Gracias. Sólo estuvimos una noche, así que volveremos allí.

la ubicación está muy bien. por la noche ambiente alrededor . el desayuno calidad precio, muy bueno. y muy amable el personal. estuvimos a gusto. Recomendable.

nos tocó una habitación que era interior y daba a una calle muy estrecha. pero para descansar estupenda, pero sin vistas ni terraza. aún así muy aseada.

Groseros y estafadores.

Las habitaciones no estaban mal, el problema es la poca vergüenza de los q llevan ese hotel.

La recepcionista era la tía más borde que jamás me tope y he estado en cientos de hoteles, pero lo peor de todo es que cuando llegamos nos suelta que nos cuesta más de lo que nos marcaba la reserva con Booking, la respuesta de la recepcionista: - Me da igual, mi jefa me ha dicho que menos de tal cantidad no se acepta. Ahora les digo yo: muy bien entonces no os anunciéis en Booking, por qué para que os de publicidad y clientes si, pero para respetar los precios publicados no, vamos una verdadera vergüenza! Sin contar que la publicidad engañosa está penada en nuestro país con sanciones graves, jamás volveré a ese hotel.

Buen hotel

La ubicación, la habitación es correcta, la cama cómoda y el baño completo. Tiene aire acondicionado. No dispone de parking pero hay uno muy cerca a buen precio y lo gestionan desde el mismo hotel. El personal es muy amable.

Estuvimos 2 noches y nunca nos llegaron a hacer la habitación, creemos que no les dio tiempo a llegar mientras estábamos visitando la ciudad, lo reclamamos a recepción y nos repusieron las toallas y productos de baño.

We had a short excellent stay in a beautiful hotel with excellent friendly staff.

Room was excellent, beds were very comfortable, hotel staff very friendly and breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to all the city attractions. The hotel taverna is worth a visit as staff there, were so attentive and the prices were very competitive.

Couldn't fault anything.

Friendly and helpful staff and location to key sites

Pillows not great. Breakfast was average. Hotel should provide clear instructions for parking and sort the barrier problems out. Code didn’t always work and the barrier went down before I could get the car through!

Beautiful room in a beautiful place!

I loved the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice room and bath with towels!

The only downer was the stationary glass wall (instead of a curtain) for the bath/shower. I did not have a safe way to start the shower, check temp. Almost fell in at the small open end.

Decent hotel at a good price

A decent room at an affordable price. Very clean, comfortable bed and rather quiet and with centric location in Almería.

Let’s say it’s better to keep the curtains closed, the view to the messy backyard of the hotel is really not beautiful.

Good hotel for a short stay

Perfect location in the very center, helpful staff, comfortable beds and pillows, toiletries in the bathroom. They also have a nice secure parking garage one block away from the hotel itself, where the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The towels in the bathroom were a bit worn-out. If your room is on the 1st floor, the access is via an elevator/lift only, I'd prefer to use stairs. Other floors, I believe, have both ways..

Parking. Location, in middle of city. Receptionist friendly.

Aircondition, making noise, when heating room. Flush water for a bath. Limscale made"tap a bath took very long tim". Shower dripping intensivly when tapping.

good value for money, bits and bobs didn’t come up to scratch but were non-essential. ideal location, everything professional. parking straightforward and easy in their garage.

Very central hotel with keycard entry to outside door, lift and staircase so felt very secure.

Breakfast was good but bacon could be crispier! Not a huge choice of cooked but plenty of cold sliced meats. Very nice and easy fresh orange juicer machine. Rooms very clean , comfy bed, pillows quite deep my son found them twice as thick as he required but they were perfect for me.

The lay out in our bathroom. the bidet was opposite to but so close to the toilet that it touched one knee and so you could not sit comfortably on the toilet. We were a little confused as we did not realise the checkin reception was in the other hotel, as is the breakfast room, so perhaps a note to advise of that would be helpful on booking. But the main hotel is only meters away so it is not a big issue.

The hotel is really centrally located. It's all clean. Clear structures in space. Memory foam mattresses - a matter of taste. A nice and helpful concierge in the evening.

Due to the hotel's central location, arrival in car is extremely difficult. You cannot park in front of the hotel for the check-in. Instead, you first have to drive through the city center and possibly park incorrectly in order to check-in. Only then do you get from the hotel if wanted a parking ticket in a parking garage two blocks away for an, what I think overexaggerated pice. My room on the ground floor was badly soundproofed. Not only did I hear the constant noise of the drains in the evening, around 7am in the morning, I was awakened by conversations outside the hotel. Not really relaxing. The bathroom looked very nice at first glance, but after I took a shower it flooded badly because the drain wasn't taking the water fast enough. And opening the windows wasn't an option on the ground floor. When I checked out, I wanted to give the staff my impression and also mention the problem with the bathroom. The younger clerk completely ignored me at first. Then, after a long time, took my documents out of my hands and ignored me again, despite my attempts to communicate. Then an older colleague came, who asked again with interest and then apologized for the situation. The hotel should focus on its older and experienced staff instead of the young ones. These quickly create frustration and upsetting.

Underwhelming.

The location

Dirty crockery and cutlery in the restaurant. Broken toilet on arrival needed fixing and toiletries were diluted with water. Some reception staff were unapologetic.

The room really looks nice, big bed, wooden flooring, very good ensuite bathroom, with large shower. Location is not far from the bus station. There is a Carrefour only a few minutes walk away and also a poundshop. Concierge was helpful

The toilet would often make noise, like a tap was running, sometimes it wouldn't flush. The walls are thin, so thin that I could hear couples in other rooms having sex. There was also some building work going on in the hotel which was very loud. The noise stopped me from giving the hotel a higher score. A electric kettle would have been nice but that's not a deal breaker.
