INSATISFECHA POR LA ADMINISTRACIÓN

Solo la ubicación ! pero ya la playa esta muy sucia

Hola! la hija del dueño es ahora la administradora del hotel junto con su esposo, se portarón muy groseros porque me demore muy poco tiempo en salir de la habitación casi casi me corrierón, son unas malas personas no tienen humanidad por los turistas y sus precios en el bar son muy altos, más que en otro buen lugar de Playa, son pedantes y mal encarados, no vuelvo a ir a este hotel por la cuestión de que ellos estan en este lugar administrando, no saben tratar con los clientes, estoy muy desilusionada..

We enjoyed our stay that we will be returning in march for a few days.

The breakfast was filling and served to our door. Server was very friendly. The omelette was done to perfection.

Fantástico

La ubicación es inmejorable, la quinta avenida, el ADO, puntos de encuentro para tours a solo unos pasos. Los empleados personas muy agradables, lo recomiendo mucho.

Realmente no tengo ninguna observación.

Nice hotel with beach

The location quite good, near bus terminal, surrounding there are many shops and restaurants. The staffs of hotel are friendly and helpful. The beach is front of hotel.The room is comfort and the price is reasonable.

The location is good and just front of beach. The bus terminal is few minutes to walk. Many restaurants is surrounding.The room is quite big. The reception is friendly and helpful.

Nice for a short trip. Great service.

Location is fabulous, check in was great. People are friendly.

Room needs some work. No bed spread on the bed, just sheets. Only one light worked and could use some overall maintenance.

We had a great stay! Definitely worth the money we paid. Would stay there again.

I like the style of this hotel, it’s beautiful, not usual. Great view! The location is perfect, right on the beach and right by the Main Street.

There is no shampoo and conditioner. I wasn’t ready for that:)

Exceptional

This place is right in the heart of the tourism district so everything is close walking distance. The hotel is only accessible by beach but, the staff was very helpful in handling my luggage through the sand to the street. It's a great value for the beach view and location.

proximity to the water. pool, awesome bar and staff.

sadly of no fault of the property it the smell of the water was soooo bad it ruined the entire experience the water was so bad we didn’t even want to get in it and that was the whole reason for staying on the beach or in Mexico at all. there was also a mildew smell in the blankets which was off putting to sleep in.

It was right on the beach.

Mattress was worn on side closest to bathroom. Very uncomfortable sleeping on that side.

The hotel is right on the beach. Beautiful building. Right on the middle of everything.

Access to the hotel only from the beach, so you will need to carry your bags through the sand. Rooms definitely need updates.

Relaxing, safe, and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect. it was right on the beach and they provided beach chairs for free. Best value in town. We knew there wouldnt be parking so we paid for a spot at a lot a few blocks away. The night before our flight we changed to street parking which is free after 10pm. Playa Del Mar was a much better place to stay than Cancun. It was safe, near a lot of neat shops, plenty of evening entertainment/dance clubs, authentic restaurants - mexican, thai, japanese, all within walking distance.

Wifi signal was weak in our 3rd floor room. the sand you collect from the beach will come with you and stay on the your room’s floor.

I will book here again. Just pick the room away from the noise and you’re all good.

I love how close it is to the beach, free umbrellas and lounge chairs/towels etc. Staff are nice, welcoming and friendly.

I was surprised when there was no water on our last day for more than two hours.

NO HOT WATER - 7 OUT 11 DAYS WITHOUT POOL WAS NOT KEPT UP NOT enough pool equipment chairs and loungers, hotal more worried about beach sales then there actually paying coustomers

Location is great, although the rooms are darker than they look.

The location is fabulous, right on the beach and when you stay there you can use the sun loungers on the beach! That was a massive bonus.

The room was super dark compared to the photos and not that clean.

The hotel is located in the center near the 5th avenue. It is clean, the staff at the hotel is very helpful and kind. It is by the beach and close to the ado bus station ADO close to the port

This hotel was rated 5 stars on booking com. The photos that were shown were actually taken several years ago. So I was expecting very good and high-quality accommodation. But I have to be honest. But this hotel was marked with 3 stars on the spot. So I was very disappointed. The hotel is clean, but the rooms need to be renewed, because they are already outdated and worn. The beach near the hotels is public and quite small. I would not return to this hotel. But the staff of the entire hotel are happy to help and are helpful and kind.

Our AC didn’t work in our room and the hotel was booked. The management graciously moved us to the upstairs penthouse!!

location is great, it’s quaint and charming. This was our second time to stay, the staff is very nice and helpful.

I wish they could lay a few pavers along the side to the street so guests didn’t have to walk in the sand. I’m not sure if the music blasts every night but it was going strong til 2am during ours. we were there during Carnival so it could have been a special occasion.

Fun place, excellent location, could do some update though

Location, huge bed, nice staff

Noise from nearby night clubs. Also, even if I stayed at the hotel, last day I got charged ($200) for using the sunbeds.

Despite the great location, I would not recommend because of the barely functioning air conditionin.

The location was right on the beach 🏖

The air conditioning was not working well. The AC only brought the room temperature down two degrees after being on all night. The bed was small and hard. The curtains barely covered the windows for privacy.

Very disappointing

The location is central, very close to fifth Avenue. The hotel directly overlooks the beach.

Access to the hotel is only by the beach. You have to carry the luggage and no one helps you. The stairs are very damaged and there is a risk of falling. The room is dark and very humid. The pool is tiny and useless. The hotel is very noisy due to the air conditioning installations. And the general environment is also very noisy because of the disco bar next door.

Not recommended - there are way better hotels in Playa

The only thing that’s good about this hotel is its location.

They put us in a room with a leaking roof. Then when we asked for our room to be changed, they weren’t too happy about it! Kitchen was disgusting and we were even scared of opening the cabinets. There were lots of dead bugs and flies in the room. In the 3 days we stayed, they didn’t clean the room at all. You could hear literally everything outside of the room. All in all, this hotel felt a lot like a hostel, but not worth it for the price you pay.

doesn’t look like the pictures. the facilities are not that great. the neighbor is a night club which is horrible when trying to sleep.
