Superb

Breakfast was good, cleaners were fantastic, and every time we wanted to go out, the hotel would be ready for a taxi. He even rebooked a taxi for our flight back to London without me having to ask. Fantastic.

The manager asked if we could tip the transporter with the cart on our very first day - as soon as we stepped into the riad.

Perfect stay in the medina

Genuine Riad in the heart of the Medina. Perfect place for a romantic weekend. Rooms are very nice and the staff truly kind. They can book you spa, massage, taxi and more. Breakfast is a must.

Favour rooms on 1st or second floor else you might be woken up by other guest taking their breakfast

Great location, beautiful bedrooms, lovely courtyards, nice breakfast. The staff super helpful and booked us some great authentic restaurants.

Superb

The location was perfect, in the medina, very close distance from the souks, the jemaa el fna and in a very elegant and clean neighborhood. The riad was very clean, everything very neat and the room was big and fresh with a marrocan subtil decor. The employees were very helpfull and booked all our restaurants and excursions. Nice breakfast.

Very enjoyable experience and would recommend.

Breakfast each morning was delicious. Room was very comfortable. Riad was very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location to walk to sights and close to taxi rank which was convenient.

Would have liked outdoor pool. Weather was v hot and sun loungers on rooftop were great. However the plunge pool is on the ground floor and roof was closed over it. No one was using.

Riad Adore is really lovely, peaceful and comfortable.

natural light, large comfortable rooms, beautiful furnishings, fabulous rooftop with multiple levels and spaces, high end but not ostentatious and lovely, super on helpful staff.

all good. if I had one less-than-perfect rating, it might be the Hammam experience. The women working there were terrific - but the environment wasn’t especially “spa”-like

Perfection

Our stay at Riad Adore was perfect from start to finish. The staff is exceptional, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We arranged to have dinner at the riad on the first night and it was just the two of us on the rooftop terrace, such a beautiful way to start our break. We also met the owner, Stuart, while we were there and it was fascinating to see photos showing how the riad was renovated from little more than ruins. Our room (Bahia) was beautiful and spacious, lofty ceilings, stylish decor, peaceful, quiet and romantic. We booked a session at the onsite hammam, small and traditional, followed by a gorgeous massage which was fabulous after walking 20000 steps a day round the city. When we could bear to drag ourselves out of the riad, taxis were within 3 mins walk and, in the other direction, we were at the beginning of the old city with its many shops and restaurants. The location was ideal and felt very safe. We loved everything - location, food, STAFF, room, we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great stay

Reception was very helpful with any question we had. Organize a check-in for us properly during the night. Entire facility felt very comfortable, clean, luxurious and safe. Room was very spacious, clean and safe. Breakfast are prepared just for you there is not buffet which we liked. I would stay here again.

Highly recommended to order pick-up from this facility as I guarantee you will not find entrance without assistance. Be prepared that entrance is hidden in the narrow walkways, nevertheless we felt quite safe as this is quite central part of the city. What I only missed little bit was the guidance over the facility - there was huge sun terrace on top which we forget about to the very last day.

Wonderful place to stay. Everything is lovely and the service is beyond!

The location is excellent, close to a major car/taxi drop off area. The royal palace is at the end of the road so lots of security.There are great shops in this area and two excellent restaurants very close by. Before you turn off the main small street there is a little hut with a security guard. He discreetly follows you until he sees that you are at the door of the riad. The riad is lovely, great rooms with very good beds and bathroom with good spa products and shower. A lovely roof top terrace for breakfast which is wonderful and served with style and smiles. There is an on-site hammam and massage.

A clean and peaceful place but with insufficient security measures.

The Riad was comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The staff, especially Youssef, were always keen to help and gave good suggestions on where to eat and what to visit. They also helped us book our airport transfer which was helpful. We took advantage of the in-house hammam and massage and thought it was great value for money - would definitely recommend indulging in a spa treatment when there. The place is also within walking distance from key attractions in the Medina. It is very easy to find your way around once you arrive and there are many restaurants close by to choose from.

The place was not very secure. Whilst guests are provided with a key to the main door, there are no locks for the rooms and only a small safe for valuable objects. There was an issue with someone taking personal belongings from my bedside table whilst we were out. Even though the staff claimed it was a mistake, this made me feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. Aside from this, I found the size of the pool rather deceptive - it is smaller than it looks on the listing.

Beautiful oasis in the medina

Location was great and the interior of the Riad was beautiful. Love the rooftop space. The staff were all incredible and accommodating. They deserve a bonus for carrying breakfast up to the roof every morning! Speaking of, breakfast was included and a delicious was to start the day.

Clean, quiet and beautiful oasis in the Medina

Great location, super clean, quiet and lovely rooms with good amenities. The decoration is super clean and typical with a nice balance between western and Moroccan style. Staff is super nice and ready to help, giving us many tips of places to eat and visit. The riad also facilitates trips to Atlas Mountains, massages and transport to / from the airport, making everything much easier. Definitely recommend!

The perfect spot in the Medina for a stylish stay whilst exploring Marrakech. Home from home

Staff were brilliantly helpful, arranging tours, giving us advice on dinner spots etc. Felt like it had been newly decorated, the breakfast was fantastic and our rooms were great
