Just the location nothing especial apart from that!

Unfortunately they scam their customers with fake photos of the room. In the room description it is written with view of the lake and photos shows there is a balcony with chairs and table which immediately attracts you to book. Then when you arrive they said it is only a photo where did we say a balcony!! True you didn’t write a balcony but you showed that as a description of the room!! They where so rude either you accept or you can cancel!!

Perfect location and view

The hotel is located in the middle of Geiranger with a spectacular view on the fjord. It is really worth paying extra for the room with Fjord view it is so charming and refreshing. The room was standard size and clean, and the bed was comfortable, and it comes with two pillows, one soft and one firm, which is so convenient. The hotel has two swimming pools indoor and outdoor, with an amazing view of the outdoor pool. The variety and choices in the breakfast are very good. I think this is the best hotel to stay when visiting Geiranger, highly recommended and will visit again.

The room service staff entering the room using their master key without knoking the door, it happened to us 2 times!

Location was great, fjord view room did not disappoint, close to the harbor. Meal options onsite all delicious, loved the hot tub.

Expensive for what it is, a lot of areas need touching up (paint peeling for example).

Ideal setting with stunning view (if you pay the extra). Big hotel with some great bar staff and quirky thinks like a car museum and car themed games room. Spa if paid for and the massages are also very good.

The rooms are quite dated and old Breakfast is adequate and you get a reasonable selection

Amazing hotel, just wish the restaurant staff were more professional

The property is perfectly situated with amazing views. The pools and layout of the hotel are fantastic with comfortable rooms

The staff at the restaurant are rude and treat you as though you are below them and sneaking in to breakfast in the morning when it is included in your booking

Mom and son trip

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing.The beauty of the natural surroundings.The fjords and waterfalls, snow capped mountains and the view from the heated outside pool was worth it.

Left cash at dinner to cover the 2 drinks that we had and upon checkout was asked to pay the tab.Explained that cash was left in the billfold.A little concerning that the payment wasn't communicated by staff.

it was very spacious and it’s location is amazing. Rooms are nice.

I would have liked the buffet to have more options and diversity with food. especially because we only have one option to eat at the hotel.

Very relaxing!

The spectacular view from our room but we paid extra for that and the view from restaurant.

I was not expecting to pay $700 aus pn and have my curtains in my room shredded and No air conditioning. Very disappointed. It was a beautiful grand hotel and the dinning was beautiful.

The location stunning setting over the fjord. Outdoor swimming over the fjord under snow capped mountains. Stylish hotel.

Nowhere in the room to put suitcase on. Very poor quality English breakfast tea bags on offer in the breakfast room.

perfectly located up the hill from the main town center great tub spa was phenomenal great seating options all around hotel for dinner and drinks with spectacular views
