Hotel muy recomendable. Muy buena plantilla, instalaciones y ubicación.

Tuvimos un problema con otro alojamiento y nos trataron muy bien al ir a reservar un viernes a las 22:30, siendo conscientes de que íbamos con niños. El personal de check-in nos ayudaron a resolver una situación complicada generada por otro establecimiento. Desayuno excepcional al igual que la plantilla del hotel. En general, las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y la situación para nosotros fue muy cómoda, porque está al lado de la estación de autobuses y tren. Es muy cómodo si llegas en autobús del aeropuerto y si necesitas tren. Está a 5 min del centro de la ciudad al lado del parque central de la ciudad. Muy recomendable!

Wir würden wohl nicht mehr dort buchen, es war zu teuer für das uns gebotene

Es gab kein Fenster zu öffnen…. Der Blick war in einen geschlossenen Innenhof Es war nicht klar, ob das von uns bezogene Zimmer der von uns gebuchten und bezahlten Kategorie entsprach

I would come back if visiting Bergen again.

Breakfast is 5 of 5. Clean. Walkable to train station and light rail stop is across street. Really appreciate a male front desk staff walked us and pointed out the train station.

Bed is on the soft side. I like it more firm. Hotel should make a video on how to walk underground from light rail stop. We were crossing the 4 line traffic with our luggage without knowing underground walking path. No where it mentioned walk underground cross the street to get to hotel. This would make visitors so much easier.

Usedvanlig trist rom, men god frokost!

Gode senger og god dusj, veldig god frokost og hyggelig personale, super beliggenhet!

Superior romnene ramsto som ordinære, små og triste hotellrom, usedvanlig kjedelig interiør...ene rommet hadde vindu mot heissjakten. Veldig skuffende og svært dårlig valuta for pengene.

I travelled with family, 2 adults and 2 kids. We ordered room with one large double bed, and two bulk beds. When we came, we noticed that sheets were not changed for the kids beds. Awful. At night asked for new bedding, and had to change the sheets by ourself instead of relaxing. Not recommend staying there.

Not a four star hotel, but could be with a few changes.

Good location. Lounge has awful, uncomfortable and too big furniture. Our room was never vacuumed and there were crumbs or something just under our bed, and not from us. Beds iffy, linens good, buffet good too.

Uncomfortable lounge seating!! Looks comfortable but not , plus dirty stained.

Good room, great breakfast, very good value and convenient for the train station. Staff were super helpful. Our train was cancelled and they arranged for a taxi to take us up into the mountains so we could start our ski tour.

Although Norway is a northern country, the rooms were not well heated. The hotel management tried to solve the problem with an extra electric heater that was very noisy.

Move the gym or lock room 849

Breakfast is good as always. Room itself is nice, just not the exact room I was given this time

Room 849 should not be allowed to give. It is straight under the the gym, and I spent the entire evening from 17.00 to 21.00 and morning from around 06.30 listening to people running on the treadmill above. The receptionist said that they usually dont give this room to people, but the hotel was not full and then I do not understand why I was given this room. A there was no compensation given even though I complained and I had to pay full price. I have been a customer several times at Scandic Ørnen, and have always been happy. This time I was really disappointed.

The location is perfect, close to all tourist attractions, and central station. The breakfast is also quite good.

The cost of the product they offer to drink or eat. I paid 6 euros for a bottle of water.
