Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La camera quadrupla era molto grande e molto confortevole e la colazione non era male. L'hotel si trova in una zona industriale furoi dal centro e non è possibile muoversi a piedi, ma si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dal D-Day Memorial e a 10 minuti di auto dal centro, offrendo un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo

La posizione fuori dal centro, anche se con 5 minuti di macchina si arriva in tempo

Definitely room improvement

Comfortable location, parking, supermarket nextdoor.

The shower/sink room smells badly all the time. The cleaning is just ok but far from being spotless. Small pillows, weird smell in one side of the blanket. One receptionist thought was totally normal to leave her dog unleashed and unattended for in the breakfast room right in front of the elevator even though guests have their own dog. After pointing it out, no apologies were given but a shoulder shrug leaving the reception to the staff room. Never seen anything like that in a clearly non-family run hotel. The other receptionists were almost never there, and when present never even looked at your face..

parfait , et a chaque fois que je vais sur caen je vais directement à cet hotel!!!

la chambre dans son ensemble et propre et le lit confortable . salle de bain pratique avec sa douche à l'italienne. la présence 24 h sur 24h00 de personnel à l'accueil personnel sympathique et disponible . le petit déjeuner très complet

il manque du bacon au petit déjeuner

La localisation, le petit déjeuner et la literie

L’accueil sans sourire, aucune communication avec le personnel (Bonjour….) 2 chambres réservées en même temps pour une famille et les 2 chambres étaient à deux étages différents. La propreté des lits et des serviettes (taches)

Good Hotel to visit D Day sites. Basic but good.

Basic but good hotel, ideal if you are just looking for a bed at night, no real facilities as such and no atmosphere. Room was clean and basic. Breakfast was good, good selection of pastries and scrambled egg if you wanted it, breakfast was additional €11 per head. No real interaction with staff, cant say if they were friendly or unfriendly, saw one or two in the morning but no one ever said good morning, we got one "good evening" on our return to the hotel after a days site seeing. 2hrs 45mins from Paris Beauvais Airport. Caen Memorial is 1.5km away Good location to visit the D Day sites, very close to the motorway Saint Mere Eglise is about 50 mins away.

A little bit of staff interaction wouldn't go a miss, basic hello's and good mornings. A bit of atmosphere in the breakfast room, maybe some background music, a picture or two on the walls, just liven it up a little bit!

Ottima scelta per Caen La consiglio

Accoglienza dello staff Pulizia Colazione ottima e soprattutto molto varia, sia dolce che salata. Nei paraggi ci sono diversi ristoranti, tra cui La Buocherie, con ottima carne, insalate e dolci buonissimi.

La posizione, vicino al memoriale, è un po' lontana dal centro di Caen, ma si arriva in auto in 4/5 minuti.

After a long and tiring day it was a pleasure to stay the night at the hotel.

The welcome at the reception desk was warm, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

Great comfortable and clean hotel

Great position with large car park. Next door to a restaurant Manager was extremely helpful

The sound on my tv didn’t work although the manager did come up to try to fix it.

Beds were comfy, parking was out front of the hotel and supermarkets close by. The staff were very accommodating and lovely people. Good hotel for the price!

Great stay. No issues whatsoever.

Room was comfortable, clean and bigger than Paris hotel rooms. Location was great, staff was friendly and spoke English, which was helpful since we don’t speak French. We arrived late on Saturday afternoon and found a nearby restaurant that was open.

Excellent modern hotel with a large secure parking area. Spotlessly clean rooms. My room was very large. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants next door and others close by. I would definitely stay again

Perfect antidote to a stressful day.

Arrived at 11.00pm after a stressful journey due to ferry cancelation. Night staff could not have been more helpful, checked us in quickly and we dumped our gear in a spacious room with a huge bed before going down to the bar for some late night drinks. Despite the hotel being full the breakfast was copious and varied.

Don't like all in one bathrooms where the shower, no matter how you try soaks the whole floor.

Value for money nice place

Ease of booking. Easy checking. Helpful staff. Good location.

Deposit was taken in full and 2 days later still blocked on my card. Woken up by delivery driver banging and crashing right outside the main entrance (right below my window). Floor could have done with hoovering better.

Huge disappointment

The staff was very friendly. We got a free map to be able to walk to the city center and recommendation where to eat. We could take a tea/coffee for free at the reception area. Parking was free. Next door was a restaurant and shopping facilities. It is close to the botanical garden and The War memorial monument.

The room was very smelly and dirty - spots and hairs on the linen, insect and spiders in the corners of the room. The room was so tiny that there was hardly any space between beds or for opening a suitcase. Towels were dirty. Before our arrival we received a questionnaire asking for the same data we have already provided during the booking process. The once-only principle was not respected. There was an electric kettle but no tea or coffee. Only sugar.

Staff was friendly and helpful Room was spacious (family room) The coffee/tea machine was accessible the whole day/night! Very nice and appreciated! Check-out: smooth and friendly! :-)

Breakfast was crowded and some items were out already. The location is fine if you only need a sleep-over. It is remote from the center, so you do need to have your car. But this is something for sure you check before you book ;-) But for the rest, a good stay and be gladly back!

Excellent stop over for ferry

Very friendly welcome and no problem turning up around 23.00. Easy parking in large hotel car park. Quiet neighbourhood. Very big room with air con which was great because very warm night. Lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Separate toilet. Good system where you can get free coffee or hot chocolate from a machine downstairs. Tea bags also available and a kettle in the room. Pet friendly hotel. Open land for exercise just across the road. Very good value for money. About 20 mins drive from Ferry; close to Caen Memorial. Quiet setting.

Perfect location for our needs, fabulous staff

The staff were fabulous. Efficient, friendly, helpful, kind. The location is on the peripheral road around Caen. It was a perfect location for us: near Caen Memorial Museum, Caen D-Day Wings Museum and Stade Malherbe for a soccer match. There is plenty of safe parking, the breakfast was very nice: good coffee, juice, pastries and plenty of other buffet items. Our suite was very large with comfortable beds and good air conditioning.

There were no dining options nearby.
