Appartement spacieux très bien situé pour accéder à toutes les qualités de Porto de la Cruz

Positionnement idéal pour profiter de Porto de la Cruz et de ses restaurants. Smart TV pour profiter des séries en fin de soirée. Cuisine bien équipée.

Les appartements à Ténérife sont pour la plupart mal insonorisés. Peut devenir très bruyant les nuits de grande fêtes comme pour le carnaval.

La posizione della struttura, il comodo parcheggio e l'organizzazione/attrezzature della casa anche se un pò datate.

Pessima comunicazione con lo staff, praticamente assenti alle nostre domande, avrete a che fare con un bot. Appartamento sporco di polvere e pressione del lavandini/doccia inesistente. Per lavare i denti e i piatti, fare la doccia e lo shampoo, un'agonia.

Niestety mieszkanie nas zawiodło Hałas Brudne mieszkanie Karaluchy i mrówki w mieszkaniu Host nie był dyspozycyjny i jak prosiliśmy o rozwiązanie problemów w mieszkaniu niestety nie pomógł nam i raczył odpowiedzieć na naszą wiadomość po 3 dniach z zerowym rezultatem Cieknąca lodówka I pralka nie działała jak należy gdzie przy 2 dzieci to dość istotne i bardzo mało miejsca na rozwieszenie prania

Отличное местоположение. Большая площадь апартаментов. Полностью оборудована кухня. В номере чисто.

Шумно от соседей. Для заселения нужны 2 кода. Один от общей двери, второй от апартаментов. У нас не подходил ни один. Нам пришлось звонить хозяину и просить коды. Кофеварка не работала и ее не поменяли. Маленький напор воды.

Our apartment was spacious and had everything we needed and was quiet during the night.

Very close to the harbour, supermarkets, restaurants and the main square.

Our booking was booked with a balcony and seaview, unfortunately Jesus told us due to an error, the upstairs apartment with these facilities had been given to someone else.

Great stay.

Very central. Passcodes on the building and apartment doors made going to the beach without valuables very easy.

Noise from the funfair running until midnight some nights. Not the owner’s fault, of course, and we were there around New Year’s I suppose. Wouldn’t bother adults, just younger kids.

Awesome apartment

Great location, free parking just 2 mins from the building. The apartment was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. We would like to come here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is specious and really clean. We had nice view and I have to say we didn’t expect we would like it so much. The kitchen was equipped really good. All in all I would really recommend this apartment!

Great Modern City Center Flat

The penthouse top flat is top notch 👌 Very Good size balcony and fully equipped kitchen. Toilet and bedroom with lovely decor and storage space. Big free public parking nearby.

No lift, but the flat is worthy walking up the stairs .

Very relaxing stay in a busy and thriving area.

The location is superb, along with the accommodation space. It was very clean on arrival and easy to keep clean. The Wi-Fi was decent and only went down once, whereupon Jesus turned out to fix it within 30 mins. The white goods are excellent, the shower and bathroom decent enough. We spent a month here with no issues at all, I would thoroughly recommend the property and have already booked again for next year.

Not an awful lot really, but I would say the plates, mugs etc are needing an update and we in fact bought a mug as there was only one decent one.

Very good

It is good location, near cafe, shops and most important free parking. Apartments was clean, looked like in photos. In the apartment we had free 2 bottles of water, coffee, tea and fruits.

There is no air-conditioning, we heard noise from neighbors in bedroom. The way to the only bathroom goes through the bedroom, it wasn't comfortable, because we lived with friends.

I loved the apartment, really comfy for a familly. Big rooms and a lot of light in each room. Furniture was great and was equipped if you were to come with kids. Location amazing and suuuper clean. I would likely recommend this apartments to my friends.

Everything was great. If I have to say something I didn't like it was that they have an issue with the booking system and we have to change apartment for the 2nd night. Still was not much issue but having to pack and unpack twice is never nice. Am

Perfect location and excellent service - I would come back

Fantastic location, free parking at Muelle, huge apartment and beautiful, fully equiped kitchen, washing mashine, excellent WLan secure enough for homeoffice. The main window shows to the pedestrian area. I my case it did not matter, as I prefered to go out anyway and had my coffee at the harbour or eat in one of the restaurants near by. I also enjoyed to go for a short swim at the harbour / playa Muelle, about 2 minutes walking distance.

Unfortunately it was the apartment on the first floor, it had no balcony and no few to the sea. In the mornings and evening the waste collection vehicles came and emptied the central rubbish dump about 30 m away.

The sea was still wet and with excellent waves! Best restaurant was closed as well as many others.

Not the best Actually only on cafeteria was really working at breakfast time and with limited menu for me.

Local and Nationalpolice could be much less stupid to say the least. I came by car near apt and policemen kept me there 2 hours not allowing to bring the laggage to the apt. Then called evacuator and I was compelled to pay 100 Euros. I am 78 year old and after serious hart operation. I told them. I have shown my reservation. I have complained to local an National police - useless. My personal opinion is that they are just total idiots. And if I will never eve go to Tenerife again that will be due to their active stupidity! I do not wish to be humiliated again!!!

Not for the noise sensitive

This was the best stocked and furnished apartment I stayed in on Tenerife! The kitchen is just perfect, the rooms are very cozy and clean and I could work during the day in great comfort. The bed is also immensly comfortable! I used earplugs to drown out the love-making and throat-clearing of the neighbors and had the best sleep in a long time! ;) Totally recommended if you are aware of the downside and don't mind.

A central location comes with the downside of noise from the passing pedestrians and trash collection trucks (trash bins for the whole area are 5 meters from the house and it is a main pedestrian road. Can't imagine the noise without curfew and during normal days...). What is not visible on the pictures and unpleasant: The bedroom/bathroom are in the back of the building and connected to an inner air circulation shaft of approx. 3x2m. Which constantly smells like sewage. So airing out those rooms or having a slight breeze at night is impossible. Plus the windows don't keep any noise out and you are simply part of the nighttime and bathroom activities or your neighbors. 😅
