sad

the lady at the front desk ruined my vacation. the restaurant staff was excellent but that woman shouldn’t be on the front desk of this nice hotel.

because of the horrible front desk treatment

Excelente!!! Todo !!

Todo ! La habitación impecable , batas pantuflas , cafetera Nespresso , reponían las cápsulas todos los días! La atención impresionante !! Tanto en la recepción, el restaurante , el bar de playa (Kevin un genio) Sacamos media pensión, fue una excelente decisión, teníamos dos opciones de entrada, de plato principal y e postre y todo súper Gourmet y delicioso! Además de la atención, Frente a la playa con espacio propio con reposeras , otra piscina , bar ( bebidas y almuerzo excelente) toallas , duchas baños ! Volvería sin dudas !

The perfect place for a romantic time.

Amazing food, i would said one of the best hotel food we ever had. Really good attention from the staff, and the bar guys are an excellent company. Specially Kevin, what a great guy. Overall the cleaning and hotel installations were great, and the gardens, amazing, the name "Jardín del Edén" is totally accurate. The spot by the beach with the bar that pool and the chairs, was or favorite part. We choose this hotel as the last part of our honey moon and it blew our expectations for good, they gave us chocolates, strawberries and sparkle wine as a detail, such a lovely people. We already are thinking about coming back.

pillows were not my favorites, but maybe that comes to my personal choices.

Can’t wait to be back!

A gorgeous hotel, we had such a wonderful stay. It really felt like a dream. The grounds were beautiful and meticulously maintained and the food was quite good.

Exceptional

Everything was super clean and the staff was wonderful.

Very US focused. Could use more Local Foods and music. It was almost like any other Resort in the US

Great boutique hotel with unique features. Worth the money.

Great ocean view. Staff was very friendly. The included breakfast and dinner were very good. The private beach garden was an awesome place to hang out and chill. This place met every expectation I had.

You can really run up a tab on the drinks and extras charged to the room. Understandable, but plenty of opportunities to upsell/rack up charges.

okey & convinience but too expensive for what you get

the Receptionist that checked us in (Eugenie I think was her name) was amazing. so friendly and helpful. the location is central and the private beach area nice. also the barkeeper is super attentive and friendly. always nice to have a little chat with him. garden is beautiful.

food is very average, breakfast buffet just normal. no love put into the meals. not sure what everyone else is hyping about. also small things like beach towels are missing. the hotel is nicely decorated but the rooms itelfa need some renovatio

Beautiful hotel with extraordinary staff.

Staff was extremely kind and treated us like royalty. The hotel was beautiful and looked like something out of a magazine. Everything was clean and well kept. The food was incredible, both breakfast and dinner. The pool's were clean. The entire stay was very enjoyable.

Amazing place to stay and considering the breakfast and evening meals very good value.

Great location in Tamarindo and the private beach access was ideal. The breakfasts were amazing and the staff super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with great beach access/area.

beautiful setting, friendly staff, close to the beach with own beach garden & they gave us a honeymoon gift. Great breakfast.

Nothing really! The dinner portion sizes could have been slightly bigger for my husband but that’s it!

10/10 would reccomend this property to stay in Tamarindo. Breakfast & dinner are included and both were fabulous

it’s a short 3 minute walk to the beach, but we didn’t mind because of how beautiful it was!

Garden of Eden is for sure the right name of this property!!

This place is an absolute GEM and I hate to rate it so high as more people will discover it. The staff is impeccable, they know and earn who you are and so very polite. The grounds are stunning all the way around. The most relaxing place I have stayed in ages.

Water pressure in shower is low.

3 star hotel, 4 star service

The grounds/garden and pool area were wonderful, and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are outdated and not very inviting or comfortable. The hotel is not beachfront, but has beach access across a road.

we like a lot the dinner, it was delicious but the breakfast was not fresh, there was a bread that had like one week of made, my personal opinion is that the breakfast was ok normal... but as I mention before the dinner was very good, the last dinner that we had was a ribeye steak but the only thing that I didn't like about this steak was that the term was well done so was a little dry but the flavor was good... We love the room and the bathroom it was gorgeous, we were little sad about not spending more time on the room...
