Отличная территория, много бассейнов. Чистота на очень высоком уровне. Отель именно что семейный - детские бассейны, детское меню.
Возможность нырять у кораллового рифа - бесценно! Почувствуй себя внутри аквариума. Два десятка видов рыб увидел точно!
Рестораны a la carte - выше всяких похвал, особенно бразильский и Mangal. Если запустить там завтраки, пусть даже и два-три каких-то фиксированных варианта завтрака, было бы просто чудесно.
Персонал великолепный, говорит по-русски и понимает по-русски (иногда лучше, чем по-английски). Доброжелательны и стараются помочь.
Выступления артистов - в основном танцы, если вы больше по живой музыке, то немного расстроитесь.
И, конечно, АКВАПАРК - это жемчужина, конечно. И включено в стоимость.
Бар.
Если Вы решите попросить просто коктейль - его наобум, без джиггера как-то смешает персонал. Вообще, с пропорциями и дозированием у персонала вопросы. Как итог, маргарита - какая-то невнятная обводнённая жидкость серого цвета.
Алкоголь оригинальный, проблема именно в приготовлении.
Луч света - это бармен в корпусе рецепции. Но он один! У бара есть специальное коктейльное меню, но Вам его никто не предложит - нужно спросить об этом именно бармена, тогда он вам его даст. Как итог, концепция коктейльного бара провалилась полностью - и это прямой просчёт супервайзера, который отвечает за эту зону. Найди Rixos компетентного человека, исправить ситуацию можно в два дня.
Такая же история с коктейлями на вечерних мероприятиях - катай-валяй, туристы выпьют. Позор.
В целом, не хватает именно коктейльного бара, где взрослые вечером могли бы тихонечко посидеть и попить вкусный авторский коктейль. За эту роль отвечает кальянная на побережье - и это проблема, если вы не курите.
Еда
Основной ресторан ближе к столовой - добротно и очень разнообразно, но без изысков именно кулинарных (хотя точка с омлетом/пастой - сильная сторона, а также пышечная). Я бы внимательно присмотрелся к ассортименту и поработал над меню - есть откровенно неходовые вещи.
О русской кухне. Молочные каши - большой шаг навстречу туристам из России. НО! Овсянку нужно немного поварить, а не залить хлопья тёплым молоком, чтобы они разбухли. По остальным крупам, те же претензии.
Детский клуб
Персонал осуществляет присмотр. Специально с детьми играть задачи нет. Не путать с детским садом.
Курение на вечерних мероприятиях
Персонал лоялен и к тем, кто курит вейпы, и к тем, кто курить сигареты. И таких людей много! И тут же дети... Rixos, это плохо вписывается в концепцию семейного отеля.

The quality of food in the buffet and the fact that you have to make a reservation every time you want to eat in any of the restaurants outside the buffet
When we got there, there was bo availability in any of the restaurants except in our third day of stay!!!!

Everything, from restaurants to pools to golf car services. EXCEPT aqua park side hotel
Just DONT book anything with Aqua as it is almost a different hotel not on the beach side and you will have to take a golf car to cross under the street to go to the beach side hotel "where everything is on that side!" unless u have babies "less than 5 yrs" bcuz its totally worthless and waste of money and will make your stay not fully pleasant such as ours..!

I Like everything in this resort I spent 4 nights that went very fast. I enjoyed every moment between restaurants, entertainment, landscaping, pools, and accommodations. Staff and guests relation were very professional. Thanks to Rami duty manager and Sohilah from guest relations for their hospitality and responsive.

Iszonyatosan odafigyelnek a vendégekre, minden kényelmet biztosítanak, elektromos autók állnak készenlétben 0-24 órában, mivel a szálloda akkora területen helyezkedik el, hogy a gyaloglás megterhelő lehetne , ha napi szinten többször vissza szeretne menni a vendég a szobájába.
Ultra all inc.ellátás valóban magas minőségben! A coctail-ok nem kommersz italokból készülnek, hanem az eredeti magas minőségű alkoholokból, a nem alkoholos coctail-ok magas minőségű frissen facsart gyümölcsökből. A díszítése is kiváló.
Az összes étkezés az 5 csillagot megérdemli, minden nap van seefood étel, nagyon finoman készítik el, rákból sem a kicsit adják, hanem a nagyot. 7 különböző étterem van, ahova be lehet jelentkezni akárhányszor a nyaralás alatt. A grillezős étterem csúcs, minden asztalnál van egy grill, ott egy külön ember készíti el a finomságokat. Iszonyatosan figyelnek a higiéniára.
Lesik minden vendég kívánságát. Van aquaworld, ami mindennel fel van szerelve. A pipere termékek magas minőségűek, természetesen minden nap cserélik az ágyneműt, törülközőket. Egyszerűen csak jót tudok írni, minden kiváló volt, Biztosan visszamegyünk még.
Februárhoz képest 26 fok volt árnyékban, így aki a hőséget nem bírja, simán mehet ilyenkor is.

Overall it was a good stay, the night vibes and the variety of the different restaurants was great.
I was shocked by the quality of the room design and the poor materials used in the bathroom. As for the cleanliness of the housekeeping, it was fine, especially since the smell of the towels was bad and the room service did not match the level of a 5-star hotel.

The food was so tasty aswell. They gave us an upgrade for my husband's birthday and the guest relations staff Sara helped to organise everything. It was a dream hotel!

I liked there was plenty of stuff in one area .
Our room was old and not 5 star ..
I was extremely disappointed as the 3 of us came from jeddah for the weekend to relax as we all work in aviation and had a busy hajj period we could not get in to any of the restaurants on both nights as u had to book 48 hrs notice and this really was bad for us as its our of the reasons I booked rixos .

Spacious rooms, access to pools everywhere, all inclusive meals, balconies for all rooms but so e rooms are with passage view, shuttle to go around the resort, access to aqua pools inclusive.
Rooms are not well maintained given the priceses, the beach is not for swimming (you have to walk for more than 1 km on shallow water to reach a deep water for swimming), there is nearby sea activites (jetski, boats, parashutes, etc.), loud parties until midnight although it's family oreinted.
All the above aside, I had 2 other issues.
While booking, I wanted to accomodate my family of 6 and booking.com gave me the most expensive option (2 different family suits). I tried different options and called the hotel and were no help. So I had to prpceed with the booking. When I got to the hotel, I found that 1 suit is enough to accomodate my family and I can add members to the room with feaction of the room cost; which will save me at least $3,500. The hotel management was unable to help me chanhe the booking from the 1st night and I ended up with 2 suits but using only 1. By the way, the suits are also way apart and useless to me. So please take note and book through the hotel right away.
Another issue whike leaving thay informed me that there was a broken glass top and charged for it. This is acceptablw only if the rooms were well maintained and clean, not its current conditions.

The place is amazing with the facilities in general.Kids club is taking care of the kids. Variety of food in the place.
The staff are not professional while talking to each other specially if you understand Arabic. This is really made us disappointed. The cleaning staff are not taking full care & they just want to finish the clean work.

Coming back to a perfectly arranged and spotless space each day added an extra layer of comfort to my stay, and I cannot thank the housekeeping staff enough for their dedication and hard work.
The culinary experiences at Rixos Premium Seagate Sharm Elsheikh were simply exceptional. The taste, quality, and diversity of the food surpassed anything I could have imagined. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, expertly prepared and presented. I applaud your talented chefs and kitchen staff for their remarkable skills and their ability to cater to every culinary desire.
I would be remiss not to mention the fantastic entertainment facilities at your hotel. The range of activities and performances provided an atmosphere of fun and excitement throughout my stay. From engaging shows to interactive experiences, there was never a dull moment. I truly appreciated the effort put into ensuring guests like me had an unforgettable time.
