Atende aos requisitos básicos

Atende os requisitos básicos como bom café, cama confortável, banho quentinho e ar condicionado

Um bom custo benefício, mas a questão de saúde pública ao redor com os moradores e usuários de crack na porta deixa a gente se sentindo vulnerável à uma abordagem na saída e entrada do hotel.

Estadia Excelente, recomendo, e me hospedaria novamente.

Atendimento excelente de todos os funcionários, ambiente limpo, café da manhã completo, possibilidade de almoço e jantar a parte, porém tudo saboroso e quentinho. Quartos excelente, ar condicionado geladinho, chuveiro com bastante agua e na temperatura certa. Bem localizado, a menos de 500m de duas estações, sendo uma delas a da LUZ, que nos levava a qualquer lugar de SP. Super recomendo.

Bad

Nothing. Terrible neighborhood. So many homeless people neighborhood. Terrible staff. Breakfast is limited. Terrible staffs at kitchen. Looks like the staffs owns the hotel. Terrible behavior. Some guest lost the phone as they said from the front area of the Hotel. The elevator did not work . We had many baggages and we had to carry from downstairs to Upstairs like a Labor and broke my legs and knees while carrying. Awful and terrible .

The hotel is nice, breakfast was great. Really good variety of food. Friendly staff. Short walk to the Metro.

unfortunately the hotel isn’t in a good area, there were a lot of homeless around which made the area feel unsafe.

Disappointing

The neighbourhood is very dangerous,full of crack addicted homeless, absolutly not the place to be in São Paulo ! Even the taxidrivers don't want to drive through the streets behind the house !!!

Room was clean and staff very helpful and friendly

Location is terrible, although it is near a metro station for easy access to the centre, the area is very unsafe. A lot of homeless on the streets using drugs and blasting music all night

Nice but be aware of surroundings

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Good food. Easy to get to from bus station. All staff are friendly.

Location is in an are full of rough sleepers but no trouble seen. Police presence is 24 hour.

AVOID THIS NEIGHBOURHOOD. good hotel price and facilities

Really good hotel with many facilities, good personal, nice food, breakfast included

VERY VERY BAD NEIGHBOURHOOD, AVOID THIS LOCATION IT IS DANGEROUS AT NIGHT AND DURING THE DAY. FULL OF HOMELESS PEOPLE AND DANGEROUS PEOPLE. windows are quite thin, it gets cold at night and it is soooo noisy from the homeless people outside and police comig every few hours.

Budget stay recommended, clean hotel but dirty streets around it, full of animal feces.

Clean and modern building, fresh linens, hotel close to metro but the neighborhood is a bit too gritty. The breakfast included in the hotel fees are fare and good portions, thoufhtful and generous. I would recommend the hotel to others for the price alone.

The first night wqs quiet and the second night was noisy, there was a constant banging on the walls next to my room, and the rooms are show box size, very small so you can hear everything. I requested for a quiet room and the lobby understood but it was noisy at my last night and checkout day.
