Una experiencia nefasta. Fuimos seducidos por la ubicación y el precio.

Absolutamente nada. Lo elegimos por la ubicación y el precio parecía económico.

Tercermundista la gestión, la habitación daba a la calle y tras subir una persiana, se atascó y no bajaba. Hacia Olor a insecticida y mi pareja es alérgica. Hicimos la reserva pocas horas antes de entrar y tuvimos que irnos de inmediato a otro hotel. Ninguna deferencia ya que ni siquiera devolvieron el dinero con la situación generada. Lastima que no hiciéramos fotos.

Mega Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sauberes Zimmer, direkt am Meer, man ist schnell in der Stadt.

Neat place on an excellent location that can’t be beaten. Good value for money. WiFi needs attention

Nice little hotel right at the beach and sea. Vintage sixties and seventies style. Not much has changed since then but rooms are ok, the lights work and the shower is good.

Unfortunately the bed and wifi are also from the sixties and seventies.

Lovely placement.. but with roaches.

Placement is brilliant, straight by the beachfront. And that one can just step outside, and sit on the boardwalk to have your coffee. Unfortunately there was cockroaches (I looked, and saw that also others have mentioned this). The staff, meaning the woman that cleans, and the man in the reception, are really nice. (He laughed, and gave me a spray for the bugs when I asked, meaning to have remembered that it should not be so good to just 'stomp them', as it could attract more). There was a third person, woman, there the day of my departure, that was not so nice. Didnt look at me at all.. only mumbled in contempt .."Madre Mia..".. when there was a question if i could leave my luggage there until I could go elsewhere later in the day. Maybe the owner or the manager? ( having some attitude, for running a place that keeps people scared of potentially catching roaches in their luggage). Airconditoner- doesnt have a remote, so one needs to stand on a chair to operate it. Not a big deal- but might be an issue for some.

Cockroaches mainly. I took my chance on staying, due to the placement (.. I could hear the waves from the sea through the window in the night). Only made sure to keep the luggage shut tight and standing; away from the floor at least, when i discovered the roaches. I have been there before, and didnt see roaches there (only a bit smell from the bathroom, in one of the rooms facing the backyard), but can see it is mentioned in also other rooms from the reviews. The roaches are small- from 1-3 cm; some are nymphs (smaller- the smashed one in the toilet is one of the smaller- ab 1 cm) and there also was a tiny one, about 2-3 mm, on my nightstand the second last morning. I've had them identified as German roaches- meaning it is the ones that might infest houses.. and there is a possibility that actually all sizes to be found is a sign of an infestation (- though the place.itslef claim they come from the outside). (Normally its the bigger ones, the sc American, that mainly lives outside, and sometimes gets bewildered into the houses) Meaning that people should make sure not to catch any in their luggage.. On the practical side I think there should have been a fridge- with the possibilities of keeping some things fresh in the heat. And the matress was not the most comfortable (having seen different kind of places, I use a jacket as a cover of the matress, to try ease such elements a little bit).

No muy agradable. Barato pero excesivamente cutre.

Ubicación en el paseo marítimo. Personal amable.

Mobiliario de la habitación desastroso. Losas del suelo sueltas y rotas. Techo de escayola roto en la zona del altillo del armario que dejaba ver la instalación del AC y posible salida de insectos. Había zonas de la habitación que no veían un paño desde hace décadas. Estantes del armario muy sucios.

Prescindible.

Solo destaco la atención del empleado con quien iba contactando por telefono avisando de lo tarde que llegaría.

Pienso que la habitacion podría haber sido un poquito menos deplorable. Es de esas habitaciones que no le ofrecerías a una visita porque te daría vergüenza. Todo antiquísimo y de mala calidad, el aire acondicionado no tenia mando y la habitacion estaba muy calurosa cuando llegamos; si abrias la ventana estaba a pie de acera y habia gente hablando de madrugada y nos miraban.

Lovely stay, clean & friendly & right on the doorstep of the beach & strip with plenty of bars & restaur

Lovely welcome, although did not speak English we managed everything with little use of google translate. Clean, comfortable & had clean towels & basic toiletries. Bedding smelt fresh too. Literally straight out & onto the beachfront. Had a key code pad so that you could come & go without issue which also made me feel safe as a lone female traveller.

Requires some updating. The aircon worked but you needed to stand on a chair to turn it on, not a problem for me but others might be put off by this. For me, nothing to grumble with especially given the cost was just 60€ for two nights end of June!

I stayed only one night and i think i was comfortable.

The staff was very patient and considerate, because when i made my booking online, my payment went through, only to find out that the payment had challenges going through. But the staff, was patient and still gave me time to sort it out.

Well, the room did not smell so fresh when i entered, i think it's because the windows were naturally small and were not opened completely for fresh air to enter after the last client left. and there was no air freshener in the room.

The bathroom smelt so bad of ammonia .... Like a man's toilet ...it was so bad I was almost sick. Room onto internal patio....guess that's booking with booking.com. always a terrible room.

Good price-quality ratio!

Good price-quality ratio! The room is basic but if you just need a place to sleep (alone) and shower, then this is an excellent choice because you get a bed and private shower/toilet for a very reasonable price!

The only downside is that there is a strong smell of tobacco in the room, actually in the whole interior of the hostel.

Exceptional

The place is just in front of the sea all along the seaside on the beaches, you can enjoy extremely beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Lots of restaurant around where it's possible to eat the famous tapas. The host is very friendly and welcoming!

Charming hostel right on the beach

The location of this hostel is wonderful: right on the beach and also a few minutes from the bus and railway stations. A longer walk from the main sights: the Cathedral and the fort. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly. They stored my luggage before check-in time. Gate opens with a code, not key.

Everything was fine.

Helpful Staff, wonderful location.

The Delfín Verde is a budget hostal, bit it is wonderfully located and run very efficiently. The keyless entry system works very well too.

We have stayed before, and know it is not luxurious, but the first room we were given was unnacceptable. Unfortunately, we could not change until the next morning. The staff were very helpful in doing this.

Good location, right opposite the beach and only a 15min walk from the bus and train station.

No key just a number pad for room door, pretty obvious combination and a bit of a worry. It's an old Hotel that needs a bit of a makeover.
