Exceptional

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad. It is a very nice and basic accommodation close to the bus terminal with wonderful staff. They helped me with the ticket for the bus and made everything for making me feel comfortable.

Pleasant

Manager helped us not only getting transport to the bus station, but also joined us and helped us find the bus. Also kept our luggage for three nights while we were away.

The staff does not speak English. Bathroom was wet and damp when we arrived, and smelled a little funky.

Worst hôtel experience

Nothing to be honest, just Imagine the receptionist is in her room , while you are talking to the her, when receiving you she is at the same Time lying on the bed.

Reception was very bad, place is not safe at all. The room is too hot, and not comfortable to sleep, No hospitality no one Cares about you. All they Care is you paid them. To be honest i dont understand why Booking autorised this kind of hotel

I didnt sleep all night cuz something was biting me all night, and they weren't mosquitoes!!! Also, it was very loud almost all night. If I can give advice, skip this place 😐

A great stay with a really helpful team! A quite place in the xity

It was a great and nice welcoming when i arrived even after midnight what i really appreciated. In the morning i was surprised by a room service breakfast which made me start my day in an amazing way. You can watch football just few steps up in the bar and owe you a nice drink. The whole team was really friendly and welcoming. Asante sana for guiding me early morning to the bus station!

It's near to Maghufuli bus terminus

The bathroom. Then corridors were also quite stuffy. The room was clean yes but just how tiny the bathroom was. Squeezing between the sink and the toilet to take a shower was very uncomfortable.

Rodrick the owner helped me with my busticket too Arusha. The Great think is that you only walk 10 minutes to get to the busses.

Perfect for bus terminal

Close to new magafuli bus terminal for early travel. The owner, Rodrick, was so helpful with our onward journey and arranging bus terminal drop off as well as a place to stay in Lushoto. Would recommend for all travellers. Asante sana!

Thank you for caring me when i visited your country,i appreciated that,and i think i'll come back.

First of all i would like to thank kiishi's staff for their good hospitality they showed me while i visited Dar es Salaam. Honestly,i enjoyed everything,they guided me to the beach and i also thank them for their excellent communication,i also appreciated them for their room services they have enough space that made me fell like home. Thank you Guys and keep your professionalism.
