The location of the property was very close to the park

The overall experience was horrible.. the AC broke so I used the towels to capture the water and reported it to the manager. He thanks me but told me that he isn’t going to give me any extra towels. Also at the end of the trip, he brought a maid over to inspect the room when nothing was inspected prior to and tried to accuse me of items that was present in the room before I got there. There was also some wetness on the bed and I was told if it’s lube or if it can’t be washed out they will take my security deposit.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Please don’t allow this company to post on your Airbnb site..

Great walkable location and knowledgeable host excited to share information about the city; trouble with water not worki

Fantastic location in El Poblado neighborhood; easily walkable. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Carolina was supper friendly and helpful with recommendations.

We had issues with the water throughout the visit. First it ran only scalding hot, then not at all. Toilets wouldn't flush and we were unable to use the hot tub throughout the stay. Eventually we ended up with correct water pressure but only cold water. We had to wait for the repair people twice, which was disappointing because we only had a few days in Medellin. Carolina was super attentive and did her best to resolve the situation. We finally gave up and settled on cold water because we didn't want to be stuck in the apartment waiting instead of seeing the city.

Exceptional

On calle 8 I was very close to Lleras and Provenza. Easy walk to both. There were several restaurants on the street as well as around the neighborhood. The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and internet worked well. Loved the jacuzzi.

What I didn't like was I had to leave. Would have loved to stay a few days longer.

wonderful except for the issues with hot water and the barking

location close to Lleiras Park and Provenza

hot water worked intermittently. The owner needs to invest in a properly functioning hot water heater. there is nothing more important than a nice long hot shower when you’re on vacation. also there were multiple dogs barking all night every night every day.

The place grew on me and I ended up being comfortable. Good value for the money.

The apartment had everything I needed and was close to transportation and tiendas. I loved having Netflix in English.

The neighborhood was not the best. The hot tub would have been wonderful if I could fill it with HOT water. But the hot water tap in the tub only gave lukewarm water. There were 2 dogs living next door that barked all the time. There were tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

Location. apartment had a good separation between the three bedrooms for privacy for the three couples. The balcony had an amazing view and bar awesome to throw a party.

the hot water was very difficult to control hot versus cold and the hot water lasted only a few minutes and then you were taking a freezing cold shower. so you had to be quick.

Very poor

The owner didn't wait for us even though he knew we were getting off the plane and had warned him about the late check in. We spent our first night outside without being able to get the keys. This is not acceptable.

Place needs better management and customer service

Location, laundry, and Jacuzzi tub.

The communication with staff was horrible, I did not have wifi during my stay and informed them multiple times and no one tried to help they kept giving me incorrect passwords. It shouldn't be this hard to connect to the WiFi so I eventually gave up trying to get it to work. One day I came home and the front door lock was changed so I was locked out, no one informed me of this or to make arrangements to give me the new key, I had to miss a planned dinner with friends while I waited for someone to give me new key. Lastly don't pay the $150 security deposit they insisted I need to pay this when checking in and it took me 3 days and a lot of back and forth to finally get it refunded after I checked out. Overall they are very unprofessional and I would never stay here again. Dogs barking all morning from upstairs neighbors, weird signs everywhere saying no underage guests, loud music from across the street, may be okay for a 1-2 night stay but it was horrible to be stuck there for a while week.
