Don’t bother!

I turned up with my booking confirmation and number to be told “oh, we let that room yesterday”. And that was it, no apology, no “I’ll try and find you another hotel “. I travelled 120 kilometres to get there to be told this. Avoid at all costs in case it happens to you!

Nothing.

Everything very dirty Unstaffed reception, trying to find someone for 15 minutes Finally a woman from next door was able to locate someone. Unfortunately that person didn't speak a word English and didn't know what to do. I finally just left without even seeing the room.

They didn’t want to give the room and asked for more money

They wanted to kick us out in the street on New Year’s Eve! We came and they said - oops, we don’t have a room. We said - but we have a reservation. And they said they don’t know what to do. It’s not their problem Then they asked us to pay more and only in this case they gave us the room. So the price was higher than it was written here on booking. I was very nervous and upset

Good

The Hotel is in a good place, in center of Patong. Personal is always available. Room was good for Thailand standards. It's a right compromise between services and prices.

Superb

Great location, friendly staff, the rooms were cleaned well daily! Laundry services are offered at an affordable price. Small restaurant is located on the main floor with several convenience stores and fruit stalls nearby. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away!
