Прекрасная большая территория. Достойное оформление номеров и общественных пространств. Жесткий дощатый пирс для купания за кромкой рифа (все виды плавающих понтонов однозначно не подходят, если важно купаться с рыбками и наблюдать кораллы). В основном ресторане весьма приличный выбор блюд, можно найти еду на любой вкус и здоровье. Большой выбор ресторанов ala carte. Не все они одинаково хороши (нам меньше всего понравились ливанский и рыбный), но азиатский, средиземноморский и во многом итальянский весьма неплохи. Есть возможность поиграть на пляже в петанк, волейбол, теннис (кстати, даже в большой) и очень хорошо организованная пляжная зона.
Лично для нас большим плюсом была спокойная атмосфера отдыха без диких дискотек и анимации (для кого-то это, возможно, минус) и приличная шумоизоляция (соседей не слышали совсем)Ю
1) Персонал!!! Все очень медленно и несообразительно. Пример: на завтраке невозможно самому сварить себе кофе. Его обязательно нужно заказать и ждать, пока в огромном ресторане на несколько сотен мест (как внутри, так и на улице) официант найдет тебя и принесет изрядно остывший кофе. Заказ в номер полотенец, воды и пр. нужно ждать оооочень долго! У нас в номере перегорели несколько лампочек в ванной, их не заменили за 2 недели ни разу
2) Абсолютно идиотская система с полотенцами. Их нужно принести из номера к бассейну или на пирс. Почему нельзя организовать снабжение полотенцами прямо на месте?
3) Пирс. С одной стороны, хорошо, что он есть и жесткий, а не плавающий. С другой стороны, он очень длинный (метров 500, наверное), поэтому вариант сбегать искупаться с рыбками и вернуться выпить коктейль - не вариант. Перспектива идти по 10 минут в одну сторону сильно подрывает такое желание (у них есть гольф-кары, котооые возят людей по пирсу, но регулярность этой услуги см. п. 1 про персонал). Я понимаю, что это особенность рельефа дна, а не вина отеля, но в других отелях Шарма пирс гораздо короче. Кому-то это вообще неважно (если купаться в бассейне), но для нас оказалось критичным.

Personel kalitesi, temizlik, hizmet, yemekler ve içecekler ve otelin genişliği, odaların büyüklüğü, oda konforu çok iyiydi. 5 yıldızlı bir tatil köyünün tüm özelliklerinin sade bir lüks içersinde sunan bir tesis. Her alanda kalitesini gösteriyor ve verdiğiniz parayı sonuna kadar hak ediyor. Özellikle yerel mimari özellikleri taşıyan ama bir o kadarda modern dekorasyonuna bayıldım. Her konuda yardımcı ve ilgili personeli, sürekli iyileştirilecek bir alan arayan, geri bildirim isteyen personeline çok da söyleyecek bir şeyim yok. Harika bir tatil geçirdik sayelerinde.
Akşamları sürekli ilaçlamaya rağmen az da olsa sivrisinek sorunu yaşadık. Bir de denize sadece iskeleden girilebilen bir doğası vardı. Doğaya yapacak birşey yok ama iskele sadece şnorkel yapmak için değil şezlong olan ve kullanılan bir yer olabilirdi. Otelde aquapark olmaması da çocuklu aileler için bir dezavantaj.

Ridicules. Room basic and extremely over priced for what you get for your money. Quality of food very poor, very cheap ingredients, and tasteless. Service unorganized and while staff try hard, no one has trained them so at the end of the day, they have no clue what they are doing. Absolute mistake. Total waste of money. There is nothing happening outside the hotel, so if you want to lock yourself in a hotel and never leave the hotel area, why go there, instead of somewhere better organized, somewhere you can actually walk out of the hotel once a day/night. Terrible.

everything was excellent, especially the quiet, the location, the food, the staff, and the decoration.
I expect with a High price for accommodation rate for my stay to have everything included but some are not like the mini bar in the room not rich with good sweets and drinks and only soft drinks are free, the TV screen is very small and doesn't match the size of the room, I only choose 2 restaurants from 5 to book free not all of them, not enough umbrellas at the adult pool witch hard stay under hot sun, some items in the restaurant and bar extra charge for no reason.

Lovely grounds and gardens
1. Got badly bitten by mosquitoes on the first night dinner
2. My travel companion waited 45min for a buggy to come back to the room
3. Staff could be more well trained and not make us feel it is our fault when things went wrong through no fault of ours

Everything was great to be honest, it’s way better than we expected, the staff are amazing, starting with Madrona from front desk, and Ahmed the asst manager, so helpful and always ready to give the best service! Hussam from the restaurants, remembered our favored drinks everyday, with amazing service and always smiling. Ahmed from the spa was also very good, they pampered us so much, and the ladies in there too! Well done.
On our last evening we decided to try the Italian restaurant, and it’s so delicious, mustafa there was our waiter, so professional, his recommendations were great, we couldn’t walk back to our room because we ate so much🫢.
Hussein from the Lebanese restaurant and the shisha place, always made us laugh so loud, the guy is a comedian for real!
Also Ahmed from the beach, helped me with the snorkeling 🤿.
The good thing about this hotel is that they look for a way to make you more comfortable, not once was I uncomfortable with anything. They also prepared something special for our anniversary.
Really loved this stay, loved the food, the people. One of the good holidays we spent❤️. Thank you

Food was quite good. They offer even chips and snacks in pool area. Pool was warm and clean. Nice garden and clean hotel area. Main bedroom was nice (direct pool access room) Direct access pool was clean and warm.
Children's entertainment was superb. For example in pool area cartoons characters.
There were free chairs in the pool area, even if you went later there
Beach and pool towels was allways ran out. Beach Coral reef was very far, you need to walk there 20-30 minutes or order transfer. International alcohol extra charge even if you pay 500 Eur per night like we did. If you want coctail about 17:00 then only option is lobby bar, beacause all other bars are closed, because they need prepare for dinner... :)
We have direct pool access room, i recomend it for maximum 3 people not 4. as you see my added picture what i mean. (this second room is like small hallway next to the front door.
Beach area was empty and flat :( (Maybe some extra decoration will emprove this area)

تجربة الإقامة في الفندق كانت جيدة إلى جيدة جدًا. الفندق جميل للغاية مع فعاليات رائعة وأفضل سبا في مصر حتى الان ومطاعم انصح بتجربتها وخصوصا teppanyaki restaurant. ومع ذلك، هناك بعض النقاط التي يجب تحسينها.
1. النظافة: الغرف والريسبشن نظيفة جدًا، لكن المرافق مهملة قليلاً، خاصة الحمامات.
2. الطعام: جيد جدا في À la carte restaurant، لكن المطعم الرئيسي مجرد مقبول.
3. الخدمة: الخدمة جيدة إلى جيدة جدًا، لكنها ضعيفة عند المسابح. تجربة سيئة مع انتظار وجبة هامبرغر باردة لمدة 50 دقيقة.
4. الانترنت: جيد في الغرف والريسبشن، لكن لا يعتمد عليه في المرافق مثل المسبح والشاطئ.

3 больших бассейна, что позволяет избежать скопление людей в закрытом водоёме. 6 ресторанов на выбор для разнообразия обстановки, причём тоже на основе «всё включено».
Основной ресторан со шведским столом впечатлил не меньше: разнообразие потрясает! Территория огромная, ухоженная, много зелени. Пляж обустроен великолепно: на выбор лежаки или беседки с мягкими матрасами и шторами от солнца- на любой вкус! Есть детский клуб с аниматорами. Чудесно🤩! Благодарим за такой сервис!
Единственное, что несколько омрачило пребывание- это комары. На этот случай, во многих отелях в номерах есть фумигаторы. Может быть местное руководство отеля учтёт это пожелание ? Для детей особенно мучительно-:(

We really enjoyed the planning of facililties in terms of the layout. The gardens and landscape were well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel decor was very classy and imaged Arabeque style throughout. Even the scent was fabulous. We loved the option of having a late breakfast and late dinner. This was a unique add on that we have not experienced before.

Limoni Restaurant was excellent. Fawzi, a member of Limoni’s staff was really nice.
A kind chef in the main restaurant made us Halva upon our request.
Hotel had a lot of activities, different restaurants, etc which made our stay more pleasant.
Maybe it would be better if they put more table tissue in the room.
Golf carts’ drivers were talking on their phone most of the time while driving.
Shisha in shisha bar can be upgraded.

High level of hospitality from check in till the last minute there. We even decided to extend our staying. Very nice facilities for small kids, excellent food, good beach, sea like specially made for small babies. Great service everywhere. For sure we are considering to come back again.
There is no barrier free access to reception, at least we did not find it and with strolley it was a challenge. And 2nd.. reservation to a la carte restaurant requires booking too in advance. We was able to choose convenient time only to one of them during a week staying. But main restaurant is great anyway, we liked it much. Thanks

In der riesigen und sehr gepflegten Hotelanlage findet jeder Gast alles für einen perfekten Urlaub. Es gibt viele Bereiche nur für Erwachsene, sodass man abseits des Kindergetümmels wirklich super entspannen kann. Es gibt aber auch sehr viel Animation für Kinder und Erwachsene und das Gute war, dass ich mich überhaupt nicht davon gestört gefühlt habe, denn ich persönlich brauche so etwas nicht.
Der Strand ist riesig und sehr gepflegt, es gibt dort mehr als ausreichend Liegen und auch wunderschöne Pavillons. Das Wasser ist zwar mehrere Hunderte Meter von Ufer entfernt immer noch sehr flach, aber am Ende eines extra eingerichteten Steges kann man in tieferen Gewässern schwimmen und schnorcheln, denn da ist ein Hausriff mit vielen tollen Fischen.
Die Anlage ist trotz der Größe sehr gepflegt. Das Essen fand ich insgesamt sowohl im Hauptrestaurant als auch in den 6 A La Carte Restaurants insgesamt sehr gut (außer im libanesischen Restaurant). Am besten fand ich Teppanyaki. Das war ein tolles Erlebnis! Die Qualität der Getränke ist super! Der Wellness-Bereich mit 2 Saunas, einem Dampfbad und Jacuzzi ist richtig schön gemacht und kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und im Bad gibt es eine Dusche und eine Badewanne.
Das einzige Problem des Hotels ist der miserable Service, der dazu führte, dass ich schon am dritten Tag das Hotel wechseln wollte. Als ich zum vereinbarten Termin im ersten A La Carte Restaurant (libanesisches) erschienen bin, hat man mir zwar einen ungedeckten Tisch zugewiesen, aber dann saß ich noch 20 min so da und wartete auf die Karte, bis ich dann aufgestanden bin und das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, dass ich schon seit 20 min da sitze. Aber auch danach wurde es nicht wirklich besser. Ich musste mehrmals aufstehen, um mir etwas zu holen oder etwas nachzubestellen. Das gleiche Erlebnis hatte ich nämlich schon im Hauptrestaurant und in den Bars. Ich musste ständig für mich selbst sorgen: Karte holen gehen, zum Kellner laufen, um etwas zu bestellen und dann noch Tausend Mal aufstehen, weil die Kellner ständig etwas vergessen haben, zum Beispiel einen Löffel für die Suppe. Ich habe einmal beispielsweise 3 verschiedene Kellner in der Strandbad nach Ketchup zu Pommes gefragt und nach 10 min bin ich aufgestanden und habe es mir selbst an der Bar geholt. Am Strand gibt es auch Service und da war, glaube ich, wegen des Personalmangels der eine Kellner einfach überfordert, sodass er meine Bestellungen häufiger vergessen hat und mich vor allem am Anfang einfach ignoriert hat. Nachdem ich das Hotel wechseln wollte, hatte ich ein Gespräch mit dem Manager und dem guest relation office. Die Mädels von Guest Relation machten den Eindruck, wirklich besorgt zu sein und haben es versucht, mich zu überzeugen, dem Hotel noch eine Chance zu geben. Der Manager hatte meine (so mein Eindruck) Beschwerden nicht wirklich ernst nehmen wollen. Doch eine Besserung habe ich auch nach diesem Gespräch nicht wirklich gespürt. Ich habe mich dann nach ein paar Tagen einfach damit abgefunden. Eine Entschuldigungskultur gibt es im Hotel auch übrigens auch nicht.

Det är ett enastående hotell! Det passade vår familj utmärkt (barn 9 och 11 år). Otroligt vackert, avkopplande och med flera restauranger med mat i absoluta toppklass. Personalen är fantastiska, bland andra vår städare Mohammed och servitör Ibrahim. Arkitekturen, utformningen av hotellet är enastående. Det är helt klart värt att välja ”all inclusive”. Barnen var väldigt nöjda även om det inte fanns till exempel rutschkanor.
Det är ett fint och modernt gym, men om jag hade fått önska hade jag gärna sett en olympiskt viktstång (20 kilo) och möjlighet till bänkpress, knäböj och marklyft.

Super staff who all went out of their way to be polite and helpful. Spotlessly clean at all times and the food was very good.
The hotel was faultless. The only annoyance was the practice of guests reserving sun loungers (towels down super early in the mornings), and then not occupying them. Despite signage to the contrary, this meant that poolside space was a rarity. A minor blip in an otherwise perfect stay.

Honestly...everything was perfect - the food was exceptional, both at the main (buffet) restaurant, and at the A La Carte places we visited (Lebanese, Asian and Seafood). The whole resort is beautifully maintained - the pools are large and varied, the rooms immaculate and the grounds are wonderful. The staff are exceptionally friendly and will do anything they can to enhance your experience. A wander down the private jetty is highly recommended - even if you don't want to go snorkelling at the end, you can see a great range of wildlife over the side of the jetty itself just by looking down into the sea.
