Perfect position for beach and Fort Nothe garden access! Very nice breakfast :-)

John made us a great breakfast, which started us off for a great day. Sue and John were lovely hosts and made sure we were well looked after. We were right on the top floor under the eaves, it was smashing and had a view right to the beach. Room was cosy and clean and all amenities provided for. Thank you, we will definitely be back for a visit soon.

The accommodation was excellent ,cleanliness staff.

WE WERE ON THE TOP FLOOR ,MY PARTNER HAD GONE MAJOR SURGERY WITHIN THE LAST TWO YEARS,I DID TRY TO CHANGE THIS SEVERAL TIMES BUT BOOKING.COM DID NOT ACCOMMODATE THIS.

Excellent location and a great sea view

Lovely cosy room with a very comfy bed. Exceptional sea view from the window. Had everything I needed for my one night stay. Perfect location for town and sea.

Would definitely recommend this hotel and will return myself when visiting Weymouth again

I had a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. The location is great, the room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

Bit unfair to say this as it's out of anyone's control but I could hear the person in the next room snoring on both nights!

Beautiful view of harbour and sea. The owner's are absolutely fantastic. Very friendly. The room was ideal for me. Spotless everywhere. Breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed with the sea view and beach.. I will definitely be going back. Sad to leave the little bit of heaven.

Good overall stay

Lovely view from room very good for attending theatre which was our priority free parking right outside good breakfast. Sue kindly let us keep parking permit after checkout to allow us to go for walk which we then returned.

Double bed made up of 2 single mattresses so had hard raised centre which didn't agree with my back which is sensitive due to injury.

Fantastic environment for a great weekend away

Our room was large and very comfortable with a fantastic sea view, very clean and well maintained throughout - you need to remember these B&Bs/small Hotels are in old building and most do not have lifts so there could be lots of stairs to the top floors. Breakfast was superb each day. There is ample parking in Weymouth however at busy times the parking around the seafront is taken up quickly and there is also a free parking scheme with the B&B's/hotels around Weymouth. You will not find a friendlier and well situated hotel (within 10 meters of the beach and harbour areas)

Excellent host. Carried my suitcase toy car fir me as I am disabled.

Offered full English but I only eat cereal and toast for breakfast.

Glasses on drinks tray were sticky.

Overall wouldn’t come again

Great location, good brekkie and free parking.

Shower didn’t work to a satisfactory standard due to lack of pressure. Bed was uncomfortable with the bed springs pinging in the night, disappointing for £100 per night. Also got notified after leaving the property that the cleaner noticed the shower pressure was low but it was all sorted now, these are checks that should have been conducted before our arrival.

Lovely place to stay, highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was very clean and tidy, decorated lovely. We had fantastic panoramic views of Weymouth seafront, we were literally in the closest b and b to the beach. The breakfast was delicious. The whole place was beautifully decorated throughout and you can see that the proprietors John and Sue, really care about their home and business. Already booked for next year, can't wait!

Amazing views, delicious breakfast and great location!

Exceptional location with amazing sea views - you can see the whole of Weymouth beach, which looks even better at night all lit up. Loads of information was provided online which made everything very easy, check in was straight forward and we were able to find parking easily on the streets nearby. Breakfast was delicious and the service we received was very good!!

Enjoyable Stay

Friendly staff, really enjoyed the cooked breakfast. No complaints.

The shower/toilet room in my single room was cramped for someone of my size, but I'm unusually tall. Other people may get on with it just fine. It was perfectly clean and functional though.

Brilliant location clean room nice Hosts really helpful and kind.

The View from the room was excellent looking over Weymouth bay, room was clean and bright ,shower was good nice pressure and easily controllable. and we could open the windows as we wished.

The bed could have been better it seemed higher in the middle like you were going to roll out, The breakfast was ok but could have used better quality products.also no potato with it, i do not really like deep fried sausage fresh tomato would be better than tinned and fried mushrooms.

Dave was a great host and Susan made superb breakfasts.

The location was superb for enjoying the sights, restaurants and bars of Weymouth. Lovely view from the rooms.

The parking dominated my stay. I had to keep popping out to move the car so as not to be fined. If your lucky enough to get a permit (there isn’t one for every guest) it makes life easier. Otherwise, I paid nearly five pound for a hours’ parking. The parking is free if you can find a space from 6pm to 8am.

The host was friendly and nice, very good location.

At the time of purchase it was noted that there is a private parking space, but there is not. I had to pay in the public car parking. And it costs a lot. The bed is very uncomfortable.

We didn't have a parking permit. I had a stick and my husband can only walk short distances. Parking was a nightmare on the second night we drive around for miles unable to park anywhere. Finally we saw someone leaving and dived in the space which was half a mile from guest house. Not the hosts fault but we did expect a parking permit as parking was advertised

The view from the top floor over Weymouth Bay was fantastic. Breakfast was very good! The manager was very helpful and took our cases up to our room.
