very flimsy.

Ok for a short stay

Location was great

No lift working, the kitchen not well equipped and fridge freezer did not keep ice cream frozen, 📺 tv was the old type so could not use our fire stick for English tv , also we thought we booked a room with balcony but it was not what we call a balcony, now we know it’s called a terrace !!

Good place value for money

Good location, everything is pretty close, value for money, staff friendly. Clean and nice rooms. Has dishes and place to cook. Swimming pool on top was clean and even has lifeguard.

Neighborhood was a little bit loud. Little bit uncomfortable bed as its too hard.

Superb

Very nice low-budget accommodation including a kitchen, spacious bathroom, very clean, nice staff and very affordable. Great value for money. Nice local coffee place across in 2 minute walking distance to have break fast in the morning.

Was quite hot without air condition and now air fan in the room - was ok for one night stay and got cooler over night when we let the balcony door open!

Location was good ,near restaurants

Room smelt of stale cigarette bathroom was filthy,I cleaned the dust from bathroom door with damp tissues.no kettle or coffee pot had to use sauce pan to boil water , no hair dryer . hallway carpet torn and accident waiting to happen, lot of updating needed, will not be returning

First time ever i have given a negative review for somewhere i have stayed.

i never complain really but i was given a room with no electricity. They tried to fix, but kept cutting out. it was hard work to get another room with electricity, Only when the staff changed i was given a room with electricity. Be smarter Florida Plaza its 2022.

Booked Florida plaza, but there was some problems because covid, personal asked us about other hotel, for us was priority kitchen. They give for us even better for same price

No dish wash and sponge :)
