Wir waren nun 2x da ein erstes und letztes mal.

Anlage schön weitläufig, Personal sehr freundlich. Ausreichend Liegen am Strand. Machen einen guten Mochito :-)

Essen.. es als genießbar zu bezeichnen trifft es nicht ganz.. Nicht mal sein Spiegelei bekommt man so gemacht wie mann will mit obskuren Hinweisen auf irgendwelche Vorschriften.. Auch bei den Speisen muss man alles nehmen und somit den Teil wegwerfen den man nicht mag. Am besten in ein Restaurant ausserhalb der Anlage gehen.

Oltre le aspettative

Un posto magico come il nome che porta. È stata un'esperienza che è andata decisamente oltre le mie aspettative. La struttura è accogliente e da' al cliente tutte le possibilità per passare giorni indimenticabili tra relax ed altre mille possibilità. Un grazie particolare all'intero staff che è stato molto disponibile, gentile e si è preso cura di noi in modo impeccabile. Vorrei ringraziarli tutti ad uno ad uno, in particolar modo Omar, Hamza e Sayed. Animazione eccellente senza essere troppo invasiva. Meta consigliatissima per chi vuole rilassarsi facendosi coccolare da persone magnifiche. Grazie di cuore

Posto super. Pulizia in ogni angolo,ristorante con cibo di qualità. Asciugamani sempre a disposizione. Barriera corallina bellissima a portata di mano.

The staff were friendly and welcoming you along your trip they were happy to make your holiday wonderful, rooms are outdated but it’s ok Hot drinks were very good

I’m really disappointed about the food quality and quantity,. I truly believe that the hotel in off-season with limited occupancy and you need to make some cost-reducing but not like that to present such food, it doesn’t suit at all big chain like Jaz, my family and i used to go Jaz hotels frequently but this time was horrible like you present leftover. If you want to cut the cost at food item, you need to lower the rate per night, worthless!

Amazing all-inclusive stay!

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay here!! Our room was spacious and comfortable and our bathroom was modern and clean. The resort is a stone's throw away from the beach. The pool areas are lovely and there are so many bars. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The food selection is incredible and they change up lunch and dinner every day. We were so sad to leave!

Their taxi airport service is extremely overpriced - just make sure you go outside the resort and book a local taxi. It's less than half the price.

Magisch!

Dit hotel is echt ‘magic’. Het is zoeken naar een minpunt maar ik kan er geen vinden. Kamer, zwembaden, strand, eten, personeel, … één voor één top! Wij boeken zeker opnieuw!

Shokran a tutti, fantastici!!

Struttura con personale molto accogliente, dalla reception, ai camerieri, ai ragazzi degli asciugamani e persino gli chef. Ottimi i servizi quali piscine (con annessi bar), spiaggia privata, anfiteatro con animazione. Noi non ne abbiamo usufruito ma nella struttura ci sono anche i campi da calcio, da basket, palestra e area wellness.

L’unica nota stonata è stata l’organizzazione del transfer aeroportuale quando siamo atterrati, poiché lo avevamo richiesto in anticipo e al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad aspettarci.

Fabuleux séjour en famille

Cet hôtel m’a réconciliée avec le principe d’hôtel « club ». L’hôtel en lui même (malgré les travaux) est un havre de paix, ou il fait bon se détendre ou s’amuser en famille. Vraiment beau et propre, la plage est accessible et surtout….calme comparé aux hôtels autour! Le buffet repas et vraiment varié (même pour les végétariens,et ça c’est rare), mais surtout le personnel est au petit soin pour vous. Toujours le sourire et très bienveillant. Notre très spéciale pour l’équipe d’animation /danseur, Slim pour son incroyable bonne humeur, Rim pour son énergie (et ses costumes🤘)les danses et maquillages de mes enfants 😅 . Les danseurs sont incroyables, les spectacles de qualité 👌 Merci à la talentueuse Olga d’avoir mis des étoiles dans les yeux de ma fille avec le tissus aériens et le cerceau 🫶🏻💕 J’ai failli oublier la merveilleuse barrière de corail juste après le ponton🪸🐠…sublime quand le drapeau n’est pas rouge😅 Un hôtel que je recommanderai sans hésitation !

Camere ampie e pulite, cibo buono che variava ogni giorno e staff disponibile.

Purtroppo il wi-fi era presente solo nelle aree comuni ed era molto debole. Consiglio l’acquisto di una sim in aeroporto per poter navigare senza problemi.

Everything was perfect. Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly, location was a little far from the city but it was not a problem you’ll not need to go out.

Animation was far from Egyptian culture, a certain receptionist’s attitude only one person.

Very generous all included experience, but take care of the clinic and try to overcome the wifi.

The facilities were good, the all included meals were generous the staff was helpful & polite

The wifi was bad: didn't work in many places including the rooms, we had to type the user and the password several times a day; and were advised by the reception to buy a local sim. The worst thing: our daughter didn't feel good so we took her to the the clinic. The doctor gave her an infusion and some medicines, and charged us 950$ (nine hundred and fifty Dollars!). We were not informed that we would be charged for the service, it was not written anywhere, and the bill was written by hand and was based on what the doctor wrote or decided (there was no price list). Again: 950$ The complaint is not about the quality of the medical service (it was excellent) but the fact that we were not informed prior to it about its cost, and no price list was shown to us; and thus we could not take the correct decision what to do and let the doctor to decide , and didn't consult with the insurance company in order to get its approval.

I ended up leaving to another hotel to get better access , I go their for the great corals , and them opening only for 2

The show was nice and mr a than the front office manager was helpful

Very frustrating access policy to the water, they were fixing their jetty and shared another old jetty with the next door hotel , they only allowed water/ sea access for 2 hours a day after 4 pm while all the hotels around them are open from 8 am , very frustrating.

The mattress and pillows were not comfortable. the mattress was very firm, felt like a box spring and the pillows were not new they were bumpy, they need to be changed.

Perfect for one week to 10 days stay!! Would definitely go back!

Nice cosy hotel. The rooms were small but clean. The bathrooms can be refreshed but also very clean. The staff all over the hotel was outstanding! Very nice and helpful! The food was delicious! The variety was too big and one has too much choice! I understood from the staff that the hotel management is Turkish and that the head chef of the kitchen is also. So that you can tell… The hotel is also a 10 minute drive from the airport!

The beach was poor…. Have seen much better in Egypt. Snorkeling from the pier was ok!

The Best Place to Stay in Sharm

Magic World is really magic place to holiday. From beginning to the end, everyone was very helpful, professional and kind. Special thanks to reception, towel station and main restaurant team for their amazing service 😀 General facility areas and rooms were veeery clean, foods were very delicious. Our 2nd stay in Magic World

We love how clean and cozy this hotel. We highly recommend it for solos and families as it’s super kids freindly. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. They have the perfect animation team ever powerd by Mr.Sleim who is a very professional and talented person.We loved how the staff gave us the feeling of (home) specially Mr.Hamada and Mr.Ehab.

However, what made our stay this time shorter is the following: 1- we payed for a 5 stars hotel how come some staff members specifically in the restaurant to Curse and shout at each other in a humiliating way. Sometimes, without any proper reason. 2- No one told us that we cannot use the track line as it’s under construction and we found that when we tried to go there. Not just that, we had to go to Amwaj to use it which’s un acceptable at all. If we wanted Amwaj we would’ve went there which is much much lower in budget. Over all it was a bad beach experience this time.

Good food, good cocktails, good vibes and all included!

Booked for one night as our current resort (Parrotel) was really crap. This is way better! Staff is very nice and helpful, not annoying, food and cocktails are great and much more better than our current resort!

WiFi is only available in de lobby, rest is no connection or very slow, but hey, it’s holiday.
