Descubrir Almeria con tranquilidad y expectación.

El personal muy pendiente de hacerte la estancia agradable. Nos atendió Eliot y nos trató de modo extraordinario. Facilitándose muy buena información sobre las visitas interesantes de la ciudad. El desayuno en la Taberna del hotel estupendo, además tiene terraza para desayunar. En el jacuzzi, lo teníamos incluido en la habitación las vistas al Cerro de San Cristóbal y Alcazaba son insuperables

Las almohadas un poco incómodas pero había otras más blandas en el armario de la habitación. Quizás sentimos un poco de calor en la habitación pero había opción del aire acondicionado que no encendimos porque era soportable. Los sanitarios del baño, concretamente el WC, no está bien sujeto al suelo.

Overall, it suited our needs for the trip

- perfect location, close to the city centre - superb staff - helpful and professional - clean and tidy hotel in general - great hotel restaurant/ bar

- poor sound proofing of rooms - if one of the hotel guests are being loud in the hallway, or if they close the doors loudly (especially late at night and early in the morning), your sleep is already disturbed

Good hotel in an excellent location

Excellent location right in the middle of tourist attractions. Comfortable bed and good size room and bathroom.

There was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the allocated room. We have complained and the room was changed.

Excellent hotel in the heart of town

Great location right in the heart of town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good, secure parking. Beautifully clean hotel. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. Excellent value for money.

I keep returning to this hotel when I have to spend the night in Almería.

The room was very clean, well equipped ( including mini-safe ), the beds and pillows were supremely comfortable and I slept extremely well ! As expected, the location was perfect for exploring the old town on foot and enjoying local food and wine.

The bed(s) were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location to local shopping, eating and drinking places good. Parking was very good and even though we have a Ford Mondeo we managed the parking very well. The staff were friendly. Ideal location.

WiFi was very bad. It even affected the UK channels on the tv. However, we could not use our tablets or phones if WiFi was needed, which in my case was. Our first night in and the hot water was not hot. We reported this and future uses were fine. we did not like it that until we got there we had no idea the restaurant at the hotel was not open on Christmas eve and Boxing day. Open during the day but we were out and about then. It would have been nice for the hotel to have informed us prior to arriving. We had booked well in advance too. We booked into the restaurant for Christmas Day evening meal. Was looking forward to it but 2 items on the "Special board" were not available. Alternative menu items from the main menu were chosen. However, my husband's Aberdeen Angus burger was not cooked correctly. It was very cold inside and not cooked at all. We do not mind a "pink" meat but this was inedible. Fortunately, they did not charge us for it and offered to get something else but by this time my husband was put off. We had already had lunch during the day and so looked forward to eating here as lunchtime was good.
