Excelente

Me encanto , calidad precio excelente. El personal super atento. Nos recibieron con un te y pastas típicas. Nos explicaron todo el mapa , donde ir y donde comer. El desayuno buenísimo y todos los días variaban. Por la noche podías subir a la terraza no la cerraban . Nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque. Sin duda si vuelvo repetiria

La piscina esta cubierta y es una zona q no da el sol por lo q es poco apetecible. El agua esta un poco turbia, mas bien parece dé adorno

Really good

Breakfast was great, location perfect in medina, first room we stayed in was was disappointing but were moved after one night to a great room. Can't praise the staff enough

Emplacement central et personnel bienveillant

Riad agréable, bien situé. Le personnel et en particulier Faouzi est très accueillant et essaye de répondre à toues nos attentes. Merci

La chambre qui nous a été donnée à notre arrivée n'était pas à la hauteur de se que nous attendions. Vielle, petite et bruyante au dessus de la ruelle. Heureusement Faouzi nous a proposé une autre chambre (Marrakesh) qui était parfaite et donnant sur le patio.

Exceptional

What an amazing experience in this Riad! Najib took care of us from the very first minute, so we can say that we felt at home very quickly. The morning we arrived, Najib offered us a magnificent breakfast before going to explore the city, which we consider a lovely gesture that the majority of hotels do not offer. He was there all the time to help us out. The Riad is so beautiful and so well located, less than ten minutes walk from Jemaa el-fna square. Moreover, the breakfast included in the price was unbelievably freshly made every morning. All in all, a great experience that made our visit to Marrakesh even more special.

Najib was amazing ! The riad is beautiful inside !

Najib was extremely friendly and helpful even though we were only there for one day ! He helped bring all 3 heavy luggage’s up the room but not just that he also walked it to the taxi away from the riad . He made it very easy and comfortable even though it was an overnight stay

Exceptional

A very authentic Riad. The hospitality, help and kindness of Faouzi was amazing. He helped us to get used to Marrakech and nothing was too difficult. He is an asset to the hotel. The young man, Abdillah, was very helpful getting is sim cards and showing us where the ATM was, etc. Najib, who worked on our last day was also very kind and helpful. I have never experienced such amazing hospitality and Faouzi's ability to explain how things work in Marrakech was great! Text the hotel when you arrive and they will come and walk you to the Riad. It was a peaceful Oasis in the middle of the vibrant and busy Medina. Faouzi was also an amazing cook and the breakfasts included were large and delicious. He also cooked dinners for us and offered to teach us how to make certain dishes. The ladies who cleaned the room had such attention to detail, even rolling up my phone charger into a tidy little ball! A fabulous stay. Thank you so much! 😊

Overall a great stay!

Our host Faouzi was exceptional and catered to our every need. He went above and beyond to provide excellent service. . He helped recommended places of interests, answer our questions and even got up to start breakfast early for us on the last day before we caught our flight. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Lindor, one of the hotel cats was very friendly

Everything was generally very good. However I would say the air conditioning system in the rooms was slightly outdated and may need upgrading. It was very very hot during our stay so this was an extreme but it didn’t cook the room to our usual standard. We did still sleep very well and this is only a minor comment on a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at this Riad, quite central to getting to all the sights to see!!

Breakfast was traditional Moroccan food, fruit, eggs, bread, cake Najib did everything to make our stay nice, he walked up to the rooftop each morning with our breakfast It was lovely sitting outside to eat. It felt more personal than staying in a big hotel which is what we would normally do and traditional furnishings..

Great find. Would definitely recommend this riad.

Loved it. Great location and friendly staff. We had two rooms and both were clean and pretty. Agadir room, top floor off the terrace, was exceptional. Best breakfasts of any of our four riad stays.

Liked it all. There is a very friendly house cat on-site if this is an issue for anyone. He will definitely find your lap more than once during your stay! we loved it though.

A short gateway in a home away from home🏠

We had a very good stay in the Riad. Being located in the Medina helped us to easy get around to different spots and visit easily Marrakesh by mainly walking around. Regardless of being in the Medina, the location was very quiet, cozy and intimate. It gave you a very home feeling. Host was great, gave us recommendations and was always happy to answer any questions we had. He made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was great! Different choice and always served directly. It was a different one every day which made it interesting and nice to wait for. Fresh orange juice, traditional mint tea and coffee were always part of the breakfast. The host took care of even in the days when we had to early leave for tours, we managed to catch some small bites just before getting to the tours. Room was a nice size for a couple, we had enough space and a great sleep every time. The Riad is very quiet and you hear no noise from the busy Medina.

Nothing to say against the Riad or the host. There were some very noisy people, talking very loud for one night staying in. Not the fault of the Riad or host.

Exceptional kindness and care in an old world style, spacious and elegant riad.

We were delighted by our stay at Riad dar Ourika. The staff (Fawzi, Ajila and Najib) were all incredibly thoughtful, generous and kind. We appreciated the full spread breakfast service in the courtyard with the two resident turtles as well as on the rooftop. We loved our spacious old-world style room and appreciated the additional amenities/touches within the riad, storing our food in the fridge, background music, assistance with hammam supplies, etc. We felt like royalty staying here and also appreciated the convenient proximity to so many attractions within the medina.

Perfect holiday stay

The Riad was comfortable and peaceful. I felt cozy and relaxed just being there. The staff were amazing and kind. The food and hospitality were top. The breakfast was delicious. The architecture was authentic and beautiful. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Riad in a good location

Our room and bathroom were both comfortable and well equipped. Good size room and very quiet. Fauzi was very helpful and gave us good information. He was attentive and polite. The food was very good as was the location, just a short walk from the secret garden. Very happy with our stay.

Superb

Great stay, right in de Medina of Marrakesh. The rooftop terrace is a great place to chill and escape the busy city. Very welcoming and friendly staff! They even made us breakfast at 5AM in the morning when we had to leave for the airport.

The room we stayed in was a bit dark and the light not very cozy.
