Prosto, schludnie

Brak szczotki do WC, śniadania codziennie takie same, maly wybór produktów. Dania cieple np. Jajecznica raczej zimna niz ciepla, kielbasa niedpieczona.

Zadowoleni, dobre miejsce na 1 noc w niskiej cenie.

Bardzo miła obsługa w recepcji i super upominek dla pieska!

Jedna osoba do obsługi śniadań to zdecydowanie za mało. Brakowało wszystkiego- były puste talerze w bufecie, brakowało napojów, były brudne stoliki, brak miejsc żeby usiąść. Oferta śniadaniowa bardzo skromna.

Das Hotel als solches ist Ok nur das Frühstück sollte stark verbessert werden

Es liegt sehr Zentral zur Innenstadt

Das Frühstück lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig . Die Brötchen sind Mini klein und Knochenhart. Die Wurst ist sehr billig man merkt das es aus Fertipackungen ist. Auch das Obst war schon älter !

Location, parking.

The bedlinen are washed with perfumed detergent, and I am allergic to it. No TV controller in the room. The breakfast was far better a couple of years ago.

Fine for an overnight stay

The hotel is located close to the train and bus stations. The rooms have all the necessary amenities, the internet was working well, the selection for breakfast was impressive. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

The rooms were not as clean as hotel rooms should be. There were bits of dirt on the floors, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the bedding was not done properly. I did not like that.

For the first time in my life I saw a waiter working in tracksuits. The staff are very young and not very experienced. For many things you have to look for it yourself or go to the bar and get it.

Pleasant, great value for money.

Free WiFi, staff were friendly, clean, quiet.

No USB plug sockets in room. Tea and coffee supplies were awful haha. But for the price the place was great.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, hotel is located closed to the one of the shopping centres.

The room was not clear properly, marks on mirror in the bathroom, lack of shower gel and shampoo.

For two adults and one eight years child was one narrow double bed. Room was without any chair. We only had one card to open the door to the room

Beautiful and quiet modern hotel for business and leisure alike.

Good use of space in the room, very modern looking and with nice facilities. Bright colors, nice door locking systems and generally a very tidy hotel. Excellent for remote work.

The only trouble is that the hotel is south of the train station and that makes getting to the city center that little bit longer. The neighbourhood around is a bit too spread around.

I do not recommend.

The facilities of the hotel had been good. The room was clean and spacious. The beds had been comfortable and overall the noise level was great. It is in an ideal location to the city and a big shopping mall next door.

Despite the excellent facilities I had to wait one hour for my room to be ready to only to find out it was not the one that I had booked. Then another two hours for my room to be ready! I was travelling for work which was marked on the booking and had online meetings which I had to do in the floor of the hallway. Then when the room was ready the lady at reception who had initially provided me a voucher for the wait og an hour had taken it back.

Good hotel location. 3 minutes and you in Wroclav aquapark, from the other side also 3 minutes and you in the big Wroclavia Shopping Mall.
